In Reference[7], the method was improved partially, with convergent proofs of the algorithms and numerical experiment results. In this paper, based on an improved deviation and the redefinition of the center-line vectors, a large-range convergent iterative algorithm is proposed, which is independent of the choice of initial vectors.
