    钙钛矿材料在太阳能电池和显示技术领域的应用代表了当代光电子学的前沿突破,其核心优势源于独特的ABX3晶体结构所赋予的优异光电特性。在太阳能电池方向,钙钛矿凭借高光吸收系数、长载流子扩散长度和可调带隙等特性,实现了从3.8% 到26.1%的效率飞跃,而其在显示材料领域的应用则主要依托于高光致发光量子产率(photoluminescence quantum yield,PLQY)和窄发射光谱的特性,为下一代显示器提供了革命性解决方案。
    尽管钙钛矿在2个领域都展现出巨大潜力,但仍面临共同的挑战——材料的稳定性。影响钙钛矿结构稳定的主要有内外2个因素,分别是材料制备过程的退火(annealing)阶段产生缺陷的“内因”,以及材料本身对水分、氧气、光照和热敏感的“外因”。
    退火在钙钛矿薄膜制备中是一个“双刃剑”般的关键步骤。虽然它的目的是为了去除溶剂、促进结晶,但如果控制不当(温度过高、时间过长或环境不适),常会诱发晶体缺陷的产生与累积,制约器件稳定运行。厦门大学材料学院张金宝团队与西安交通大学梁超团队合作,提出了一种全新的“固态分子压印退火”方法,在加热阶段精准、实时地控制缺陷的产生和变化,实现了在钙钛矿结晶的同时,同步进行晶体结构稳定化控制。2026年1月9日,相关研究成果发表于《Science》。
    这种方法的具体操作是:在加热退火过程中,将一种吡啶基分子模板直接压印在钙钛矿薄膜表面,不需要添加任何额外溶剂,就能从分子层面“实时约束”钙钛矿的缺陷演化。其中,优化设计的2-吡啶乙胺的分子和钙钛矿表面欠配位的铅离子形成稳定的双齿配位结构,在加热退火过程有效稳固铅-碘键的连接网络,从而从源头上阻止碘空位缺陷的产生和扩散。实验数据表明,用该法制作的厘米级(1 cm2)钙钛矿太阳能电池,效率接近25%。在85℃、60% 相对湿度(ISOS-L-3标准)的连续工作条件下运行1600余小时后,电池仍可保持98% 以上的初始效率。
    针对显示常用的体相钙钛矿晶体(PeNCs)材料,光或热诱导的晶格膨胀和拉伸应变已被确认是关键的降解途径,它们会削弱离子键合并加速离子迁移、相分离和缺陷形成。首尔大学Tae-Woo Lee等设计分级壳层(hierarchical shell,HS)结构,由相互键合的硫酸铅、二氧化硅和聚合物网络组成,可在PeNCs中同时实现高PLQY和商业可行的使用寿命。2026年1月16日,相关研究成果发表于《Science》。
    该HS设计通过引入“晶格-界面互锁”的稳定化策略,对钙钛矿晶格形成空间约束并对表面进行锁定,从而抑制由晶格软化、离子迁移及界面反应驱动的降解途径。最终制备的薄膜实现了100.0% 的PLQY(平均值为98.6%),显著降低了非辐射损失,并将自吸收转化为有利的光子循环过程。
