火炸药危险品仓库的温湿度测试一般采用定时人工读数方式,工作量大、不便于管理。针对其不能采用有源设备进行自动化测试、目前国内尚无适用于该环境的相关产品这一问题,提出一种转换方法:利用传统干湿球温度计所显示的温湿度刻度,以光学方法将温湿度计上的温湿度数值变为光强值(光信号),并以光纤发送出去,采用单片机处理。这种无源测试温湿度传感器的实现方法,采用光纤准直器和温湿度计相结合的方式,把需要设定监测的温湿度范围放置在光纤准直器光栅的中间,光纤端面的发射光扩束成均匀的平行光通过温湿度计,在接收端使平行光束再聚焦回光纤端面。该方法成本低廉,测试结果基本达到要求。
