For the event sponsored by Science & Technology Review to select Chinese annual top advances in science, technology and engineering, altogether top 10 scientific, top 10 technological and top 10 engineering achievements during January 1 to December 31 of 2025 have been selected from respective published influential academic journals and scientific newspapers. The selection procedure involved screening and recommending candidates internally, followed by appraisal of experts including editorial board members and external reviewers. This article introduces these achievements in a time sequence of publishing.

《科技导报》自2004年以来,至今已连续22年遴选发布中国年度重大科学、技术和工程进展[12]。为盘点2025年中国重大科学、技术和工程进展,《科技导报》编辑部从国内外重要科技期刊和科技新闻媒体2025年1月1日至12月31日间发表、公布或报道的中国科技成果中,遴选、推荐30项重大科学进展、28项重大技术进展、30项重大工程进展候选条目,由《科技导报》编委、审稿人等专家评选,参考每项进展得票情况,推选出2025年中国重大科学、技术和工程进展各10项。以下按发表、公布及报道的时间顺序逐一介绍。
合声波是地球和行星空间等离子体中幅值最强的电磁波动之一,在地球辐射带高能电子加速和极区脉冲极光的产生过程中起着关键作用。然而,数十年来,学术界对合声波的激发机制充满争议。北京航空航天大学空间与地球科学学院曹晋滨团队刘成明等发现了距离地球16万km处遥远空间的“太空合声”(图1[3]。在对合声波非线性理论进行深入研究后,认为合声波的产生是一个基本空间等离子体物理过程,不仅在传统观点认为的近地空间偶极磁场区域存在,在非偶极磁场区域,也应该存在。研究人员分析了国际地球磁层多尺度卫星(magnetospheric multiscale mission,MMS)数年收集的海量数据,在非偶极场结构的磁尾中性片区域发现了连续出现的合声波,并且在波动相空间首次探测到了非对称电子洞——学术界搜寻数十年的合声波非线性形成过程的关键信号。这项工作打破了学术界关于合声波只能在地球偶极磁场控制的近地区域出现这一持续70多年的传统观点,为合声波非线性激发机制提供了迄今最直接、最重要的科学证据。
大气气溶胶通过吸收和散射太阳光辐射影响地球气候,其中有机气溶胶在近紫外到可见光波段具有显著的吸光能力。然而,由于有机气溶胶组分复杂且在大气中不断演化,其气候效应的评估一直存在挑战。南方科技大学傅宗玫及香港科技大学郁建珍团队提出了通过量化吸光性有机氮组分——“棕色氮”评估全球有机气溶胶的辐射吸收(图2[4]。研究团队模拟量化了有机气溶胶中棕色氮的全球丰度,并揭示了其光学性质随化学老化的演变规律。结果表明,棕色氮的全球平均吸光性直接辐射效应为0.034 W·m−2,约为黑碳的22%;但在生物质燃烧显著的地区,棕色氮的吸光性直接辐射效应可高达黑碳的120%。全球范围内,生物质燃烧是棕色氮吸光性直接辐射效应最大贡献源(0.013 W·m−2)。该研究建立了一个以氮元素为核心的全新有机气溶胶理论框架,对表征及追踪有机气溶胶的气候影响意义重大。
溶瘤病毒是一类用于具有复制能力的肿瘤杀伤型病毒,经过基因修饰安装上癌细胞“定向GPS”,再接入一些外源性“助手”,它就可以选择性地感染并杀死肿瘤细胞而不损伤正常细胞,同时激活机体免疫系统,使得这些病毒产生全身性的抗肿瘤效应(图3)。浙江大学医学院附属第一医院梁廷波等将溶瘤病毒疗法应用于肝癌患者的治疗,设计开发了一种携带多免疫刺激因子的新型溶瘤病毒VG161[5]。在一项针对系统治疗失败的晚期肝癌患者的临床试验中,VG161将患者的中位生存期从不足5个月延长至9.4个月。安全性分析显示,VG161有良好的耐受性,未观察到剂量限制性毒性或治疗相关死亡病例。此外,研究团队进一步开发了ViroPredict 1.0预测模型,基于5个关键基因(如SETD9、NCKAP5)的检测,用于识别可能从VG161治疗中获益的潜在人群,并对患者生存结局进行风险分层与预后评估。这些发现表明VG161或可成为难治性肝细胞癌的有前景的三线治疗方案,填补了难治性肝细胞癌患者的治疗空白,并推进基于溶瘤病毒的免疫疗法领域。
植物吸收是很多污染物进入食物链的重要途径。大气中的微塑料污染广泛存在,若被植物叶片直接吸收,将导致更直接的污染生态风险。南开大学汪磊课题组和孙红文课题组等揭示了植物叶片能够通过气孔吸收大气微塑料,研究人员通过质谱检测发现,植物叶片中可普遍检出微塑料及塑料低聚物,其中涤纶工厂与垃圾填埋场等重污染区域聚酯或聚苯乙烯微塑料浓度高达104 ng·g−1,且其含量随大气浓度和叶片生长时间增加而升高。此外,研究人员还通过玉米的实验室模拟培育试验证实,微塑料颗粒可被叶片气孔吸收,通过细胞间隙运输至维管组织,并在叶片气孔区域和叶片毛状体中积累(图4[6]。该研究明确提出叶片吸收大气微塑料是微塑料进入食物链和人体的重要途径。
培育优质高产作物是育种工作者的目标,但人们对高温影响粮食作物产量和品质分子遗传基础的认识还比较有限。华中农业大学作物遗传改良全国重点实验室李一博团队揭示了水稻对抗高温的关键基因QT12,该基因如同作物内置天然“空调系统”,调节水稻耐高温机制(图5[7]。经过长达10余年的田间筛选和鉴定,研究团队利用自主研发的快速、高通量RapMap方法,从大田耐热水稻种质中克隆到首个调控品质耐高温的主效数量性状基因座(QTL)基因QT12。研究发现,QT12的作用机制十分精妙。胚乳中的NF−YA8、NF−YB9与NF−YC10形成复合体,与QT12启动子的G/A变异结合,形成天然“双生锁”基因开关系统。团队还提出性状调控单倍型(TRHs)概念,揭示了籼稻与粳稻耐热性差异的分子基础,为作物性状遗传研究提供新视角。在应用方面,通过2023、2024年在长江流域极端高温下的大规模田间试验发现,低表达QT12的水稻在高温下表现出强大的耐热性,产量提升显著,稻米品质大幅改善。
恒星双星系统如何演化是天文界长期努力攻克的前沿难题,双星中的恒星可以相互作用,从而影响2个天体的演化。中国科学院国家天文台韩金林带领团队利用中国天眼(FAST)发现了一个罕见的掩食脉冲星,它与伴星(1个氦星)以3.6 h的周期相互绕转,且有1/6的时间被伴星遮挡(即掩食,犹如日食或月食)(图6[8]。这个伴星最可能是经过公共包层演化失去氢包层的恒星,在非常紧密的轨道上相互绕转;该双星系统未来会演化为大质量的白矮星,最终会并合,辐射引力波。类似双星系统在宇宙中存活时间仅几千万年,银河系中仅有几十例,极为稀有,很难被发现。脉冲星高速自转周期(10.55 ms)说明中子星在共包层演化过程中经历了超爱丁顿吸积,因此该系统是致密天体的吸积物理研究的重要样本。这种新类型脉冲星双星作为双星公共包层演化阶段的产物,有望为恒星群体演化、致密星吸积、引力波源预测等多领域科学研究提供观测依据;这一发现验证了研究几十年的恒星演化理论预言的双星演化阶段,对银河系双星演化形成引力波源、致密天体吸积等物理研究具有重大意义。
2010年,科学家对一枚出土于西伯利亚丹尼索瓦洞的小指骨进行古DNA鉴定(付巧妹作为博士研究生是此项工作完成人之一),由此识别出一种此前未知的古老型人类——丹尼索瓦人。这支已经灭绝的古人类群体,在遗传层面对当今东亚与大洋洲人群作出了深远的贡献。然而,现有的丹尼索瓦遗骸多为残破的牙齿、骨骼碎片或不完整的下颌骨,缺乏同时具备完整形态特征和确凿分子证据的化石标本。他们究竟是谁、长相如何、曾生活在何时何地——自发现15年来,始终是国际学界最具有挑战性的核心难题之一。
中国科学院古脊椎动物与古人类研究所研究员付巧妹团队与河北地质大学季强团队合作,对距今至少14.6万年的哈尔滨古人类近完整颅骨开展了分子古生物学研究(图7[910]。研究团队建立了古蛋白全自动化鉴定人群的方法体系,生成了迄今最高质量的古人类蛋白组数据;创新古DNA提取方法与评估污染和重建人类祖先型生信算法,实现中更新世人类牙结石(仅0.3 mg)中人类古DNA的提取。基于这2项关键分子证据,研究成功鉴定哈尔滨人属于早期丹尼索瓦人谱系,证实其在中更新世时期已广泛分布于亚洲广大区域,更首次解锁15年未知“神秘丹尼索瓦人”的形态特征之谜,填补了分子证据与形态学证据之间的空白。该研究不仅为探讨丹尼索瓦人群的时空分布以及东亚的古人类演化历史提供了重要证据,也为东亚诸多尚未明确的古老型人类的分类鉴定提供了全新参照。同时,研究证实了牙结石作为古老DNA保存载体的巨大潜力,为突破中更新世古DNA研究的技术瓶颈开辟了新途径。
解析衰老的核心机制是学术界长期以来的核心挑战。中国科学院动物研究所刘光慧团队与合作者系统性地完成了从“分子解码”绘制衰老全景图谱到解析关键干预机制、直至在灵长类模型中进行“细胞编程”实现工程化干预的完整闭环,推动了该领域从“认识衰老”向“设计衰老干预”的范式转变(图8[1113]
研究团队融合超高灵敏度质谱技术与基于人工智能的机器学习算法,系统构建了跨越半个世纪的人类蛋白质组衰老图谱,涵盖7大生理系统、13种关键组织,从蛋白质层面全景式呈现了机体随年龄演变的动态过程。该研究首次提出“蛋白质稳态失衡—血管衰老枢纽”模型,为理解系统性衰老机制提供新范式。在运动与衰老研究方面,系统解析了人体在急性单次运动与长期规律运动下的分子与细胞动态响应谱,发现肾脏是运动效应的关键应答器官——其内源代谢物甜菜碱能够精准模拟长期运动带来的健康效益,以运动诱导剂量的甜菜碱处理多种人类二倍体细胞和小鼠模型,均可有效改善其衰老表型。此外,研究团队基于合成生物学方法,对长寿基因FOXO3通路进行重编程,成功构建了具有延缓衰老、抗应激及抗恶性转化三重功能的工程化人类抗衰型间充质祖细胞(senescence (seno)−resistant human mesenchymal progenitor cell,SRC)。研究以相当于人类60~70岁生理状态的老年食蟹猴为模型,开展了为期44周的SRC干预研究。结果表明,SRC移植可系统性地逆转衰老进程,重建机体稳态平衡,具体表现为认知功能提升、多组织退行性变改善、衰老细胞积累减少以及基因组稳定性增强等多方面效应。该研究成果不仅为深入解析衰老机制、实现早期预警奠定了关键科学基础,也为衰老及相关疾病的防治提供了新策略。
贵金属作为全球战略性稀缺资源,是化学工业、能源环保及电子医药等关键领域的核心材料。催化剂被誉为化学工业的“心脏”,而贵金属是多种重要催化反应的关键组分。如何最大限度地提升贵金属利用效率、突破其原子经济性极限,已成为全球科技与产业界竞相争夺的制高点。天津大学巩金龙等发现了金属原子间尺寸和成键强度差异驱动的金属原子偏析新机制,基于此开发了“原子抽提”策略。通过向含有铂(Pt)的合金纳米颗粒中引入适量原子半径较大、且与Pt成键较强的助剂金属锡(Sn),促进Pt原子向表面偏析,将Pt原子在开放表面的暴露率从约30%提升至近100%,达到了催化材料设计的理论极限(图9[14]。基于该构型创制了超低Pt负载丙烷脱氢制丙烯催化剂,Pt用量降低约90%。该研究为解决稀缺贵金属资源的高效利用问题提供了关键理论基础与技术方案,对推动化工过程的高效与可持续发展具有重要意义。
晶体管是现代电子技术的基础,传统上它们是刚性的、平面的和二维(2D)的,这限制了它们与生物系统的柔软、不规则和三维(3D)特性相融合。香港大学张世明团队提出了一种基于水凝胶的3D半导体晶体管,同时具备生物组织级别的柔软度和生物相容性(图10[15]。研究设计了双网络水凝胶系统:首先构建一个多孔的弹性水凝胶作为3D模板,引导另外一个具备氧化还原活性的导电水凝胶的3D组装。这种设计既保证了电子传输的连续性,又优化了离子传输路径。这些3D半导体以水凝胶的形式实现了毫米级的调制厚度,并保持了半导体的开关特性。这些3D半导体能够扩展现有半导体器件的几何呈现方式,制造出模拟真实神经元连接的3D空间互穿晶体管。这项工作弥合了2D电子学和3D生命系统之间的差距,为生物混合传感和神经形态计算等前沿生物电子技术向类组织化、体积化和空间演化提供了半导体材料和器件基础。
随着市场对高能量密度、长寿命电池的需求不断增加,固态电池正逐步成为电动交通和下一代储能系统的理想选择。其中,基于硫正极和锂负极的全固态锂硫电池因具有较高的理论比能量,且硫正极的电位适中,不易引发固态电解质的副反应,充电过程中也不释氧,故具备更高的本征安全性。然而,全固态锂硫电池中的硫转换反应为固−固相反应,仅在固态电解质、活性材料和导电碳之间的三相界面处发生,导致反应动力学缓慢,电池的倍率性能和循环寿命较差。北京大学庞全全团队设计了一种新型碘掺杂硫银锗矿固态电解质(LBPSI)(图11[16],通过引入可逆表面氧化还原活性的碘,使电解质不仅作为离子导体,还充当表面氧化还原介导剂。在充电过程中,电解质表面的$ {\mathrm{I}}^{-} $被电化学氧化为$ {\mathrm{I}}_{2}/{\mathrm{I}}_{3}^{-} $,进而化学氧化接触的$ {\mathrm{L}\mathrm{i}}_{2}\mathrm{S} $,激活$ {\mathrm{S}\mathrm{E}|\mathrm{L}\mathrm{i}}_{2}\mathrm{S} $两相边界处的反应,大幅增加活性位点密度,突破传统三相界面反应的限制。在30℃下,电池可实现高达35 C的充电倍率,2 C充电时硫的比容量达1497 mA·h/g;在60℃下,甚至可承受150 C的极端充电倍率,仍保持432 mA·h/g的比容量。在5 C充放电条件下,电池循环2.5万次后容量保持率高达80.2%,表现出卓越的循环稳定性。该研究为开发高能量、高安全性的电池提供新思路。
高温超导体因其在能源、信息技术及医学成像等领域的潜在应用而备受关注。与传统的低温超导体相比,高温超导体在更高温度下表现出超导特性,从而减少对昂贵低温制冷设备的需求。然而,镍基超导材料作为新兴超导家族,此前其高温超导电性仍然存在对高压环境的依赖,制备过程中的相稳定性控制难度大,因此在应用推广上面临诸多挑战。南方科技大学薛其坤、陈卓昱团队利用自主研发的强氧化原子逐层外延技术,通过强氧化环境下的激光脉冲沉积,精确控制La和Pr的掺杂比例,并优化了薄膜的层状结构,在SrLaAlO4衬底上成功制备出三单元胞厚的(La,Pr)3Ni2O7单晶薄膜(图12[17],在常压下观测到高达45 K的超导起始转变温度,突破了McMillan极限。通过扫描透射电子显微镜和X射线衍射分析,发现薄膜在NiO2平面存在约2%的外延压应变,这种应变调控对提升超导性能至关重要。这一发现摆脱了高压极端条件的应用限制,使镍基材料成为继铜氧化物之后又一极具潜力的高温超导候选体系。
长期以来,光量子路径存在2条主流演进方向:一是以单光子为载体的“离散变量”方案,虽具备高保真度优势,但受限于产生过程的概率性,难以实现规模化的线性扩展;二是用光场正交分量进行编码的“连续变量”方案,虽具备确定性产生的潜力,但在集成光芯片上实现多模纠缠态的集成与逻辑操控,一直是制约该领域发展的瓶颈。北京大学王剑威和龚旗煌团队与山西大学苏晓龙团队合作,利用超低损耗氮化硅集成微环谐振腔,通过多色相干泵浦技术,在光学参量振荡阈值以下激发真空压缩频率超模,首次在集成光量子芯片上确定性地制备出连续变量多比特纠缠簇态(图13[18]。同时团队自主研发多色本地振荡光相位与振幅调控系统,通过数字信号编程实现对量子模态的等效线性变换,成功制备出四模链状、星状、盒状及六模链状等多种拓扑结构的纠缠簇态,展现了系统的高可编程性。最后利用van Loock−Furusawa判据实验违背和完备的nullifier(零化子)关联矩阵测量,对连续变量簇态的纠缠结构进行了严格实验判定。该研究解决了以往集成光量子芯片面临的扩展性难题,为未来实现更大尺度的量子纠缠与量子调控提供了新的技术路径。
原子级厚度的二维金属具有量子光学、拓扑、超导等特性,已成为备受期待的材料。然而,自由存在的单层金属在热力学上不稳定,需要环境限制来稳定。目前主要通过在范德瓦尔斯材料表面生长二维金属岛,或将其插入衬底界面来制备,但这些方法得到的多为纳米尺寸的分段岛,且表面不规则、易氧化、与衬底强耦合,阻碍了本征性质研究和应用。传统的热压法虽可制备薄金属膜,但厚度通常仍在几纳米以上,难以达到原子级极限。中国科学院物理研究所张广宇团队通过将金属熔化并利用单层二硫化钼($ {\mathrm{M}\mathrm{o}\mathrm{S}}_{2} $)范德华压砧挤压,实现了埃米(1 Å=0.1 nm)极限厚度下各种二维金属的普适制备,包括铋(Bi,6.3 Å)、锡(Sn,5.8 Å)、铅(Pb,7.5 Å)、铟(In,8.4 Å)和镓(Ga,9.2 Å) (图14[19]。范德华挤压制备的二维金属上下均被单层$ {\mathrm{M}\mathrm{o}\mathrm{S}}_{2} $所封装,因此具有优异的环境稳定性和非成键的界面,且该方法可精确控制金属层数,制备的二维金属单晶尺寸达百微米。该研究填补了二维材料家族的空白,为低功耗全金属晶体管、高频器件、超灵敏探测器等技术革新提供了核心材料。
量子密钥分发(quantum key distribution, QKD)是一种利用量子力学原理来保障通信安全的技术,能够在通信双方之间生成共享的、安全的密钥。近年来,随着卫星通信技术的发展,基于卫星的QKD成为研究热点,而微卫星由于其成本低、部署灵活等优点,为实现大规模量子通信网络提供了新的可能性。中国科学技术大学潘建伟团队成功突破了低成本小型化诱骗态量子光源技术、复合激光通信的实时密钥提取技术、基于卫星姿控的高精度跟瞄等关键技术,完成星载量子密钥分发载荷、量子微纳卫星平台研制,载荷质量约23 kg,相比“墨子号”降低约1个数量级,光源频率提升约6倍,密钥生成时效性由数天时间完成提高到单轨实时成码。在系列技术突破的基础上,该团队研制的国际首颗量子微纳卫星“济南一号”于2022年7月27日成功发射入轨。研究团队进一步发展了小型化地面站系统,相对第一代重约13 t的地面站,质量降低了约2个数量级,达到低于100 kg的水平,能够快速部署,可适应城市、山区、高原等各类环境,原理上已可支撑移动量子通信。
“济南一号”微卫星于500 km太阳同步轨道运行,完成了济南、合肥、南山、武汉、北京、上海、南非斯泰伦博斯(Stellenbosch)等地的便携式光学地面站实时星地量子密钥分发实验,单次过境分发超百万比特安全密钥,进一步完成中国与南非之间超过1.29万km距离的量子密钥分发(图15[20]。该研究突破了传统QKD卫星系统的体积、质量和成本等工程难题,为构建全球化、低成本、高效率的量子卫星星座奠定基础。
全球每年有大量终末期肝病患者因等不到合适肝源而死亡。猪器官因大小和生理功能与人类相近,被视为异种移植的理想来源。基因编辑技术的发展使猪器官“人源化”成为可能。此前猪心脏和肾脏异种移植已取得进展,但猪肝移植因代谢复杂、免疫反应强烈等原因,一直是领域内最难攻克的壁垒。空军军医大学(第四军医大学)西京医院窦科峰团队利用六基因编辑巴马小型猪供体,敲除猪源免疫排斥相关基因(GGTA1、B4GALNT2、CMAH),并插入人源补体调节蛋白基因(CD46、CD55)和血栓调节蛋白基因(THBD),以降低免疫排斥和凝血紊乱风险。采用异位辅助肝移植方式,在脑死亡受体中成功实施全球首例猪肝异位辅助移植(图16[21],移植后猪肝迅速产生胆汁,术后10 d内肝功能指标(谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)等)基本正常,表明猪肝在人体内可发挥部分生理功能,并且血流动力学稳定,未见超急性排斥、凝血功能障碍,未检测到猪内源性逆转录病毒(PERV)和猪巨细胞病毒(PCMV)传播,组织学证实肝细胞再生且无排斥迹象。研究系统验证了多靶点免疫抑制与凝血调控方案的有效性,为未来原位异种肝移植奠定了基础。
钙钛矿光伏技术是极具潜力的下一代光伏技术,其实验室转换效率已达到27.0%,具备低成本、高效率等优势。然而,如何将实验室中厘米级的高效器件放大到工业化生产所需的平方米级别,并同时保证效率和稳定性,一直是困扰科学界和产业界的巨大挑战。杭州纤纳光电科技有限公司颜步一团队联合浙江大学杨旸团队首创3D层流辅助干燥(LAD)技术,通过精确控制气流速度和干燥时间,有效去除高沸点溶剂(如N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、二甲基亚砜(DMSO)),减少薄膜缺陷,提升结晶质量(图17[22]。基于此技术,建成全球首条国际电工委员会(IEC)可靠性认证的高良率中试线,15 d内可制造14527块0.79 m2组件,98.5%的组件功率波动控制在±2.5%以内,平均效率14.1%。在0.5 MW电站实证中钙钛矿组件单位装机容量年发电量比硅基组件高出29%,首年衰减率低于2%,预计设备在特定条件下保持90%初始性能的时间(T90寿命)约9 a。该研究阐释了稳效协同的平米级钙钛矿组件“效率—稳定性—量产良率”的产业化路径,是中国率先迈向吉瓦级钙钛矿光伏产业化的关键工程突破。
对遗传物质的直接操纵与编程是人类在分子生物学时代取得的关键突破。然而,随着研究人员对长片段、大规模DNA编辑需求的增加,传统方法存在编辑效率低下、操作规模受限、编辑后在基因组中留下不需要的“疤痕”序列等问题,严重制约了基因编辑的应用潜力。中国科学院遗传发育生物学研究所高彩霞团队通过对位点特异性重组酶Cre-Lox系统进行迭代改造,包括高通量重组位点筛选和人工智能辅助的重组酶进化,解决了Cre-Lox系统的可逆性问题并大幅提高了其重组效率,进一步结合优化的无痕编辑策略,开发了一种新型染色体精准工程技术——可编程染色体工程技术(programmable chromosome engineering, PCE)和无痕染色体编辑系统(Re−pegRNA−based scarless Programmable chromosome engineering, RePCE),实现了无缝染色体重排。该技术能够在植物和人类细胞中高效地进行从千碱基到兆碱基规模的大尺度DNA的精准无缝编辑,包括插入、删除、替换、倒位和染色体易位等操作,显著扩展了基因组编辑的应用范围(图18[23]。该技术一次性解决了当前基因组编辑领域公认的最大瓶颈之一——“尺度困境”,实现了技术能力的革命性跃升。
通用推理一直是人工智能(AI)领域一个长期存在且极具挑战性的课题。以大规模语言模型(LLMs)和链式思维(CoT)提示为代表的最新突破,在基础推理任务上取得了显著进展。然而,这些成功在很大程度上依赖于大量人类标注的示例,且模型在处理更复杂问题时能力仍然不足。并且当LLM扩展到足够规模时,能够展现出包括推理能力在内的涌现行为,但是在预训练阶段获得这种能力通常需要消耗大量计算资源。深度求索团队提出无需人类标注推理轨迹的纯强化学习训练框架,基于群体相对策略优化(GRPO)算法,去除价值网络,通过组内相对优势计算优化策略,降低训练资源消耗,提升训练效率和稳定性。在训练时仅根据最终答案的正确性给予奖励,不对推理过程施加约束,迫使模型自主探索最优解题路径,在DeepSeek−V3基座模型上成功训练出DeepSeek−R1系列大模型(图19[24]。R1在数学竞赛、编程任务及通用语言理解基准测试中表现优异,准确率远超基于人工标注训练的同类模型,证明了纯强化学习在激发LLM推理能力方面的有效性。同时R1作为首个接受同行评审的LLM模型,以其低成本、开源共享的特征打破技术垄断,推动了人工智能技术在全球的普遍应用。
脑机接口(BCI)技术旨在通过解读大脑信号帮助瘫痪或失语患者重新沟通。国际上应用BCI技术已实现英语、西班牙语等语言合成。汉语作为世界上使用人口最多的语言,因单音节为主、声调载义、同音异形字密集等特点,一直是BCI领域的国际难点。复旦大学附属华山医院吴劲松团队、中国科学院上海微系统与信息技术研究所周志涛团队、上海科技大学李远宁团队、上海脑虎科技有限公司等合作,选取一位癫痫患者作为研究参与者,在帮助患者定位癫痫病灶的同时进行语言解码任务。研究采用256通道高密度柔性微皮层电极阵列,精准覆盖大脑语言处理关键区域,分别通过2个神经网络分支处理,再融合语言模型输出汉字,仅通过神经信号就实现了对394个常用汉语音节(占汉语总音节95%以上)的稳定解码(图20[25]。受试者经过9 d的语言解码训练后,在单字朗读任务中取得71.5%的离线音节解码中位准确率,实时汉语语句解码速率49.6字/min,单字解码准确率73.1%。研究首次实现了实时汉语语句解码,为汉语乃至其他声调语言的植入式BCI系统研发奠定基础。
2025年1月17日,由贵州交投集团投资、贵州桥梁集团承建的贵州花江峡谷大桥主桥顺利合龙[26]。该桥全长2890 m,桥面距谷底约625 m,主跨达1420 m,刷新世界桥梁高度和山区跨径纪录(图21)。即将到来的通车,将打破花江大峡谷的地理阻隔,两岸通行时间从2 h缩短至2 min,大幅完善西南地区高速公路路网布局。工程自2022年1月开工以来,建设团队直面峡谷瞬时14级强风、地质复杂、高空作业难度大等世界级挑战,创新采用第4代智慧缆索吊装系统、2000 MPa级高强钢丝等先进技术,引入多普勒激光雷达测风系统实时监测,仅用73 d完成2.1万t钢桁梁吊装,创造了令人惊叹的“贵州速度”。
2025年1月20日,中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院研制的全超导托卡马克核聚变实验装置(EAST)实现1亿℃等离子体稳态高约束运行1066 s(图22),刷新自身保持的世界纪录[27]。此次实验攻克了等离子体芯部与边界物理集成、等离子体与壁相互作用、高功率加热系统注入耦合等系列关键技术,标志着可控核聚变从基础科学向工程实践跨越。EAST装置自2006年建成运行以来,等离子体运行次数超过15万次,通过开放共享的建制化管理模式,在稳态等离子体运行的工程和物理上持续保持国际引领。
2025年2月11日,由中国运载火箭技术研究院抓总研制的长征八号改型运载火箭在文昌航天发射场首飞成功(图23),将低轨互联网卫星送入预定轨道[28]。该火箭针对低轨卫星批量组网需求进行了系统优化,可实现一箭多星发射,助力破解高空通信、物联网覆盖等难题,推动数字基础设施升级。火箭核心升级在于新研制的3.35 m直径通用氢氧末级,搭配5.2 m直径整流罩,可为卫星提供更大搭载空间。700 km太阳同步轨道运载能力达到7 t级,可以满足未来主流轨道特别是中低轨道任务载荷的发射需求。
2025年3月3日,由中国科学技术大学牵头构建的超导量子计算原型机“祖冲之三号”完成研制并正式发布(图24[29]。该系统在特定计算问题上表现出对经典超级计算机的显著优势。原型机的性能标定,将推动量子纠错、通用量子容错技术的迭代,助力科研人员模拟更复杂的量子系统,为量子化学、高温超导机理研究等提供全新工具,加速基础科学领域的突破进程。“祖冲之三号”实现了关键性能指标的全面跃升:量子比特数目从66个增至105个(含105个可读取比特和182个耦合比特),量子比特相干时间达到72 μs,并行单比特门保真度99.90%,显著提高了信息传递与输出的时长与准确率。
2025年3月22日,中国石化胜利油田宣布,山东淄博市济阳新兴油田樊页平1区块通过国家储量评审备案(图25),探明页岩油地质储量超过1.4亿 t,技术可采储量1135.99万 t,成为中国首个亿吨级页岩油油田[30]。胜利油田有效攻克页岩油高温、高压、涌漏并存的世界级难题,探索形成“储—缝—压”三元储渗理论认识,攻关全周期立体化开发技术,建成地质工程一体化平台,页岩油立体开发由3层拓展到7层。同时研发自动化钻井装备,6000 m井深钻井周期突破17.7 d。
2025年6月25日,中国海油宣布首个超深水千亿m3级大气田——“深海一号”二期工程全面建成并投入运行(图26[31]。至此,“深海一号”大气田最高日产能达1500万m3,对保障国家能源安全、带动区域经济发展、推动海洋强国建设有着重要意义。
该工程位于南海琼东南盆地,天然气探明地质储量合计超1500亿m3。其中,二期项目开发建设面临极端地质条件,地层最高温度达到138℃,地层最大压力超69 MPa。工程团队在业内首创“水下生产系统+浅水导管架平台+深水半潜式平台远程操控系统”的开发模式,构建起地理距离跨度超过170 km、作业水深跨度超过1500 m的超大规模油气生产设施集群。
2025年10月11日,由浙江大学牵头建设、中国电建设计承建的国家重大科技基础设施——超重力离心模拟与实验装置核心设备正式启用(图27[32]。依托“时空压缩”特性,该设备能以很小尺寸、极短时间再现真实世界的变迁,为多领域研究提供关键支撑。
装置核心设备包括3台离心机主机及6座实验舱的18台机载装置,可在实验室中营造10~300倍地球重力的超重力场。装置攻克了超重力场与极端环境叠加的世界级技术难题,形成超重力模拟技术体系,包括高精度旋转控制、超重力环境下多物理场同步测量、极端条件下材料与结构性能测试等关键技术。
2025年11月1日,中国科学院上海应用物理研究所牵头建成的2 MW液态燃料钍基熔盐实验堆(图28),国际上首次实现钍铀转换[33]。该成果验证了钍基熔盐堆技术路线的可行性,也为中国钍资源高效利用与核能低碳转型奠定技术基础。
作为国际公认的第四代先进核能系统,该实验堆以高温熔盐同时作为核燃料载体和冷却剂,设计热功率2 MW,工作温度600~628℃,具备常压运行、无水冷却、固有安全、防核扩散等突出工程优势,可适配干旱地区等多种场景,破解了传统核能依赖水资源的局限。
2025年11月5日,中国首艘常规动力电磁弹射型航空母舰“福建舰”在海南三亚正式入列(图29)。该舰采用电磁弹射系统,可支持舰载机满载起飞和固定翼预警机部署,显著提升作战与体系化作战能力。
电磁弹射装置质量轻、体积小,仅需90 s便能将一架歼-15T战斗机发射出去,作战准备时间大幅缩短[34]。舰载机可实现满弹满油起飞,增大了战斗机作战半径。跑道后方的拦阻索配备光学助降系统,可确保战机平稳降落。“福建舰”的入列标志中国航母技术实现从滑跃起飞向电磁弹射的跨越,海军装备体系迈入新阶段。
2025年12月4日,由江苏省未来网络创新研究院牵头建设,信息通信领域首个国家重大科技基础设施——未来网络试验设施工程正式建成并投入运行[35]。该工程围绕超高速率、超大容量和确定性传输等核心需求,构建了跨区域协同的未来网络实验与验证平台,在真实环境中实现了Tb/s量级数据传输能力。依托这一设施,超大规模科研数据跨域迁移时间从约699 d压缩至1.6 h。未来将为人工智能大模型训练、算力网络协同以及数据要素高效流通提供关键基础支撑。
该设施构建了覆盖全国、辐射全球的跨区域协同实验与验证平台,采用7×24 h全天候运行模式,覆盖全国40个城市,布局88个主干网络节点和133个边缘网络节点,光传输总长度超5.5万km,是全球首个基于全新网络架构构建的大规模、多尺度、跨学科网络试验环境[36]
