    中药黄芩具有多种药理作用,对免疫、心脑血管、消化、神经等系统均有保护作用,其主要作用是通过抗氧化、清除自由基等作用实现的。黄芩苷是黄芩中的主要成分,但不论在药材中还是在人体内,黄芩苷并不完全以游离态存在,而是与金属元素形成金属配合物的形式存在的,为此,通过紫外-可见光谱法研究了在黄芩苷以及黄芩苷与7种金属离子分别作用下其抗氧性的变化情况,发现不同金属离子对黄芩苷抗氧性具有促进作用,但其影响机理不同。

    The Chinese traditional medicine baikal skullcap root has been used for many diseases by anti-oxidation and radical scavenging mechanisms. baicalin as the main component of baikal skullcap root mainly exists not in free form but in mixture with metal elements in solutions.
