Cells can be morphologically observed and photographed when attached to micro-carrier. MTT analysis shows that a linear relation exists between cell amount and OD value. RNA isolated from cells on micro-carriers is intact and can be used for RT-PCR. DNA quantity of directly isolated group is larger than that of trysin group. Cell monocolonization protocol modified by us is simpler and cheaper with acceptable viability.
