Furthermore, the authors analyzed the general idea for developing the water efficient agriculture from strategy aspect. On the premise of no-increasing agricultural water, the authors put forward an important view for meeting food safety water demand 15 years in the future by improving utilization ratio and utilization efficiency of agricultural water.
