    2025年9月18日,新疆哈密戈壁滩上26万块银镜同步转向落日余晖——三峡集团哈密百万千瓦“光热+ 光伏”项目正式实现全容量并网发电。作为全国最大的“线性菲涅尔”(linear Fresnel reflector, LFR)光热综合示范工程,这项融合前沿聚光技术与储能科技的超级工程,正重塑新能源发电的稳定供给模式。
    LFR是光热储能领域中一种重要的聚光式太阳能利用技术,它利用法国物理学家菲涅尔提出的光的反射和折射原理,通过聚光、集热、储热和发电4个环节实现太阳能的转化与利用。该工程利用高透镜反射镜组成的80万m2集热矩阵,反射率达93%以上,可通过智能控制系统全天追踪太阳轨迹,将散射光精准汇聚至集热管。集热管内的熔盐被加热至550℃后存入巨型储罐,这套8 h储热系统如同“能源银行”,夜晚可通过高温熔盐加热蒸汽驱动汽轮机发电,实现昼夜不间断供电。
    当前,中国新能源装机规模持续扩大,但光伏、风电受自然条件影响,“出力不稳定”问题已成为制约电网发挥消纳能力的一道难关。该示范工程的“光热+ 光伏”的技术协同成为项目另一突破。90万kW光伏电站承担日间基础供电,10万kW光热电站则扮演“调峰缓冲器”角色:白天光伏出力高峰时,光热系统专注储热;夜晚或阴雨天,储热系统无缝切换至发电模式,实现24 h稳定输出。国网新疆电力数据显示,该模式使新能源出力波动率从30%降至5%以下,显著提升电网接纳能力。
    按全容量并网测算,基地年均发电量约20.67亿kW/h,每年可节约标煤约62万t、减排二氧化碳超163万t。更远处,中能建1500 MW“光热储”基地等项目加速推进,一场由LFR技术引领的能源革命正在西北戈壁铺展。
