首创实用性MOF。中山大学陈小明团队在国际上率先创制了由简单易得的咪唑衍生物分子与锌离子构筑的具有天然分子筛拓扑结构,且有永久性孔洞的MOF(ZIF-8),该材料是迄今国际上研究、应用最多的MOF材料(国内外相关论文超过1.2万篇)。近年来还创制了系列耐高温有机-无机杂化高性能含能晶态材料,并进入实际应用,比如MOF用于电催化转化二氧化碳生成高附加值的C1,C2甚至多碳产物。
开发合成方法。武汉大学邓鹤翔聚焦MOF结构的精准设计、功能化调控及先进应用。通过设计配体对称性和反应条件,控制晶体生长方向,其研究团队首次实现亚微米级MOF单晶的精确结构调控,为MOF在微纳电子器件中的应用奠定基础。他们还提出并探讨了分子构筑孔材料的孔径极限问题,从几何学角度分析多面体尺寸与孔径的关系,结合热力学因素估算孔径上限。通过同拓扑扩展法,他们成功合成MOF-939等新型材料,其三维笼状孔道内径达11.4 nm,可用于RNA和DNA等生物大分子的负载。
绿色规模化制备体系。北京理工大学王博团队与重庆理工清科研究院合作,建立全球领先的MOF绿色合成工艺。团队创新性解决传统MOF脆性高、难成型的产业化痛点,开发出凝胶态与复合态MOF结构,并建成国内首个百吨级MOF量产平台,将实验室合成周期从数天缩短至数小时,制备成本降低70%以上。这一成果被亚吉教授评价为“MOF从理论走向应用的关键一步”。
在这场MOF从实验室通向市场的全球竞赛中,中国凭借其完整的产业链、庞大的工程师红利和巨大的内需市场,正从“并跑”迈向“领跑”,展现出令人瞩目的“中国速度”。
