The development degree of the non state-owned economy, the foreign direct investment (FDI), the amount of imports and exports, and the region all influence the technical efficiency. When the percentage of non state-owned economy to the total economy increases by 1%, the technical efficiency will increase by 0.463 6%. When the percentage of FDI to GDP increases by 1%, the technical efficiency will increase by 3.462 4%. When the amount of imports and exports increases by 1%, the technical efficiency will increase by 4.654 9%.     运用随机前沿分析模型,实证研究了我国技术效率省际差异影响因素。结果表明,我国各省技术效率呈现出稳步增长的趋势,但省际技术效率差距较大。非国有经济发展程度、外商直接投资(FDI)、进出口贸易总额以及地理位置都会对省际技术效率有着显著的影响。其中,非国有经济占整个经济比重每增加1%,技术效率将增加0.4636%;外商直接投资占GDP比重每增加1%,技术效率将增加3.4624%;进出口贸易总额占GDP比重每增加1%,技术效率将增加4.6549%;另外,在其他条件相同的情况下,东部地区技术效率要高于中、西部地区。
