Therefore, the effective end-of-life vehicle recycling and the improvement of their utilization rate become an important issue for sustainable development of automobile industry. This paper discusses the location selection of automobile reverse logistics network within closed-loop supply chains. According to the functions, an implementation scheme of the automobile reverse logistics is put forward, together with a model for design of automobile reverse logistics network. A model for automobile re-manufacturing reverse logistics network is developed. According to the model, the numbers, locations and capacities of various facilities and the allocation of corresponding goods flows in the network are determined. Through the Lingo software, the problem of location selection of automobile reverse logistics network is solved.     随着中国汽车工业的快速发展,汽车产量和保有量迅速增大,报废汽车数量随之不断增长,造成资源短缺、报废汽车遗留垃圾污染环境等问题。有效进行报废汽车回收,尽可能提高其再利用率,已成为汽车工业可持续发展的重要问题。研究了闭环供应链下汽车逆向物流网络设施选址问题。探讨了中国实施汽车逆向物流的对策、汽车逆向物流网络的构建。建立了汽车再制造逆向物流网络设施选址模型,以确定网络中设施的数量、位置及规模,并在由此构成的各条物流路径上合理分配物流量。利用Lingo软件对汽车逆向物流网络设施选址模型进行了求解,通过实际算例验证了模型的有效性。
