216−type metal halide perovskites (A2BX6) have garnered significant attention in recent years due to their environmental friendliness and excellent optoelectronic properties. However, large bandgaps, high production costs, and suboptimal photoluminescence (PL) limit the further applications in optoelectronics. To overcome these limitations, cation synergistic substitution at both the A−site and B−site has emerged as an effective strategy to tune and optimize their optical properties. In this study, Bi3+−doped Cs2SnCl6 and (BTP)2SnCl6 (BTP+=C25H22P+) were successfully synthesized via a cost−effective and high−yield solution crystallization method under varying temperature conditions. Structural and optical characterizations reveal that both Cs2SnCl6: xBi3+ and (BTP)2SnCl6: xBi3+ exhibit bright blue self−trapped excitons (STE) emission. Their luminescence properties can be effectively tuned by tuning Bi3+ doping concentrations, with excellent STE emission achieved at 5%. Notably, distinct differences in luminescence features, including Stokes shift, full width at half maximum (FWHM), PL decay time, and chromaticity coordinates, are observed in Cs2SnCl6: xBi3+ and (BTP)2SnCl6: xBi3+. These differences originate from the lattice isolation effects induced by the different sizes and functionalities of A−site cations, further influencing the dynamic behaviors of exited−state carrier. Based on these findings, a temperature−responsive dual−color fluorescent anti−counterfeiting seal was designed, demonstrating the practical application potential of these materials. Our strategy on cation synergistic substitution provides a theoretical and experimental guidance to develop novel tin−based perovskites.

216型金属卤化物钙钛矿(即A2BX6)因其优异的环境友好性和光电性质,近年来受到广泛关注。然而,带隙宽、成本高、发光性能差等因素限制了此类材料在光电领域的进一步应用。为实现216型锡基钙钛矿光学性能的优化调控,协同取代A位和B位阳离子成为了一种有效的策略。采用低成本、高产率的溶液结晶法,在不同温度条件下成功合成了Bi3+掺杂的Cs2SnCl6和(BTP)2SnCl6(BTP+=C25H22P+)粉末晶体。综合结构与光学表征结果发现,Cs2SnCl6: xBi3+与(BTP)2SnCl6: xBi3+均表现出明亮的蓝色自陷激子(STE)发光,在Bi3+掺杂浓度变化下,两者均可实现对发光性能的有效调控;当Bi3+掺杂浓度为5%时,STE发光性能调节至最优。值得注意的是,由BTP+取代Cs+后,材料在Stokes位移、半峰宽、荧光衰减寿命和色度坐标等方面均表现出显著差异,这源于不同尺寸和功能的A位阳离子引起的晶格孤立性差异,进而影响了A2SnX6的激发态载流子动力学行为。基于上述差异,进一步制备了具有温度响应特性的双色荧光防伪印章,展现了该类材料在防伪识别等应用场景中具有潜力。

216型金属卤化物钙钛矿(即A2BX6)因其优异的环境友好性和光电性质,近年来受到广泛关注。然而,带隙宽、成本高、发光性能差等因素限制了此类材料在光电领域的进一步应用。为实现216型锡基钙钛矿光学性能的优化调控,协同取代A位和B位阳离子成为了一种有效的策略。采用低成本、高产率的溶液结晶法,在不同温度条件下成功合成了Bi3+掺杂的Cs2SnCl6和(BTP)2SnCl6(BTP+=C25H22P+)粉末晶体。综合结构与光学表征结果发现,Cs2SnCl6: xBi3+与(BTP)2SnCl6: xBi3+均表现出明亮的蓝色自陷激子(STE)发光,在Bi3+掺杂浓度变化下,两者均可实现对发光性能的有效调控;当Bi3+掺杂浓度为5%时,STE发光性能调节至最优。值得注意的是,由BTP+取代Cs+后,材料在Stokes位移、半峰宽、荧光衰减寿命和色度坐标等方面均表现出显著差异,这源于不同尺寸和功能的A位阳离子引起的晶格孤立性差异,进而影响了A2SnX6的激发态载流子动力学行为。基于上述差异,进一步制备了具有温度响应特性的双色荧光防伪印章,展现了该类材料在防伪识别等应用场景中具有潜力。

216−type metal halide perovskites (A2BX6) have garnered significant attention in recent years due to their environmental friendliness and excellent optoelectronic properties. However, large bandgaps, high production costs, and suboptimal photoluminescence (PL) limit the further applications in optoelectronics. To overcome these limitations, cation synergistic substitution at both the A−site and B−site has emerged as an effective strategy to tune and optimize their optical properties. In this study, Bi3+−doped Cs2SnCl6 and (BTP)2SnCl6 (BTP+=C25H22P+) were successfully synthesized via a cost−effective and high−yield solution crystallization method under varying temperature conditions. Structural and optical characterizations reveal that both Cs2SnCl6: xBi3+ and (BTP)2SnCl6: xBi3+ exhibit bright blue self−trapped excitons (STE) emission. Their luminescence properties can be effectively tuned by tuning Bi3+ doping concentrations, with excellent STE emission achieved at 5%. Notably, distinct differences in luminescence features, including Stokes shift, full width at half maximum (FWHM), PL decay time, and chromaticity coordinates, are observed in Cs2SnCl6: xBi3+ and (BTP)2SnCl6: xBi3+. These differences originate from the lattice isolation effects induced by the different sizes and functionalities of A−site cations, further influencing the dynamic behaviors of exited−state carrier. Based on these findings, a temperature−responsive dual−color fluorescent anti−counterfeiting seal was designed, demonstrating the practical application potential of these materials. Our strategy on cation synergistic substitution provides a theoretical and experimental guidance to develop novel tin−based perovskites.

能源短缺、环境污染已成为世界关注的焦点,发展以低能耗、低排放为标志的低碳经济,寻找新能源材料,提高能量转化效率,实现可持续发展,正在成为世界各国的共同选择。2025年是“十四五”规划的收官之年,开发环境友好、光电性质优异的216型金属卤化物钙钛矿(即A2BX6)作为高效发光材料,是实现高质量发展的重要途径之一[13]。然而,A2BX6材料仍面临着本征发光效率低、带隙宽、合成成本高等瓶颈,亟需通过B位离子掺杂、协同调控等合成策略优化手段加以突破[46]
针对Sn基A2BX6(即A2SnX6)本征发光能力有限的问题,掺杂具有ns2电子构型的B位离子(如Bi3+、Sb3+、Te4+)已被证实可有效激活宽带光致发光(PL),实现荧光增强[7]。应用上述策略,Sn基A2BX6(即A2SnX6)发光材料表现出极佳的应用潜力。例如,Tan等[8]通过水热法向Cs2SnCl6掺杂系列浓度的Bi3+,实现高达78.9%的光致发光量子产率(PLQY)。另外,A位有机阳离子亦可调节A2SnX6的晶体结构和发光特性,为调控A2SnX6发光行为提供了新的设计空间:其尺寸与功能特性可显著影响激发态载流子的行为,进而调控自陷激子(STE)发射过程[912]。Zhao等[13]引入具有较大空间位阻的有机阳离子—苄基三苯基膦鎓(BTP+=C25H22P+)作为A位阳离子,显著增强了[SnCl6]2–八面体的孤立性,使其在高压下发生不可逆的非晶化转变,并提高了结构的相变势垒,成功激活了(BTP)2SnCl6的STE发光,为利用环境因素(如压力、温度等)优化A2SnX6的光电性能提供了新思路。上述研究聚焦于单一的A位或B位取代,而两者的协同取代更具调控发光行为的潜力。例如,Jing[14]和Zhang等[15]采用水热法成功合成(C10H16N22SnCl6∶Sb3+,相比于Jing等合成的Cs2SnCl6: Sb3+,其PL峰值从490、615 nm分别红移至500、660 nm;Chen等[16]和Zhang等[17]合成的(C8H20N)2SnCl6∶Te4+相比于Zhang等合成的Cs2SnCl6∶Te4+,其PL峰值也表现出从565 nm红移至597 nm的变化。
基于此,本研究采用低成本、高产率的溶液结晶法,在不同的反应温度条件下分别合成Cs2SnCl6xBi3+和(BTP)2SnCl6xBi3系列晶体,实现了A2SnCl6(A=Cs+, BTP+)体系中不同浓度Bi3+与不同类型A位阳离子的协同取代。一方面,Bi3+掺杂激活Cs2SnCl6xBi3+和(BTP)2SnCl6xBi3+明亮的STE发射;另一方面,通过协同调控A位阳离子的尺寸和功能,实现了对Stokes位移、半峰宽(FWHM)、PL寿命、国际照明委员会(CIE)色坐标等光学性质的优化调节,进而改变了激发态载流子的迁移行为。利用Cs2SnCl6xBi3+与(BTP)2SnCl6xBi3+在发光特性上的显著差异,设计出一种具有温度响应特性的双色荧光防伪印章,展示了A2SnCl6xBi3+材料在信息防伪等应用领域的潜力。
实验试剂包括:氯化铯(CsCl,纯度为99.99%)、五水合四氯化锡(SnCl4·5H2O,纯度为99.99%)、苄基三苯基氯化膦(BTPCl,纯度为99%)、氯化铋(BiCl3,纯度为99.99%)、无水乙醇(CH3CH2OH,分析纯)、盐酸(HCl,纯度为36.0%~38.0%)。
在氮气手套箱中称取3.6 mmol的ACl(A=Cs+,BTP+)置于1号样品瓶,加入5 mL无水乙醇和2 mL 1.2 mol/L稀盐酸搅拌至完全溶解。如图1(a)所示,称取(2–2x) mmol SnCl4·5H2O、2x mmol BiCl3置于2号样品瓶(x=0、1%、5%、10%、15%、20%),加入5 mL的无水乙醇搅拌至完全溶解,所得前驱体溶液中金属离子总浓度为4 mol。将1号样品瓶中的前驱体溶液缓慢滴入2号样品瓶中,反应30 s后获得白色沉淀。将产物在10000 r/min的转速下离心8 min,收集沉淀并烘干。研磨后得到粉末晶体A2SnCl6xBi3+
由X射线衍射仪在Cu的Kα射线(λ=0.154 nm)下获得粉末样品的X射线衍射(XRD)数据,分析A2SnCl6xBi3+样品的晶体结构。XRD的采集范围为10°~80°,采集步进为0.02°。X射线光电子能谱(XPS)用于分析A2SnCl6xBi3+的元素组成,测试仪器型号为Thermo Fisher Nexsa。通过型号为ZEISS 300的扫描电子显微镜(SEM)摄取样品的微观形貌像。最后,采用某公司生产的FLS1000荧光光谱仪记录样品的光致发光激发(PLE)、PL、变温荧光和时间分辨光致发光(TRPL)光谱。
本文采用基于密度泛函理论(DFT)的DS−PAW软件包开展第一性原理计算。结构优化时,采用广义梯度近似(GGA)下的Perdew−Burke−Ernzerhof(PBE)泛函处理交换相关项。平面波截至能量设为500 eV,电子波函数的能量和原子间作用力的收敛标准分别设为1×10–5 eV和0.001 eV/nm[1821]
目前的研究中关于Cs2SnCl6的生长合成主要采用水热法。然而,该方法需要在高温、高压的条件下进行,存在反应条件难以精确控制、设备要求较高等问题,限制了其规模化应用。因此,本研究采用一种低成本、高产率的溶液结晶法合成了A2SnCl6xBi3+图1(a)和(b)分别展示在SnCl4·5H2O和BiCl3的混合溶液中滴加ACl(A=Cs+, BTP+)后的化学反应过程,以及反应进行10、20、30 s后溶液的变化情况,可以观察到反应迅速生成沉淀,并在365 nm紫外光照射下分别发出深蓝色和天蓝色荧光,表明A2SnCl6xBi3+能在短时间内快速结晶成型。图1(c)表明,通过溶液结晶法制备Cs2SnCl6∶5%Bi3+和(BTP)2SnCl6∶5%Bi3+的平均合成产率分别达到了84%和42%,显示出良好的规模化生产潜力。进一步估算,Cs2SnCl6xBi3+、(BTP)2SnCl6xBi3+的制备成本分别约为8.4、6.5元/g,显著低于市售蓝色荧光粉的价格(图1(d)),展现出优越的经济性与应用前景。
优化微观形貌是提高卤化物钙钛矿光电性能的有效策略[22]。形貌与尺寸受到前驱体浓度、反应温度和反应时间等多种因素的协同调控[2324]。其中,反应温度直接影响晶体的形核与生长过程,是调控微观形貌的关键参数[2526]。为比较不同温度对A2SnCl6xBi3+晶体生长行为及发光性能的影响,以Cs2SnCl6∶5%Bi3+为例,分别在20、40、60、80、100℃下进行溶液结晶实验,以优化其结晶工艺。在不同温度下制备的Cs2SnCl6∶5%Bi3+除晶粒尺寸存在差异外,其他形貌特征基本保持一致。图1(e)展示了在20℃生长的Cs2SnCl6∶5%Bi3+的SEM图像,其晶粒较大(约为32.50 μm)、表面平整,结晶质量较好。相较之下,100℃生长的Cs2SnCl6∶5%Bi3+晶粒尺寸显著减小,如图1(f)所示,约为14.79 μm。综上所述,为获得更优异的微观结构和结晶质量,后续样品均在20℃的温和条件下进行溶液结晶。
为验证A2SnCl6: xBi3+的成功合成,通过XRD对其晶体结构进行分析。如图2(a)所示,Cs2SnCl6: xBi3+x=0、5%)的XRD图谱与标准衍射卡片(PDF编号为07−0197)的衍射峰一致,各衍射峰的峰形尖锐且无明显杂质峰,表明Bi3+的掺杂未引入杂相,样品保持为高结晶度的单一相[27]。因Bi3+的半径(0.10 nm)大于Sn4+(0.07 nm),Bi3+掺杂导致Cs2SnCl6∶5%Bi3+(220)晶面对应的衍射峰(24.4°)出现了轻微低角偏移,反映出晶格常数的膨胀[24]。与此相对应,(BTP)2SnCl6xBi3+x=0、5%)的XRD图谱如图2(b)所示。(BTP)2SnCl6的多重衍射峰可能是因为软晶格在结晶过程中容易产生堆垛缺陷,故衍生出次级衍射峰。相较于图2(a),(BTP)2SnCl6与(BTP)2SnCl6: 5%Bi3+的XRD衍射峰未发生明显移动,推测其原因在于Cs+半径(0.17 nm)远小于体积庞大的BTP+(尺寸超过0.83 nm),结构参数的影响被BTP+的位阻效应所掩盖[2830]。(BTP)2SnCl6的软晶格特性可进一步由第一性原理计算验证。如图2(c)和(d)所示,Cs2SnCl6和(BTP)2SnCl6的晶体结构分别属于Fm−3m和P21/c空间群,其中孤立[SnCl6]2–八面体与空位交替排列成零维空位有序结构[3132]。结构优化计算表明,Cs2SnCl6中[SnCl6]2–八面体间距为0.73 nm,而在(BTP)2SnCl6中该间距最大可达1.59 nm(图2(e)),表明其晶格膨胀显著,结构刚性明显降低。
尽管XRD结果初步证实了A2SnCl6: xBi3+样品的成功合成,但是Bi3+掺杂对材料表面电子结构的影响仍需进一步探究。如图3(a)所示,Cs2SnCl6: 5%Bi3+的XPS全谱中出现了Cs 3d、Sn 3d、Cl 2p、Bi 4f的特征峰,而(BTP)2SnCl6: 5%Bi3+的XPS全谱中则出现了P 2p、Sn 3d、Cl 2p、Bi 4f的特征峰,这些结果表明2种样品中均包含所有预期元素,验证了材料的组成。其中,Bi3+信号较弱可归因于其较低的掺杂浓度。元素定量分析显示,Cs2SnCl6: 5%Bi3+样品表面Cs与(Bi+Sn)的摩尔比为15.57∶(1.50+6.77),而(BTP)2SnCl6: 5%Bi3+样品表面P与(Bi+Sn)的比例为3.73∶(0.16+1.55),整体上与理论值2∶1基本一致。如图3(b)和(c)所示,位于737.98和724.18 eV的信号分别归属于Cs的3d5/2和3d3/2,而位于133.49和132.61 eV的信号分别归属于P的2p1/2和2p3/2。XPS精细谱进一步验证了Bi3+的成功掺杂。如图3(d)所示,Bi 4f的2个特征峰分别位于164.6 eV(4f5/2)和159.2 eV(4f7/2),符合Bi3+的化学状态特征。如图3(e)所示,在所有样品中均观测到了Sn4+的3d3/2和3d5/2信号,表明结晶过程中Sn4+保持稳定的化学价态,没有发生氧化还原反应。Sn 3d结合能的移动尤其值得关注。一方面,Bi3+掺杂引起Sn 3d的峰向低结合能方向的轻微位移,可能是由于Bi3+和Cl间较弱的相互作用诱导了Sn4+和Cl周围的局部电子密度重排,加剧了[SnCl6]2–的孤立化和Sn4+电子云的局域性,从而降低了Sn 3d轨道的结合能。另一方面,A位阳离子由Cs+替代为BTP+后,Sn 3d结合能同样轻微下降,原因可能为:BTP+为体积较大、电子云易变形的软酸,与作为硬碱的Cl间相互作用较弱,最终令Sn4+电荷密度增加,Bi3+的电荷密度降低,从而加剧了[SnCl6]2–的结构孤立化和Sn4+电荷局域化。此规律亦可在如图3(f)所示Cl的信号中得到验证,Cl 2p能级可以拟合为位于199.7、198.1 eV处的2p1/2和2p3/2双峰,其化学位移规律与Sn 3d保持一致,进一步佐证了电子结构的变化。类似的结构调控亦会引起材料发光特性的改变,例如,Song等[33]用大尺寸的C6H16N2+替代Cs+后,[SnCl6]2–的空间间隔就由0.73 nm增大至0.78 nm,使其在450 K下仍能够维持较强的STE发射。根据XPS的化学位移规律,推测A位和B位阳离子的协同取代改变了材料中的电子云分布,进而影响了STE发光峰位、PL寿命等发光特性。其中,BTP+有效增强了A2SnCl6xBi3+的软晶格特性,对体系电子结构和化学位移的调控作用远大于单独的Bi3+掺杂,展现出协同取代策略在调控材料光电性能方面的重要潜力。
通过SEM、XRD与XPS等结构表征,系统地揭示了A2SnCl6xBi3+的微观形貌、晶体结构以及电子结构特征。为进一步探讨其结构调控对发光行为的影响,开展了包括PL、PLE、变温荧光及TRPL在内的一系列光学表征,以深入阐明其发光机制与载流子动力学特征。如图4(a)所示,Cs2SnCl6xBi3+在300~400 nm范围出现明显的PLE峰,归因于Bi3+1S03P1跃迁[34]。在365 nm的激发下,纯Cs2SnCl6几乎不发光,而掺杂Bi3+后的一系列Cs2SnCl6xBi3+在451 nm处展现出明亮的宽带发光,FWHM为61 nm,呈现出典型的STE发光特征[33]。如图4(b)所示,Cs2SnCl6∶5%Bi3+的荧光发射强度最强、PL峰面积最大,表明该掺杂浓度下STE发光性能最优。其对应CIE色坐标为(0.14,0.07),位于蓝光区(图4(c));当BTP+作为A位阳离子替代Cs+后,如图4(d)所示,一系列(BTP)2SnCl6xBi3+的PLE峰位置从之前的346 nm移动到390 nm,PL峰位置由451 nm移动到475 nm,FWHM由61 nm增大至69 nm,Stokes位移也由97 nm减小至79 nm。其中,(BTP)2SnCl6∶5%Bi3+呈现最强的发射强度与最大的峰面积(图4(e)),其CIE色坐标移动到(0.13,0.19)的天蓝色位置(图4(f))。上述这些变化说明A位有机阳离子的引入增强了软晶格特性,削弱了STE的束缚势阱和激发态局域畸变,从而对激发态载流子的运动、耦合与辐射复合行为产生显著影响。
虽然较大的FWHM和Stokes位移是STE发射的典型特征,但缺陷态发光或Bi3+的f−f跃迁等其他可能的机制未被排除,故体系中STE是否为主要发光路径仍需进一步验证。为此,在130~310 K的温度范围内补充了对A2SnCl6∶5%Bi3+样品的变温荧光测试。图5(a)和(b)分别展示了Cs2SnCl6∶5%Bi3+与(BTP)2SnCl6∶5%Bi3+的变温荧光光谱。随着温度由130 K提高至310 K,尽管PL峰形未发生明显变化,但由于温度升高激活非辐射复合过程,Cs2SnCl6∶5%Bi3+与(BTP)2SnCl6∶5%Bi3+的PL强度最终都显著下降。PL强度与温度的关系可用IT)=I0/[1+exp(−Eb/Tkb)]拟合。其中,I0T=0 K时的PL强度,Eb为激子结合能,kb为玻尔兹曼常数。如图5(c)和(d)所示,Cs2SnCl6∶5%Bi3+和(BTP)2SnCl6∶5%Bi3+的激子结合能分别为248.62 meV和57.32 meV。上述结果表明,Cs2SnCl6∶5%Bi3+与(BTP)2SnCl6: 5%Bi3+在变温条件下的发光行为均符合STE发射的特征,而相比之下,后者具有更浅的STE束缚势阱,更有利于束缚激子的辐射复合过程。
为了进一步探讨STE态的发光跃迁机制,对A2SnCl6: xBi3+样品进行了TRPL表征。图6(a)和(b)分别展示了(BTP)2SnCl6和Cs2SnCl6在Bi3+掺杂前后的荧光衰减曲线。尽管Bi3+掺杂均导致衰减寿命延长,但是两者表现出显著不同的动力学行为:(BTP)2SnCl6xBi3+的衰减寿命均保持在1.5 ns左右,而Cs2SnCl6xBi3+的衰减寿命则显著延长至百纳秒量级。结合已有文献报道,可以明确两者发光均源于激活的STE态辐射复合[813]。但是,两者寿命相差近百倍,表明(BTP)2SnCl6: xBi3+与Cs2SnCl6xBi3+体系的STE形成与复合过程具有本征差异:当Cs+被BTP+取代后,[SnCl6]2–八面体晶格松弛,柔性增强,局域畸变程度减弱,导致STE态的束缚势阱深度变浅,缩短荧光寿命。上述观点得到了多项实验表征结果的佐证:首先,Cs+和BTP+之间存在显著的尺寸差异,前者的离子半径约为0.17 nm,而后者离子尺寸超过0.83 nm,这种体积差异促使(BTP)2SnCl6的晶格结构更易发生松弛;其次,Bi3+掺杂前后,(BTP)2SnCl6的XRD和XPS的表征结果几乎未显示出明显变化,说明掺杂未显著扰动其局部晶体结构,反映出(BTP)2SnCl6的软晶格特性;此外,相较于Cs2SnCl6xBi3+,(BTP)2SnCl6xBi3+的PL光谱峰位红移,FHWM增大,Stokes位移与Eb显著减小,进一步说明其STE的束缚势阱变浅,激发态局域畸变减弱,寿命变短。除了源于STE发射的慢衰减组分,Cs2SnCl6xBi3+在0~100 ns范围内还显示出快衰减组分。其衰减曲线可通过三指数函数拟合,即It)=I0+A1exp(−t/τ1)+A2exp(−t/τ2)+A3exp(−t/τ3)。其中,It)为t时刻的荧光强度,τ1τ2τ3分别为3个不同的衰减寿命,A1A2A3为各指数项对应的振幅。如图6(c)所示,τ2≈1.7 ns,τ3>100 ns,快衰减组分的τ2可能源于自由激子复合[15]图6(d)概括了A2SnCl6xBi3+的发光机制:Bi3+诱导局部晶格畸变,激活STE态为亮态,从而通过辐射复合过程产生宽带发射。此外,由于A位阳离子的协同取代作用,不同的A位阳离子改变了激发态势能面深度,影响了载流子运动和复合行为,实现了对发光强度、色度及衰减时间等光学性能的有效调控。
利用Cs2SnCl6∶5%Bi3+和(BTP)2SnCl6∶5%Bi3+在STE发光特性的差异,可设计具备温度响应能力的双色荧光防伪图案。如图7(a)和(b)所示,雪花图案的上、下2部分因分别填充了Cs2SnCl6∶5%Bi3+和(BTP)2SnCl6∶5%Bi3+,在日光下该图案不显色,但在365 nm紫外激发下,呈现出各自特有的深蓝色和天蓝色发光,与图4(c)和(f)中的CIE色度图结果一致。更值得关注的是,该防伪体系还展现出优异的温度响应特性。图7(c)和(d)展示了对(BTP)2SnCl6∶5%Bi3+和Cs2SnCl6∶5%Bi3+粉末分别进行一次热循环处理(升温至120℃后自然冷却至室温)后的发光响应变化。两者的发光强度均随着温度升高而出现不同程度的热猝灭,这一现象与图5中所展示的非辐射复合增强趋势相吻合。热循环一次后,(BTP)2SnCl6: 5%Bi3+的发射未发生明显改变,而Cs2SnCl6∶5%Bi3+的PL峰从原本的451 nm红移至486 nm(图7(e))。这一红移现象可能源于热退火过程中形成的Cl空位,削弱了Cs2SnCl6∶5%Bi3+内的发光中心[BiSn+VCl][35]。此外,在去离子水中浸泡60 d后,Cs2SnCl6∶5%Bi3+和(BTP)2SnCl6∶5%Bi3+粉末的PL强度分别保持原有强度的68%与39%,表明样品具有较好的水稳定性和发光稳定性。上述应用证明,基于A位阳离子的协同取代策略,不仅实现了对STE发光特性的调控,还赋予材料优异的温度响应行为与结构稳定性,展示出其在防伪标识与信息加密等实际应用场景中的广阔前景。
1) 结构表征(SEM、XRD、XPS)表明了Bi3+掺杂与Cs+/BTP+协同取代的策略能够有效调控结构孤立性和Sn4+电荷局域化,从而显著影响A2SnCl6: xBi3+晶体结构和载流子传输行为与发光特性之间的构效关系。
2) 光学表征(PL、PLE、变温荧光、TRPL)进一步印证了不同尺寸和功能的A位阳离子可调控STE的束缚势阱和激发态局域畸变,实现对A2SnCl6体系的发光强度、色度、衰减时间及温度响应等光学特性的调节。
3) 基于阳离子协同取代策略调控下的载流子运动和复合行为,结合其光学特能和温度响应的关系,在Bi3+浓度为5%的最佳掺杂比例下,设计出具有温度响应特性的双色荧光防伪图案,展现出该类材料在防伪识别等应用场景中的潜力。
4) 本研究实现了对蓝光范围内STE发光特性的有效调控,为理解A2SnCl6体系中阳离子协同取代的发光机制提供了实验依据。但要实现更广泛波段范围内的发光行为调控,仍需进一步筛选更具尺寸和功能差异的有机阳离子。
