    城市与生态环境耦合规律的基础上,利用协同论的观点构筑了它们之间交互作用的耦合度模型。模型包括两部分,即耦合度计算模型和耦合度预测模型。耦合度计算模型由功效函数、耦合度函数和城市化-生态环境耦合评价指标体系构成,其中指标体系的选择是耦合度计算正确与否的关键。耦合度预测模型采用人工神经BP反馈网络。最后,以徐州市为研究对象,应用此模型研究了该市城市化与生态环境耦合的现状和发展趋势,为协调好它的城市化与环境建设提供了量化的决策依据。
