The related literature is reviewed, including the effects of the hyper baric oxygen in treatment of cerebral infarction, brain hemorrhage, cerebral trauma, migraine headache and Parkinson's syndrome. It is shown that the HBO plays a very important role in the treatment of some neurosurgery related diseases, but there are a few problems in the clinical application and empirical study of HBO. The curative effect of the HBO should be analyzed to avoid the misuse of HBO therapy in the treatment.
