2025年8月27日,北京大学电子学院王兴军团队与香港城市大学王骋团队在《Nature》给出一次系统性验证:他们基于薄膜铌酸锂(TFLN)做出一枚光电融合芯片,把信号源、调制/解调、无线-光子转换等关键环节集成在同片上,形成一套“全频引擎”。这套引擎的射频信号源可在0.5~115 GHz连续调谐;在9个相邻频段完成端到端无线通信演示,峰值单通道100 Gbps(在35 GHz与95 GHz处),而30 GHz以上各频段普遍达到≥50 Gbps的速率一致性,并演示了实时自适应频谱分配以避让干扰、保持链路稳定。
这为何能“全谱通吃”?关键在于用光子学替电路“扛带宽”:TFLN器件靠Pockels效应(线性电光)实现低损耗、高带宽的电—光互转;片上光电振荡器提供可宽域调谐、低相位噪声的本振/载波,避免了传统倍频链到高频时噪声级联的老问题。相当于用光做“换挡器”,把不同频段的无线信号“顺滑地”装载、转换与收发。
同一颗芯片既能在低频段提供覆盖与穿透,也能在毫米波/亚太赫兹段给出超高速,适合固定无线接入、车路协同、应急通信等多场景,技术路线也被多家媒体解读为有望缩小城乡“数字鸿沟”。当然,从实验台到规模部署仍有工程槛:封装与散热、整机功耗、天线/射频前端协同以及成本与可靠性等,都需要与产业链协同打磨。
ITU-R(国际电信联盟的无线电通信部门)于2023年通过了Recommendation ITU-R M. 2160(也称IMT-2030 Framework),明确6G(IMT-2030)总体目标、能力维度与使用场景。该工作把“同一硬件跨全频段”从设想推到原型,对6G的低成本规模部署与弹性频谱利用具有中高等级的基础性推动,但真正规模化落地仍需对齐国际行业组织的能力评估。
