Technological talents are the core element for achieving self−reliance and self−improvement in China's science and technology, and innovation willingness is the key to stimulating the vitality of technological talents. This article takes 236 scientific and technological talents as the survey subjects, adopts the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method, and explores the configuration path of multi factor synergy affecting the innovation willingness of scientific and technological talents under the TPB framework. Research has found that there are four driving types of high innovation willingness among technology talents, namely demonstrative norms innovation attitude driven, directive norms innovation attitude driven, endogenous attitudes subjective norm driven, and innovation attitude driven. Innovation attitude is an important condition for technology talents to generate innovation willingness; Directive norms and demonstrative norms are key elements in regulating the innovation willingness of scientific and technological talents, and there is a substitution relationship between the two; The perceived behavioral control of technology talents has a weaker effect on enhancing innovation willingness. This article reveals the complex causal mechanism of the synergistic effect of planned behavior theory elements on the innovation willingness of scientific and technological talents from a configuration perspective, providing important reference for organizations to cultivate the innovation willingness of scientific and technological talents.

科技人才是实现科技自立自强的核心要素,创新意愿是激发科技人才活力的关键。以 236 名科技人才为调查对象,采用模糊集定性比较分析方法,在计划行为理论(theory of planned behavior,TPB)框架下探究多要素协同影响科技人才创新意愿的组态路径。研究发现,科技人才高创新意愿的驱动类型有4 条路径,即示范性规范−创新态度驱动型、指令性规范−创新态度驱动型、内生态度−主观规范驱动型和创新态度驱动型。创新态度是科技人才产生创新意愿的重要条件;指令性规范与示范性规范是调节科技人才创新意愿的关键要素,两者之间存在替代关系;科技人才的知觉行为控制对增强创新意愿的效果较弱。从组态视角揭示了计划行为理论要素协同影响科技人才创新意愿的复杂因果机理,为组织培养科技人才的创新意愿提供了参考。

科技人才是实现科技自立自强的核心要素,创新意愿是激发科技人才活力的关键。以 236 名科技人才为调查对象,采用模糊集定性比较分析方法,在计划行为理论(theory of planned behavior,TPB)框架下探究多要素协同影响科技人才创新意愿的组态路径。研究发现,科技人才高创新意愿的驱动类型有4 条路径,即示范性规范−创新态度驱动型、指令性规范−创新态度驱动型、内生态度−主观规范驱动型和创新态度驱动型。创新态度是科技人才产生创新意愿的重要条件;指令性规范与示范性规范是调节科技人才创新意愿的关键要素,两者之间存在替代关系;科技人才的知觉行为控制对增强创新意愿的效果较弱。从组态视角揭示了计划行为理论要素协同影响科技人才创新意愿的复杂因果机理,为组织培养科技人才的创新意愿提供了参考。

Technological talents are the core element for achieving self−reliance and self−improvement in China's science and technology, and innovation willingness is the key to stimulating the vitality of technological talents. This article takes 236 scientific and technological talents as the survey subjects, adopts the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method, and explores the configuration path of multi factor synergy affecting the innovation willingness of scientific and technological talents under the TPB framework. Research has found that there are four driving types of high innovation willingness among technology talents, namely demonstrative norms innovation attitude driven, directive norms innovation attitude driven, endogenous attitudes subjective norm driven, and innovation attitude driven. Innovation attitude is an important condition for technology talents to generate innovation willingness; Directive norms and demonstrative norms are key elements in regulating the innovation willingness of scientific and technological talents, and there is a substitution relationship between the two; The perceived behavioral control of technology talents has a weaker effect on enhancing innovation willingness. This article reveals the complex causal mechanism of the synergistic effect of planned behavior theory elements on the innovation willingness of scientific and technological talents from a configuration perspective, providing important reference for organizations to cultivate the innovation willingness of scientific and technological talents.

党的二十大报告提出,教育、科技、人才是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基础性、战略性支撑,这极大凸显了人才在第二个百年奋斗目标新征程中的地位和作用。2022 年9 月,世界知识产权组织(WIPO)在日内瓦发布的《全球创新指数报告》显示,中国创新指数排名继续上升,位列第 11 位。但是,在局部领域中国科技水平仍然落后于世界先进水平,尤其是面临核心技术和基础关键技术领域的国外技术断供,导致中国科技创新发展正在面临 “卡脖子”难题[1]。科技人才作为智力资源,其创新思维及产生的创造性溢出效应是全球争夺的打破国家核心技术上限的关键钥匙。加快实现高水平科技自立自强,更加凸显了科技人才作为核心要素在探索性和突破性创新中的重要地位,对科技人才创新行为规律研究显得尤为重要。研究表明,科技人才的创新意愿对创新行为有重要影响,对创新行为的解释率接近50%,创新意愿是创新行为最大的推动力[2]。因此,如何激发科技人才创新意愿,抢占科技制高点,推动科技创新高质量发展,成为亟待解决的重要课题。
已有研究主要从员工自身、领导者、组织制度和社会因素等层面考察了员工的创新意愿。就员工自身层面而言,学者侧重考察了工作灵感、工作激情、心理契约、幸福感和工作价值等对创新意愿产生的影响[34]。在领导者层面,领导力风格对创新意愿有着很大影响[56]。就组织制度层面而言,已有研究侧重考察了组织创新氛围、企业绩效评价等对创新意愿产生的影响[78]。从社会因素层面看,顾客参与、同级评价影响着创新意愿[910]。已有研究为进一步研究科技人才创新意愿提供了重要参考。然而,现有对于科技人才创新意愿的研究相对较少,缺乏统一理论框架,研究内容比较零散,大多运用实证方法关注从单一视角对人才创新意愿的净效应分析,鲜有研究采用整合性框架,同时考察多个要素对科技人才创新意愿的协同影响。
基于此,从组态视角出发,采用模糊集定性比较分析方法,探究多要素协同影响科技人才创新意愿的复杂因果关系。致力于回答以下问题:影响科技人才创新意愿要素统一的理论基础是什么?各个要素与科技人才创新意愿的组态关系是怎样的?各个组态路径是怎样协同影响科技人才创新意愿?运用定性比较分析方 法(qualitative comparative analysis,QCA)的模糊集(fsQCA)研究方法,构建科技人才创新意愿影响因素理论模型,探讨科技人才创新意愿的组态路径,赋能实现高水平科技自立自强。
随着科技创新的快速发展,科技人才的培养与激励备受重视,科技人才创新意愿的研究也随之深化。最初心理学家普遍认为个体对事物的态度可以影响行为,但由于态度并不能很好地解释行为的产生,也无法对行为动机进行预测,“意愿”因此成为行为学研究的切入点[11]。学者随之开始了对创新领域意愿的探讨。创新意愿(willingness to innovate)是指主体对于创新行为和活动的态度,其显示了主体对创新的积极性及创新过程中对各种不确定性事件的把控力[12]。科技人才创新意愿是指科技人才愿意尝试执行创新行为的主观意愿强度。
计划行为理 论(theory of planned behavior, TPB)是以 Fishbein 和Ajzen 提出的理性行为理论(theory of reasoned action)为基础,反映影响个体行为因素的理论。Schifter 等[13] 在理性行为理论基础上加入了知觉行为控制,并进一步在 1991 年提出了计划行为理论。该理论指出,行为是意向与行为控制感联动的结果,在充分的控制条件下,态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制3 个主要变量,通过协同联动作用共同决定着行为的产生。
计划行为理论(TPB)指出,创新意愿是预测创新行为最有效的因素。影响创新意愿的因素主要有创新态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制 3 个方面。计划行为理论为理解科技人才创新意愿影响因素提供了重要的参考,主要原因如下。第一,创新态度(attitude)影响个体行为意愿,员工的工作激情和社会身份对创新意愿有着重要影响[14],个体的内生态度和外生态度对行为有很强的解释力。在主观规范(subjective norm)方面,组织创新氛围[7]、顾客参与[8] 等对创新意愿有着显著影响。Endratno[15]运用多元回归的方式探讨了主观规范如何对创新意愿起到正向作用。在知觉行为控制(perceived behavior control)方面,自我创新期待[16]和创新技术与能力认知[17]等知觉行为控制因素均对创新意愿有着影响。第二,根据计划行为理论,行为是行为态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制联动的结果。而科技人才创新行为也是创新态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制等多要素协同联动的结果。
创新态度是个体对执行创新行为的倾向程度的评估。创新态度分为发自内心的喜好,即内生态度,以及需要外部刺激产生的喜好,即外生态度,能影响个体行为意愿,创新的内生态度与外生态度越积极,创新意愿就越强,反之则越弱[18]。主观规范是个体在决定是否执行某特定行为时感知到的社会压力,反映的是重要他人、团体或组织氛围等对个体行为决策的影响。Cialdini等[19]将主观规范划分为个体规范、示范性规范和指令性规范。研究发现个体规范仅能提高某些与道德有关的行为解释力。因此,研究者普遍认可将主观规范分为:在所处制度环境或他人期许中决策创新时感知的压力,即指令性规范;受到周围人群创新行为影响而感知的压力,即示范性规范。这2 个维度的压力越大,科技人才对创新的意愿越弱,反之则越强[20]
知觉行为控制是个体对过去的经验和预期障碍的感知,是个体对执行行为因素的知觉[21]。Ajzen[22] 在研究发现知觉行为控制包含2 种控制情况:一种是指个体对完成行为能力所持有的内在信心,即内部控制;另一种是个体对完成特定行为所需资源的控制程度,即外部控制。内部控制与外部控制越多,科技人才的创新意愿越弱,反之则越强。
计划行为理论的各个要素与科技人才创新意愿的相关研究,为深刻理解科技人才的创新态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制要素组合与科技人才创新意愿的关系提供了理论参考。目前已有研究没有揭示科技人才的创新态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制的复杂前因并发效应(如高创新态度、低主观规范、低知觉行为控制同时出现对创新意愿的效应)、前因组态的等效路径等因果复杂的创新行为现象。组态视角和QCA 方法为解决上述问题提供了新视角和新工具,该方法把科技人才创新意愿结果理解为相关关联的前因条件要素整体交互作用形成的,而非孤立的单个条件作用结果,这与计划行为理论相一致,也适合探索计划行为理论要素与科技人才创新意愿的因果复杂关系。
综上,基于计划行为理论,以科技人才创新意愿为结果变量,以创新态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制为前因条件,纵向延伸出内生态度与外生态度、指令性规范与示范性规范、内部控制与外部控制6 个要素,建立科技人才创新意愿的影响因素理论模型,探究影响科技人才创新意愿的多重并发因果复杂机制,如图1 所示。
QCA 方法是以案例为导向,融合了布尔代数法则与集合理论,专门从组态视角分析问题的非对称性研究方法,能够解决多维度、多变量的社会科学复杂因果问题。QCA 根据变量类型分为模糊集(fsQCA)、清晰集(csQCA)及多值集(mvQCA)3 种操作方法,其中 csQCA 与mvQCA 分别适用于处理二分类型变量与多分类别变量,fsQCA 则通过用 0与 1 之间的隶属度表示因果条件发生的可能性来处理部分隶属问题和程度变化问题[23]。定性比较分析方法区别于传统的回归方法,而专注于探索某个变量的“净效应”,QCA 以“组态理论”为基础,通过处理多因素联动关系,对结果变量的复杂原因做出合理解释,更适用于本研究问题[24]
根据研究目的,以及fsQCA 的显著优势和所取得的数据特征,选用 fsQCA 分析方法,从组态视角分析,将组态思维运用到科技人才管理领域,可以更全面地揭示多个前因条件的复杂关系对科技人才创新意愿的影响。
根据计划行为理论,结合创新态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制对科技人才意愿的影响,选取科技人才创新意愿作为结果变量,将内生态度、外生态度、指令性规范、示范性规范、内部控制和外部控制作为前因条件,探究多个因素多重交互作用科技人才创新意愿的复杂因果机制。
创新意愿指个体为实现价值而自愿采取创新活动的动机或倾向,反映个体对于是否参与创新的主观概率的判定。内生态度指从内部满足角度反映科技人才对创新倾向性的心理评估,包括人格特征、兴趣爱好和责任感等。外生态度指从外部满足角度反映科技人才对创新倾向性的心理评估,包括经济需求和精神认可等。指令性规范指个体在所处制度环境中决策是否创新时感知的压力,包括组织的创新制度和领导倡导等。示范性规范指个体受到周围人群创新行为影响而感知的压力,包括领导的创新行为和同事的创新行为等[21]。内部控制指个体对自我信念与能力的感知,包括自我效能和自我知识能力的感知等。外部控制指个体对所处环境给予自我的创新资源的感知,包括提供的创新资源、留给创新的精力和时间的感知等[22]。前因条件的维度、变量定义与内容如表1 所示。
对于内生态度与外生态度的衡量,参考 Amabile 等[25] 开发的《Work Preference Inventory》中的内部动机量表。此部分本量表有 8 个题项,示例题项,如“我常常能够在创新中获得进步,也能帮助其他成员获得进步”。指令性规范和示范性规范采用成熟研究量表[26,34]。此部分本量表有 7 个题项,示例题项,如“ 我的领导是一个积极创新的成功典 范”。对内部控制与外部控制的测量采用 Ajzen[22]和Bandura[27]的成熟研究量进行衡量。此部分本量表有8 个题项,示例题项,如“我对自己创造性解决问题的能力充满自信”。本研究定义的变量均采用 Likert5 点量表进行构念测量。“1”表示非常不符合, “5”表示非常符合。
中国《“十三五”国家科技人才发展规划》清晰界定了科技人才的概念:具备专业知识或技能,拥有科学思维和创新能力,从事科学技术创新活动,对科学技术事业及经济社会发展作出贡献的劳动者。主要涉及参与科学研究、工程设计、技术开发、科学普及、科技创业、服务、管理等活动的人员[28]。以科技人才为调查对象,调研的组织包括高等院校、科研院所、国有企业、民营企业及中外合资企业。采用调查问卷方式获取数据,考虑到问卷的广泛性、随机性及有效回收率,采用简单抽样的方法进行了多渠道问卷投放。借助官方网站和中国知网平台资源,以及实地走访,2022 年 8 月至2023 年 7 月,以电子问卷的形式对不同性质单位的科技人才进行调查。共发放问卷1123 份,回收387 份,整理并剔除了无效样本后,共计回收有效问卷 236份。详细样本信息如表2 所示。
本研究借助SPSS 26.0 软件以Cronbach's α 测量值和组合信度(CR)作为检验量表信度标准,如表3所示,结果显示各个量表的 Cronbach's α 和CR 测量值有一个接近 0.7,其余都大于 0.7,说明各变量的信度良好。通过KMO(Kaiser−Meyer−Olkin)和巴特利特检验,KMO 测量值均大于0.7(表3),显著性均为 0,可进一步进行因子分析。借助 AMOS24.0 软件统计分析,各题项因子载荷均大于0.6,各变量AVE 测量值均大于0.5,说明变量之间的效度良好。对内生态度、外生态度、指令性规范、示范性规范、内部控制、外部控制与创新意愿进行验证性因子分析,发现因子模型的拟合效果较好,其中1< x2/df=1.231<3,IFI值=0.902、TLI值=0.910、CFI值= 0.924,均大于 0.9,RMSEA值=0.049,<0.080,进一步说明此因子模型能够较好地反映出变量之间的因子结构,因此说明测量模型具有较高的拟合度。
选用直接校准法,借助 fsQCA3.0 运算软件校准数据,即使用3 个重要的定性锚点来进行结构化校准:完全隶属阈值、完全不隶属阈值以及交叉点[29]。参考张弛等[30]的研究,如表4 所示,在Likert5点量表数据收集的基础上,将完全隶属阈值、完全不隶属阈值,以及交叉点的3 个校准点分别设置为样本描述性统计的95% 分位数、5% 分位数与中位数。条件变量与结果变量校准锚点及描述性统计。
根据条件组态分析要求,需检验单个条件变量是否构成影响科技人才创新意愿的必要条件。若条件变量的一致性均小于 0.9,表明前因条件未达到必要条件标准。如表5 所示,本研究在分析结果中未出现一致性大于0.9 的条件变量,表明单个条件变量对科技人才创新意愿影响较弱,提高科技人才创新意愿的必要条件不存在,进一步考虑各条件变量形成的组态共同对科技人才创新意愿的影响。
在多个因素的综合影响下,借助 fsQCA 3.0 软件,利用真值表识别出影响科技人才创新意愿的组态。根据FISS[31] 和杜运周等[24] 的建议设置相关参数,即原始一致性阈值为 0.8,PRI(proportional reductio in inconsistency)一致性为 0.75,案例频数阈值为1。
基于软件输出得到复杂解、中间解和简约解。合理有据、复杂度适中的中间解通常是 fsQCA 研究汇报和诠释的首选,出现在简约解中的条件表明与所研究的结果之间的因果关系较强,被称为给定组态的核心条件[32]。因此,对中间解和简约解进行嵌套对比,得到条件组态结果如表6 所示。
其中,每一竖列代表可能出现的条件组态,解的总体一致性 0.907,大于设定的 0.800 一致性阈值,且覆盖度为0.742,说明分析结果有效。基于组态分析结果,最终梳理出 6 种条件组态,用以解释多因素促进科技人才创新意愿提升的 4 条驱动路径,并结合典型案例进行具体分析,阐述如下。
路径 1(H1):示范性规范−创新态度驱动型。组态 H1a由强内生态度、强外生态度、强示范性规范和非强内部控制组成;组态H1b 由强内生态度、强外生态度、强示范性规范和偏弱外部控制组成。两者都是以内生态度、外生态度和示范性规范为核心条件,统一构型命名为:示范性规范−创新态度驱动型。该路径表明创新态度与示范性规范相结合可以促进科技人才创新意愿的增强。即使个体有非强的内部控制或者偏弱的外部控制,只要组织把握科技人才创新态度和加强示范性规范就会促进科技人才创新意愿。这一组态反映的是内生态度和外生态度不仅提高了科技人才的创新意愿,还强化了领导和同事的创新行为示范作用与创新意愿的关系,它们协同联动驱动科技人才创新意愿。
路径 2(H2):指令性规范−创新态度驱动型。组态 H2a由强内生态度、强外生态度、强指令性规范和偏弱示范性规范组成;组态H2b由强内生态度、强外生态度、强指令性规范、偏弱内部控制和偏弱外部控制组成。两者都是以内生态度、外生态度和指令性规范为核心条件,统一构型命名为:指令性−创新态度驱动型。该路径表明创新态度与指令性规范相结合也可以提高科技人才创新意愿。即使给予个体较弱的示范性规范或者个体没有较强的知觉行为控制情境下,注重科技人才内生态度、外生态度以及合理的指令性规范也可以促进其创新意愿的增强。这一组态反映的是较强的创新态度提高了科技人才创新意愿,还强化了指令性规范与创新意愿的积极关系,它们协同联动促进了科技人才创新意愿。
路径 3(H3):内生态度−主观规范驱动型。组态 H3以强内生态度、强指令性规范和强示范性规范为核心条件,外部控制为边缘条件。其中,强内生态度指科技人才源于内心喜好创新的真实感受强烈,已有学者对内生态度中人格特征、兴趣爱好和责任感[19] 等方面验证了源于内在的心理态度对其自身意愿有重要影响。指令性规范和示范性规范统称为主观规范,故此构型命名为内生态度−主观规范驱动型。这一组态反映的是强指令性规范和强示范性规范不仅提高了主观规范,还强化了内生态度与创新意愿的关系,它们协同联动激发科技人才的创新意愿。
路径4(H4):创新态度驱动型。组态H4由强内生态度、强外生态度、非强指令性规范、非强示范性规范和非强外部控制组成。该路径表明即使主观规范和外部控制较弱,只要科技人才具有强创新态度就能促进创新意愿,故此构型命名为创新态度驱动型。该构型强调了创新态度的主导作用,也验证了 Bulut 等[33]将创新态度与不同的创意模式进行匹配促进创新这一研究结果。这一组态表明了科技人才内生态度和外生态度与创新意愿的关系,它们协同联动而催生科技人才创新意愿。
为检验因果非对称性,分析了产生非强创新意愿的组态,发现4 个组态产生科技人才非强创新意愿(表6)。组态NH1表明,缺乏高创新态度和高指令性规范,难以产生科技人才强创新意愿。组态 NH2表明,内生态度不高、主观规范较低的科技人才,难以产生创新意愿。组态 NH3表明,内生态度较低,外部控制不高,在加上主观规范不高和内部控制较弱,难以驱动科技人才创新意愿。组态NH4表明,创新态度不高,示范性规范较低,即便拥有较高的内部控制,也难以产生科技人才创新意愿。对比这4 种组态发现,内生态度缺失是抑制科技人才产生创新意愿的普遍原因。
根据张明等[32] 的稳健性检验标准,fsQCA 稳健性检验通常在调整案例一致性阈值、增减案例、提高PRI 一致性、新增其他条件的方式中任选其一对已有研究结论进行检验。将案例一致性阈值由0.80 调高至0.85 后,产生组态的单项一致性和整体一致性阈值均高于0.85,与原有组态H1、H2和H3基本一致,即符合 fsQCA 结果稳健的标准,说明本研究结论具有稳健性。
基于计划行为理论,采用模糊集定性比较分析的研究方法,整合创新态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制3 个层面的内生态度、外生态度、指令性规范、示范性规范、内部控制和外部控制 6 个前因条件,以236 名科技人才为样本,探究科技人才上述条件及其组合与创新意愿的复杂因果关系。研究发现了影响科技人才创新意愿的 4 条组态路径,即示范性规范−创新态度驱动型、指令性规范−创新态度驱动型、内生态度−主观规范驱动型和创新态度驱动型;发现了4 条抑制创新意愿的组态路径,即指令性规范−创新态度抑制型、内生态度−主观规范抑制型、内生态度−外部控制抑制型和示范性规范−创新态度抑制型。通过分析组态路径发现以下主要结论。
(1) 创新态度是科技人才是否有意愿创新的重要内在条件。科技人才的内生态度和外生态度,对其创新意愿有主导作用。即使其自身的时间和能力条件较弱,有强创新态度,则可以增强创新意愿。组织激励并提升科技人才的创新态度十分重要。(2) 指令性规范和示范性规范是调节科技人才创新意愿的关键,两者存在替代关系。即使科技人才的内部控制和外部控制较弱,只要有强示范性规范或强指令性规范也都可以进一步加强科技人才的创新意愿。(3) 组织有强指令性规范和强示范性规范,即组织制度和文化环境有利于创新,以及组织内成员创新行为示范性强,结合科技人才的内生态度会产生强创新意愿。(4) 科技人才的内部控制和外部控制,对其创新意愿的影响较弱,即科技人才对自身能力认可程度和公司给予的创新资源及留给科技人才的时间、精力对创新意愿的增强起到辅助作用。
减少冗杂活动,专注培养科技人才的兴趣爱好和责任感,给予其充足的经济支持和精神认可。根据本文路径H1、H2、H3和H4可以看出,内生态度或外生态度都视创新意愿产生重要影响的核心条件。在以往的研究中对提高员工态度的方法有领导类型的转变[34]、提高社会责任的感知能力以及企业人力资源管理制度的完善[35] 等都是值得参考的提供内生和外生态度方式。调查数据显示,超过 90%的科技人才对创新是感兴趣的,即内生态度较积极。所以,在培养积极地创新态度方面,组织可以改善科技人才外生态度的环境,如积极的精神认可或充足的经济支持,以提升外生态度和内生态度协同联动作用。
制造创新情境,加强组织制度和组织文化建设,发挥创新团队领军人才榜样作用。结合H1、H2和H3路径,可以发现主观规范与创新态度对科技人才创新意愿的协同影响。如果创新态度是促进科技人才产生强创新意愿的内在感受拉力,那么无论是指令性规范还是示范性规范,都是对科技人才的一种内在感受压力。这种压力若适当,则可以激励其创新意愿增强,若过大或过小都会起到相反作用。组织要善于制造创新情境,注重组织制度、组织文化和创新团队领军人才榜样价值的整体联动作用。
减少过多干预,减轻任务压力。根据H1、H2和 H3路径显示,内部控制和外部控制都是边缘条件。在调查问卷中,也有科技人才指出,组织对科技人才要求的杂乱事务较多,有些无关紧要的报告或会议占用较多时间,导致时间或精力不足;不合理的考核制度可能不利于创新成果产出以及自身责任感的倦怠,造成创新意愿不强。在创新态度和主观规范调节合适的状态下,组织减少对科技人才创新的干预,减轻任务压力,有利于提升创新意愿。
本研究从组态视角运用了fsQCA 的方法来研究科技人才创新意愿的驱动路径,对传统方法上只注重单一因素的独立作用的缺点进行了补充,但是仍存在一些不足。首先,基于TPB 框架下探讨科技人才创新意愿的驱动机制,对于影响科技人才创新意愿的其他因素,如学历等客观因素没有在研究范围内。其次,科技人才类型不同,其创新意愿的驱动路径也不尽相同,未来的研究可结合基于大样本调查,通过扎根理论或案例分析,总结影响不同类型科技人才的影响因素,进一步探讨不同类型科技人才创新意愿要素间的因果复杂关系。最后,仅静态地探讨了科技人才创新意愿的组态路径,未来研究可引入时序QCA,引入科技人才职业生涯视角[36],进一步探究不同职业生涯时期科技人才创新意愿的的组态演变轨迹。
