与传统“一酶对应一种底物”不同,这个纳米酶更像“能换挡的多面手”。作者研究发现,通过2套不同的电位脉冲谱,纳米通道里的化学环境被可编程地调控,于是同一个活性位对两种底物分别表现出高选择性与信噪比。这种“纳米限域+电化学微环境编程”的思路并不局限于葡萄糖/多巴胺,原则上可以迁移到更多活性位与底物体系。
这项研究把“纳米限域+电位编程”变成可复制的选择性拨盘:除血液检测外,可直接迁移到ICU/急诊等场景实现同一样本的多指标串行监护;在可穿戴/居家设备中,用同一电极“换挡”即可测多个目标,减少传感头与一次性试剂;对电催化与有机电合成,提供在同一活性位上切换反应路径的新控柄,利于选择性电合成与串联反应设计;对材料与微流控,把通道几何与表面化学视为“第二活性层”,可指导高选择性膜分离、离子通道器件与纳流芯片;在食品/环境监测中,也有望在复杂基质里免/少前处理地实现多靶标快速筛查,服务质量控制与污水在线监测。总体而言,它提供了从分子—器件—系统多层级可编程的通用范式,医疗、化工、材料、环境等行业均可借鉴。
