拉曼光谱是材料科学、半导体工业、环境测试、考古学和生物医学的重要工具，但其应用的一个重要限制是荧光背景。由于拉曼信号和荧光信号同属光致发光现象，且光谱波长范围存在重叠，而荧光信号强度通常比拉曼信号强数个数量级，这使得荧光干扰问题尤为突出。时间门控拉曼光谱技术是区分微弱拉曼信号与强荧光背景的关键工具，但由于单光子雪崩二极管（SPAD）技术瓶颈，难以同时满足高光谱分辨率、宽光谱范围和高时间分辨率的需求。
