Effect of auto-toxicoid root exudates and decomposing liquids on activities of 2,3,5-Tripheyl Tetrazolium Chloride(TTC) reduction, superoxide-dismutase (SOD), and pathogeny of strawberry root were studied. The results showed that allelopathy of root exudates and decomposing liquids played an important role in strawberry replanting disease. Owing to the allelopathy, activities of TTC reduction and SOD of root were decreased, growth and development of strawberry seedlings could be vigor less, root resistance to soil-borne disease would decline, and colony growth and spore germinition were promoted by the allelopathy.     再植病害是制约草莓生产可持续发展的严重问题。利用组织培养技术,研究了草莓根系分泌物和腐解物对自身根系活力和SOD活性的影响,以及对草莓根病病原真菌的作用。研究结果表明,草莓根系分泌物和腐解物的化感作用是再植病害发生的重要因素,它们对根系TTC还原能力和SOD活性具有明显的抑制作用,使连作草莓植株生长发育不良、抗病力降低;同时还可促进连作土壤中病原菌菌丝生长、孢子萌发及侵染,加重连作草莓土传根部病害,最终导致再植病害的发生。

    Replanting disease is a serious obstacle for sustainable development of strawberry (Fragaria ananassa Duch) at present. Effect of auto-toxicoid root exudates and decomposing liquids on activities of 2,3,5-Tripheyl Tetrazolium Chloride(TTC) reduction, superoxide-dismutase (SOD), and pathogeny of strawberry root were studied.
