Empowered by 5G−Advanced and generative AI, the extended reality (XR) industry will enter a period of large−scale implementation in 2025, with the Chinese market becoming the core growth engine, accounting for 29% of the global market share. This paper systematically summarizes its key progress: on the hardware side, domestically developed 5−nm dedicated spatial computing chips achieve pivotal breakthroughs in the balance between high performance and low power consumption. Meanwhile, differentiated advances in optical display technologies propel the upgrading of AR glasses toward both lightweight form factors and high−fidelity display, and multi−modal interaction technologies enables high−precision control. On the software side, the operating system has formed a dual pattern of "open−source+closed−source", and Generative AI increases 3D modeling efficiency by 6~10 times. On the application side, digital twins empower the entire processes of industry and medical care, while lightweight solutions for the lower−tier market achieve people's livelihood benefits. The study finds that the industry faces bottlenecks such as over 60% import dependence on core components and ecological fragmentation. Accordingly, suggestions are put forward: strengthening core technology research, unifying industry standards, adapting to diverse scenarios, and enhancing ecological support. The XR industry is evolving towards "hardware independence−software standardization−all−scenario application", and is expected to realize the leap from large−scale implementation to high−quality development.

在5G 演进(5G−Advanced)与生成式人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)赋能下,2025年扩展现实(extended reality,XR)产业迈入规模化落地期,中国市场以全球占比29%成为核心增长引擎。综述2025年XR领域关键进展:硬件端,国产5 nm空间计算专用芯片实现高性能与低功耗核心突破,光学显示技术差异化突破推动增强现实(augment reality,AR)眼镜轻量化、高保真升级,多模态交互实现高精度控制;软件端,操作系统形成“开源+闭源”二元格局,生成式AI使3D建模效率提升6~10倍;应用端,数字孪生赋能工业、医疗全流程,下沉市场轻量化方案实现民生普惠。研究发现,产业面临核心元器件进口依赖度超60%、生态碎片化等瓶颈。据此,提出强化核心技术攻坚、统一行业标准、适配多元场景、强化生态保障的建议。XR产业正朝着“硬件自主化−软件标准化−应用全域化”演进,有望实现从规模化落地到高质量发展的跨越。

在5G 演进(5G−Advanced)与生成式人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)赋能下,2025年扩展现实(extended reality,XR)产业迈入规模化落地期,中国市场以全球占比29%成为核心增长引擎。综述2025年XR领域关键进展:硬件端,国产5 nm空间计算专用芯片实现高性能与低功耗核心突破,光学显示技术差异化突破推动增强现实(augment reality,AR)眼镜轻量化、高保真升级,多模态交互实现高精度控制;软件端,操作系统形成“开源+闭源”二元格局,生成式AI使3D建模效率提升6~10倍;应用端,数字孪生赋能工业、医疗全流程,下沉市场轻量化方案实现民生普惠。研究发现,产业面临核心元器件进口依赖度超60%、生态碎片化等瓶颈。据此,提出强化核心技术攻坚、统一行业标准、适配多元场景、强化生态保障的建议。XR产业正朝着“硬件自主化−软件标准化−应用全域化”演进,有望实现从规模化落地到高质量发展的跨越。

Empowered by 5G−Advanced and generative AI, the extended reality (XR) industry will enter a period of large−scale implementation in 2025, with the Chinese market becoming the core growth engine, accounting for 29% of the global market share. This paper systematically summarizes its key progress: on the hardware side, domestically developed 5−nm dedicated spatial computing chips achieve pivotal breakthroughs in the balance between high performance and low power consumption. Meanwhile, differentiated advances in optical display technologies propel the upgrading of AR glasses toward both lightweight form factors and high−fidelity display, and multi−modal interaction technologies enables high−precision control. On the software side, the operating system has formed a dual pattern of "open−source+closed−source", and Generative AI increases 3D modeling efficiency by 6~10 times. On the application side, digital twins empower the entire processes of industry and medical care, while lightweight solutions for the lower−tier market achieve people's livelihood benefits. The study finds that the industry faces bottlenecks such as over 60% import dependence on core components and ecological fragmentation. Accordingly, suggestions are put forward: strengthening core technology research, unifying industry standards, adapting to diverse scenarios, and enhancing ecological support. The XR industry is evolving towards "hardware independence−software standardization−all−scenario application", and is expected to realize the leap from large−scale implementation to high−quality development.

扩展现实(XR)融合虚拟现实(VR)、增强现实(AR)与混合现实(MR)技术,是空间计算的核心支撑[1]。在5G演进(5G−Advanced)、生成式人工智能(AI)协同赋能下,2025年XR产业正式从“技术验证期”迈入“规模化落地期”。市场层面,全球XR设备呈现“AR高增、VR调整”的发展格局,中国XR产业规模占全球29%,消费级AR市场实现爆发式增长,成为全球XR产业的核心增长引擎[2]。技术与应用层面已形成“硬件支撑−软件赋能−应用落地”的闭环体系:硬件实现轻量高保真突破,软件端3D内容创作效率提升10倍,应用场景从消费娱乐渗透至工业、医疗等垂直行业[3]
当前,中国XR产业面临3大核心瓶颈:硬件端存在微型发光二极管(MicroLED)成本高、核心元器件进口依赖度高的问题[4];软件端凸显生态碎片化、跨平台兼容性不足的短板[5];应用端面临高质量内容短缺、行业标准不统一的困境[6]。本文梳理2025年XR领域关键技术突破、应用现状与产业瓶颈,从技术攻坚、生态构建、场景深耕、政策保障4个维度提出针对性发展建议,为产业高质量发展提供参考。
硬件设备是XR技术落地的物理载体,其性能与形态直接决定虚实融合体验的上限。2025年,行业围绕“高保真+轻量化体验、自然+精准交互、开放兼容+全域适配、场景化终端落地”4大核心目标,在专用协处理芯片与光学显示技术、多模态交互、开放生态、终端集成4大关键领域实现系统性技术突破,打破国外技术在部分核心环节的垄断格局、破解产业瓶颈,为软件创新与内容规模化应用筑牢硬件根基。
专用协处理芯片是推动XR硬件性能升级与形态创新的关键支撑。在XR专用协处理芯片架构(以苹果R1为代表)提出之前,全球XR设备的核心算力支撑多依赖高通XR系列等通用架构的XR专用移动处理器,存在算力供给、功耗控制与场景适配性失衡等痛点。2025年,国内的万有引力科技有限公司推出极智G−X100等3款自主研发的空间计算专用协处理器,通过制程工艺迭代、异构架构设计与场景化算力分配优化,实现高性能与低功耗核心突破,标志着国产空间计算专用协处理器芯片正式迈入“高性能−低功耗”协同进化新阶段。
核心标杆产品极智G−X100(图1)是中国首颗采用5 nm制程+Chiplet异构封装的全功能MR芯片。该芯片等效算力达200 TOPS,存储带宽70 GB/s,彩色透视端到端延迟≤9 ms,全功能模式功耗仅3 W。其核心技术创新在于通过异构架构实现空间计算与多模态交互的精准算力分配,可根据XR应用场景需求动态调整算力配比,有效缓解高通XR系列等传统通用架构XR专用处理器在XR场景下普遍存在的“算力冗余与算力短缺并存”的矛盾。基于该芯片技术优势,XR终端设备可轻量化至100 g以下,且兼容多种操作系统。相较于传统通用架构芯片,极智G−X100的性能−功耗匹配度实现显著跃升,实现了高性能运算与低功耗控制的协同平衡。另外2款芯片分别聚焦轻量化AI眼镜的低功耗需求(待机功耗50 μW)与XR+机器人的跨界应用场景(适配效率提升40%),形成多场景覆盖格局[7]
上述3款芯片同步配套万有引力科技有限公司自研的“极域”全栈解决方案,可减少70%~80%的底层代码开发工作量,各芯片核心参数与技术优势对比如表1所示。鉴于苹果R1、高通 XR2 Gen2的算力、功耗等核心性能参数未完全公开,当前仅能开展延迟维度的跨平台对比:极智 G−X100 的彩色透视端到端延迟较苹果R1的光子到光子延迟降低25%,较高通XR2 Gen2的视频透视延迟降低25%;同时,其功耗较高通XR2 Gen2降低50%。据XR产业链上下游合作签约项目及研发进度综合测算,2026年有望落地50款以上基于该系列芯片的应用,为国产XR产业从“硬件组装”向“核心技术自主”转型提供关键支撑,加速国产XR设备的技术迭代与场景化落地进程。
尽管极智G−X100已在高性能与低功耗协同优化领域实现关键突破,但该系列芯片产业化仍需攻克散热方案设计、专用算法迭代及生态兼容性构建等核心挑战。从市场格局看,当前XR协处理器市场呈现“自研方案与高通方案并存”的竞争特征:海外市场中,苹果R1协处理器凭借专属生态树立高端标杆,高通XR系列芯片依托通用性主导中高端市场;国内市场则形成“自研突破与高通方案互补”的格局,XREAL、万有引力科技有限公司等厂商正加速专用协处理器的技术场景化落地。其中,万有引力科技有限公司的3款芯片已实现 XR 多场景差异化覆盖,但国产自研协处理器若要实现市场突围,仍需突破生态壁垒。
光学显示系统是XR设备实现轻量化与高性能融合落地的核心支撑。2025年,国内外企业围绕高分辨率、微型化、低成本3大技术方向持续攻坚,形成了“国外前沿探索+国内量产落地”的差异化发展格局。国外技术聚焦极致性能突破,为行业提供长期方向参考。瑞典查尔姆斯理工大学等机构联合研发的“视网膜电子纸”技术,以560 nm氧化钨超小像素为核心,依托被动结构色反射原理实现25000 PPI超高分辨率,达到人类视觉感知极限,彻底消除“纱窗效应”;其1.4 mm×1.9 mm的瞳孔级屏幕尺寸与被动显示的低能耗特性,完美适配AR眼镜“轻量化、长续航”的需求(图2(a)),当前仅需解决全彩化适配过程中的像素串扰问题[8]。Meta公司的光子集成激光显示技术,通过氮化硅光子芯片与硅基液晶(LCoS)面板集成,色域覆盖达sRGB标准的211%,设备厚度仅2 mm,体积缩减80%(图2(b)),破解激光显示“高性能与小型化不可兼得”的行业痛点,适配专业级AR场景需求[9]
国内技术以“量产落地”为核心导向,形成全价位覆盖体系。高端领域,雷鸟创新联合上海显耀显示科技(JBD)公司建成全球首条全彩MicroLED光波导量产线,其雷鸟X3ProAR眼镜搭载0.36 cm3全彩MicroLED光机(图3(a)),峰值入眼亮度6000 nits,户外强光下彩虹纹抑制率95%,核心光波导模组良率提升至80%;凭借该技术优势,雷鸟创新以39%的市场份额登顶2025年第二季度全球AR眼镜销量榜首[10]。歌尔光学公司发布碳化硅刻蚀全彩衍射光波导F30Se(图3(b)),依托碳化硅高折射率特性,实现镜片厚度0.65 mm、重量3.5 g、透过率超90%的性能突破;同步推出的0.2 cm3全彩MicroLED光机支持单目4K显示,重量仅0.5 g,为高端AR终端提供核心部件支撑[11]。中低端领域,谷东智能公司自研偏振体全息光波导技术,与光峰科技公司联合推出“一拖二”方案(单主机适配双眼镜终端),将AR眼镜终端价格压缩至1500~2000元区间,较行业均价降低40%以上,成为推动消费级AR“千元化”普及的核心推手[12]
交互技术是XR实现“虚实融合”的核心桥梁,其精准度与自然度直接决定工业、医疗等场景的应用落地成效。2025年,XR交互技术从传统“控制器依赖”模式,转向“手势−眼动−肌电−语音”多模态融合形态,通过单模态性能突破与跨模态协同优化,破解传统交互操作复杂、延迟偏高、场景适配性不足等行业痛点,实现“自然化操控+精准化响应”的双重目标。
单模态技术聚焦“高精度、低干扰、低功耗”核心目标实现关键突破:手势识别可实现毫米级骨骼追踪(延迟5 ms,准确率97.3%),眼动追踪采样率1200 Hz(精度0.06°RMS),肌电交互无校准离线准确率92%,语音交互方言识别率85%,80 dB噪声环境下准确率95%,为多模态融合奠定坚实性能基础(表2)。
多模态融合实现从“模态拼接”到“跨模态语义融合”的质变。硬件端,UltraleapSTRATOS触觉模块集成手部追踪与空中触觉反馈功能,意法半导体公司的VD55H1iToF传感器实现5 m测距与低功耗的平衡[13]。架构端,商汤科技公司NEO原生多模态架构通过“语义中间层+动态特征对齐”技术,仅需业界1/10的数据量即可达成顶尖性能[14];Meta公司EgoNet模型构建起统一语义表征空间[15]。算法端,苹果公司“关键区域筛选”、中国联通公司ShortDF、深度求索公司“动态注意力融合”等技术方案,有效提升复杂场景下交互的鲁棒性。

生成式AI通过“多模态输入−模型生成−轻量化优化”的自动化流程,重构XR内容创作链路,大幅降低制作成本与周期。高保真效果依托多模态融合扩散模型实现物理属性精准还原;轻量化通过“剪枝+量化+LOD细节适配”技术,将3D模型体积压缩70%以上。核心技术突破与产业价值主要体现在3方面:一是标准化场景建模效率实现跃迁,MetaWorldGen可通过单文本提示在5 min内生成50 m×50 m的交互式3D世界(图6(a)),避免传统方法视角移动后的质量衰减问题,适用于游戏、沉浸式社交等场景[27];二是个性化与跨场景适配能力提升,腾讯混元3D创作引擎支持文字、图片、草图多模态输入,5~10 min即可生成高质量3D作品(图6(b)),其智能拓扑功能可自动优化模型面数,适配Unity、UnrealEngine等专业引擎[28];三是工业级建模精度实现突破,南京大学联合强思数科公司将AI建模精度提升至≤±2 mm,10 min即可完成流程工业数字孪生建模(传统方法需5 d ),节约60%人工工时,适配工业虚拟调试场景[29]

行业级数字孪生基于毫米级精度建模与虚实实时映射技术,高度依赖“硬件算力支撑+软件算法优化”的协同赋能,2025年在工业、医疗领域实现标志性突破,成为各行业数字化转型的核心驱动力。
1) 工业领域:全流程管控替代单点运维。

1) 医疗普惠:提升基层诊疗能力。
乡村医生借助轻量化AR眼镜,通过XR急诊云平台连线上级医院医生,实时接收操作标注指引,有效破解山区病患“看病远、看病难”的问题,实现远程协同救治,显著提升了基层诊疗的精准度与效率[37]
2) 农业赋能:优化农技推广与生产增效。
VR农技实训已成为农业技术推广的创新载体,种粮大户通过沉浸式体验干旱、病虫害等模拟场景,突破了季节、地域对实训的限制,使抽象的农技知识变得直观易懂,助力农民增收、产业增效,成为乡村振兴的“金钥匙”[38]
总体而言,2025年XR产业应用呈现“高端场景规模化、下沉市场轻量化”的鲜明特征:工业、医疗领域的数字孪生应用,依托高性能硬件与精准交互技术实现价值跃升;下沉市场则通过技术降维与场景适配,让XR从“专业工具”转变为“民生用品”。硬件的轻量化突破、软件的高效化赋能,共同推动XR应用从“单点试点”走向“全域渗透”,为产业高质量发展奠定了坚实的实践基础。
基于2025年XR产业“硬件突破、软件赋能、应用渗透”的阶段性成果,针对核心元器件进口依赖度高、生态碎片化、复杂场景适配不足等关键瓶颈,从技术攻坚、生态构建、场景深耕、政策保障4大维度,提出系统性发展建议,推动产业从“规模化落地”向“高质量发展”跃升。
构建“企业主导−高校协同−科研院所支撑”的产学研攻关联合体。一是加速核心部件国产化进程,推进MicroLED巨量转移设备、12英寸光学级碳化硅晶片等“卡脖子”环节量产,短期内实现核心部件进口替代率超50%;二是优化复杂场景适配性能,推广抗干扰多模态算法,开发工业油污、手术室强光等定制化解决方案,将交互准确率提升至95%以上;三是适配低算力终端需求,通过3D模型动态压缩、功能模块按需加载技术,降低下沉市场应用门槛;四是提升终端使用体验,攻关微型散热模组与低功耗驱动技术,将高频场景续航提升至6 h以上。

基于2025年XR产业发展实践,系统梳理技术演进脉络与市场发展格局后得出如下结论:在5G−Advanced与生成式AI双重技术驱动下,XR产业已完成从技术验证期到规模化落地期的关键跨越;中国市场以29%的全球占比确立核心增长极地位,形成“硬件自主可控−软件生态协同−场景深度渗透”的产业发展新范式。硬件领域,国产5 nm空间计算专用芯片在高性能与低功耗的技术平衡上实现核心突破,凭借9 ms超低延迟、200 TOPS 等效算力等关键指标打破国际技术壁垒,为设备形态轻量化筑牢核心算力底座;光学显示技术构建起全球差异化突破与量产落地的产业格局,碳化硅光波导、全彩Micro LED光机等高端光学组件国产化率大幅提升,直接推动AR眼镜同步实现轻量化形态革新与高保真显示升级。多模态交互精度升级为专业场景应用提供支撑;软件层面,操作系统“开源+闭源”二元格局持续优化,跨设备兼容性显著提升,生成式AI技术将3D建模效率提升6~10倍;应用端形成“高端提质、大众普惠”的双轨发展格局,数字孪生技术延伸至工业、医疗等行业全流程管控,轻量化方案让技术红利惠及下沉市场。
