Based on established indenture, the author discusses the relationship between entrepreneur's competence which has a decisive effect and enterprise performance from the point view of demand and supply, and comes to a conclusion that enterprise performance is considerably influenced by those factors of entrepreneur's ability, producing effort, resources, industrial situation and environment. Producing effort, resources, industrial situation and environment, each of those factors has a positive relationship with the enterprise performance, and the four modifying factors bring enterprise
