A thorough analysis of literature provides a systematic review of digital platforms for intelligent construction, focusing on three main aspects: overall characteristics of related research, current status of relevant studies, and case analysis of platforms. It examines the application status of related technologies such as BIM, cloud computing, and big data and explores their roles in achieving digital management throughout the entire project lifecycle. Taking the intelligent construction digital platform of Beijing's urban sub–center as a case study, it demonstrates how these technologies facilitate digital integration, delivery, and management of government investment projects, promoting innovative development in the industry. Finally, it summarizes the shortcomings of current research and looks ahead to future prospects.

智能建造数字化平台作为建筑行业数字化转型的关键支撑,在建筑信息模型(BIM)、云计算和大数据等核心技术的驱动下实现了突破性发展。从相关研究总体特征、相关研究现状和平台案例分析3个维度对2010—2023年的相关研究进行分析。研究发现,BIM技术通过三维可视化建模和全生命周期数据管理构建了平台的基础框架;云计算技术凭借其弹性计算资源和分布式处理能力为平台提供了强大的技术支撑;大数据技术则通过实时数据分析和智能决策优化了工程管理流程。以北京城市副中心项目为例,该平台创新性地采用“环状”数字集成交付模式,整合区块链数据确权技术,实现了政府投资项目设计-施工-运维全过程的数字化协同管理,有效解决了传统工程管理中的“三超”问题。然而当前研究仍存在明显局限,比如应用场景主要集中于单体项目层面,缺乏行业级系统整合;技术标准体系尚未统一,制约了数据互联互通;人工智能等新兴技术的融合应用研究相对不足。未来发展方向应着重于构建产业级集成平台,推动规模化应用;建立统一的技术标准和数据接口规范;深化人工智能、数字孪生等创新技术与传统建造技术的融合应用;探索数据资产交易机制,促进数据要素市场化。

智能建造数字化平台作为建筑行业数字化转型的关键支撑,在建筑信息模型(BIM)、云计算和大数据等核心技术的驱动下实现了突破性发展。从相关研究总体特征、相关研究现状和平台案例分析3个维度对2010—2023年的相关研究进行分析。研究发现,BIM技术通过三维可视化建模和全生命周期数据管理构建了平台的基础框架;云计算技术凭借其弹性计算资源和分布式处理能力为平台提供了强大的技术支撑;大数据技术则通过实时数据分析和智能决策优化了工程管理流程。以北京城市副中心项目为例,该平台创新性地采用“环状”数字集成交付模式,整合区块链数据确权技术,实现了政府投资项目设计-施工-运维全过程的数字化协同管理,有效解决了传统工程管理中的“三超”问题。然而当前研究仍存在明显局限,比如应用场景主要集中于单体项目层面,缺乏行业级系统整合;技术标准体系尚未统一,制约了数据互联互通;人工智能等新兴技术的融合应用研究相对不足。未来发展方向应着重于构建产业级集成平台,推动规模化应用;建立统一的技术标准和数据接口规范;深化人工智能、数字孪生等创新技术与传统建造技术的融合应用;探索数据资产交易机制,促进数据要素市场化。

A thorough analysis of literature provides a systematic review of digital platforms for intelligent construction, focusing on three main aspects: overall characteristics of related research, current status of relevant studies, and case analysis of platforms. It examines the application status of related technologies such as BIM, cloud computing, and big data and explores their roles in achieving digital management throughout the entire project lifecycle. Taking the intelligent construction digital platform of Beijing's urban sub–center as a case study, it demonstrates how these technologies facilitate digital integration, delivery, and management of government investment projects, promoting innovative development in the industry. Finally, it summarizes the shortcomings of current research and looks ahead to future prospects.

建筑行业在国民经济中占据着重要的支柱地位,对中国经济建设有着不可替代的作用。随着中国经济社会发展步入新常态,建筑行业所面临的挑战与机遇也日益突出。为了迎接新时代的挑战并把握发展契机,建筑行业亟须进行深层次的转型和升级,以适应经济可持续发展和环境保护的时代需求。在转型升级的道路上,智能建造成为推动建筑行业实现数字化转型的重要推动力。
智能建造是运用现代信息技术、自动化技术和智能化系统来提升建筑和基础设施建设过程中的效率、质量和可持续性的方法。它综合运用了计算机科学、传感技术、数据分析、自动控制和物联网等领域的先进技术,以优化建筑项目的施工、监测和管理。在智能建造基础理论研究领域,陈珂等[1]提出了一种新一代信息技术驱动的智能建造体系。该体系以“数字化、网络化、智能化”和“算力、算法、算据”为特征,旨在支持建筑产业链的全面一体化发展。与此密切关联,数字化集成交付是利用数字技术将建筑和工程项目的设计、施工、运营等各个环节进行整合和优化,实现项目全生命周期的数字化管理和交付的过程。它通过信息技术、互联网技术、人工智能等数字化手段,实现建筑和工程项目从规划设计到运营维护的全面数字化管理和协同作业。为了进一步推广数字化集成交付模式,智能建造数字化平台必不可少,而在搭建平台过程中,有必要深入了解相关技术。
目前已有研究人员针对智能建造及其相关技术进行研究。杨静等[2]探讨了智能建造在国内外的研究现状,对其设计、施工、运维等全生命周期智能化的领域进行总结。刘占省等[3]从土木工程施工与智能建造相结合的独特视角出发,将建筑信息模型(building information modeling, BIM)、地理信息系统(geographic information system, GIS)、人工智能、物联网、虚拟现实等诸多先进技术在建筑中的应用进行综述。除此之外,许多研究人员还针对智能建造涉及的关键技术,包括人工智能技术[4]、3D打印技术[5]、BIM技术[6]、大数据技术[7]等。这些研究为工程领域推动智能建造,提供了宝贵的理论依据。然而,鲜有研究从智能建造数字化平台的视角对智能建造的相关技术进行综述。为此,本文以智能建造数字化平台为出发点,全面分析与该领域相关的技术研究现状,并从技术层面和已有平台案例层面对研究成果进行深入剖析,分析目前存在的问题,并对未来发展进行了展望。
文献计量学是基于文献体系和文献计量特征,应用数学、统计学等计量方法,分析文献的分布结构、数量关系以及变化规律的科学方法[8]。为系统、全面地把握国内外对智能建造数字化平台的研究现状,分别在中国知网(CNKI)及Web of Science(WOS)中检索有关智能建造数字化平台的论文。在中国知网中用高级检索功能,检索式字符串为“SU=智能建造平台or TKA=智能建造平台or TI=智能建造平台or KY=智能建造平台”,将主题、摘要、篇名和关键词设置为“智能建造平台”。在WOS中用高级检索功能,检索式字符串为“TS=(intelligent construction platform or smart building platform)or TI=(intelligent construction platform or smart building platform)or AB=(intelligent construction platform or smart building platform)or AK=(intelligent construction platform or smart building platform)”,即主题、摘要、篇名和关键词为“intelligent construction platform or smart building platform”,并在Web of Science合集中进行检索。
应用Office、CiteSpace软件,对检索到的2010— 2023年国内外智能建造数字化平台领域的文献进行计量与可视化分析,生成可视化图表,如研究热点关键词共现图、主题演化图等。
2010—2023年关于智能建造数字化平台相关文献每年的发文数量如图 1所示,该图可以直观地表现出近年来对于智能建造数字化平台的研究趋势,可以看出,英文发文量高于中文文献,两者的发文趋势相似,均呈现缓步上升的态势。中文文献在2010— 2017年近乎处于空白阶段,发文量很少,从2018年开始中文文献快速增长,说明国内对于智能建造数字化平台的研究热度逐渐升高。外文文献在2010— 2016年的发文量较平缓,且数量较少,从2017年开始快速增长(2019年有回落现象),说明最近几年国际上对于智能建造数字化平台的相关研究愈发火热。
聚焦于智能建造数字化平台的研究热点,从图 2图 3国内外关键词共现图中可以发现智能建造相关技术物联网、区块链、云计算、大数据、人工智能等是研究的热点。这些技术的集成应用提高了建筑项目的效率和质量。此外,智能建造数字化平台的数字管理也是研究热点之一,通过上述相关技术实现项目全生命周期的数据融合与数字化管控。近年来,随着各种智能建造数字化平台的搭建完善,关于各种平台(例如管理平台、设计平台、施工平台等)构建的关注度下降。现阶段更趋向于将各种平台相融合实现项目的全生命周期管理。
基于上述结果,进一步对检索到的相关文献进行筛选,以获取与平台相关技术的文献。经分析,发现智能建造数字化平台中主要应用的相关技术包括BIM技术[9]、云计算技术[10]、物联网技术[11]、大数据技术[12]、人工智能技术[13]等。其中,对BIM技术、云计算技术和大数据技术的研究文献较多,高达80% 以上。以下将对这3种技术进行详细阐述。
BIM是建设项目和设施的数字化表达,这一概念标志着建筑领域的革命性技术进步,可视为继计算机辅助设计(CAD)技术之后的又一重大进展。它实现了传统建筑行业的范式转变,从简单的图形表达转向更为综合的数据模型,同时也从二维的表现方式过渡到了三维。BIM技术是一种综合性的数字建模和信息管理方法,允许对建筑和基础设施项目进行全面数字化建模,以协助设计、建设、管理和维护。目前,BIM技术在智能建造数字化平台中的应用取得了巨大的进展,正在逐步改变着建筑行业的面貌。
杨新等[14]致力于探索BIM正向设计平台架构的新思路,提出了一个新型的设计平台,其设计理念是根植于关系型数据库和模型图纸文件管理器的基础之上的“数模分离”方式。这一架构的引入使得BIM在正向设计中的应用更为高效。何涛涛[15]在贵州某特大桥工程中,对其结构和性质进行了建模与分析,深入探讨了BIM协同管理平台的整体构思,旨在实现项目管理在技术层面上的更广泛延伸。这一研究不仅拓宽了BIM的应用领域,也为工程管理领域带来了更多的可能性,预示着工程管理将步入一个全新的发展阶段。
陈冰[16]结合工程管理的发展趋势,提出了在BIM平台下实现工程项目全生命周期信息化共享的理念,旨在推动工程管理信息的智能化发展。这一研究将BIM技术与工程管理紧密结合,为工程项目管理提供了更为智能化的解决方案。
杨玲玲等[17]以BIM+GIS技术为基础,设计出了一种全新的高速铁路基础设施动态检测信息融合平台。该平台具备多源检测信息集成共享、多专业数据融合分析、多设备状态实时监测以及多维度信息综合展示的能力,为提升一体化决策及协同管理效率提供了有力的技术支持。
金季岚[18]提出了以BIM为纽带,在构建相关标准体系的基础上,搭建建设信息资产管理平台(图 4),对建设项目全过程的信息进行采集、流转、沉淀,通过建立BIM模型关联机制,将模型与设计资料、内业资料、清单文件、施工进度等信息关联,实现资产的可视化定位及动态、在线化管理。
包胜等[19]开发了一款基于云技术的BIM协同设计平台(图 5),该平台引入了创新的核心理念,旨在将工程建设所需的大量设计资料和信息存储在云端。该平台采用分布式非关系型数据库,并运用数据切分和数据复制等技术手段,以确保项目数据的完整性和安全性,同时保持高效的数据传输速度。这一平台的创新性质使其在协同设计领域具有广泛的应用前景。
由此可见,BIM技术作为数字化集成交付的重要基础,通过数字化建模、全过程管理、智能化决策支持和信息化协同作业等特点,为实现建筑项目的数字化集成交付提供了必要的技术支持和手段。同时BIM技术在智能建造数字化平台中的应用已逐渐成为不可或缺的一部分,不断提高建筑项目的效率、质量和可持续性。
云计算(cloud computing)是分布式计算的一种,指的是通过网络“云”将巨大的数据计算处理程序分解成无数个小程序,然后通过多个服务器组成的系统进行处理和分析这些小程序得到结果并返回给用户。在目前的科技进展与研究中,建筑行业由于其本身的复杂性,对整个建造过程的控制十分粗糙,云计算对于建造过程的精细化控制具有广阔的应用前景。基于云计算技术,可以使智能建造数字化平台的数据处理计算能力大幅提升,从而提高现场管理的速度以及扩大管理的范围。
云计算在智能化应用中具有以下技术特点:服务虚拟化,使各子系统的软件平台与独立服务器上的软件完全相同,从而实现更高的兼容性和可扩展性;资源弹性伸缩,可以根据各子系统对存储和计算资源的需求实时动态配置资源,使得系统能够更高效地应对不同负荷条件,提高资源利用率;集成便利,将各个子系统整合到一个共同的平台上,使得不同子系统之间的合作更为便捷和高效;迅速部署,允许快速创建下一代建筑智能节能管理系统,可以根据需求快速调整、增加或减少各个子系统,实现高效的系统部署和调整;桌面虚拟化,允许用户使用终端设备,按需定制云桌面,有助于统一管理和提供随时随地的桌面访问。在当今智能建造的领域探索中,云计算技术的应用尤为突出,尤其在其与BIM技术的紧密结合上呈现出显著的发展态势。
Wang等[20]将云计算技术和BIM技术相结合,提出了基于BIM技术与协同平台的智能建造自动化系统框架,探讨了基于BIM技术与协同平台的智能建造要素配置。研究结果表明,基于BIM技术与协同平台的自动化系统支持大规模三维场景的快速构建和多源数据的精准集成,能够汇聚不同来源的施工信息和资产信息,形成开放、安全、可访问的数字化环境。胡奎等[21]提出了一个基于Cloud–BIM的信息管理平台,平台结合云计算、射频识别等技术,实现了项目信息的实时可视化、自动化和协同一体化管理。通过BIM模型的动态管理,平台能够实现对项目信息的深度分析和多维协作,提高了项目管理的效率和质量。王庆贺等[22]研究了云计算、物联网与BIM技术在桥梁全生命周期中的集成应用。通过构建BIM信息管理平台,解决了桥梁项目在设计、施工和运维阶段的信息孤岛问题,提升了数据管理、协同管理和安全管理的能力。刘学胜等[23]探讨了基于实时云计算架构的BIM引擎技术,旨在解决传统WebGL BIM引擎在处理大规模项目和机电项目模型时的性能限制,以及现场人员电脑硬件配置普遍偏低的问题。
夏杨等[24]提出了一个基于Cloud–BIM、云计算和RFID的建筑工人高处坠落安全预警系统,通过实时监测和预警,有效降低事故率。云计算技术在数据存储、处理和可视化操作中发挥关键作用,提高了安全管理的自动化和信息化水平。万玲等[25]探讨了基于BIM和物联网技术的建筑物资采购管理平台的构建,强调了云计算在整合信息流、数据流和资金流中的关键作用,实现了采购过程的实时监控和智能化管理,提升了效率和精确度。Sacks等[26]提出并阐述了一种新的BIM模式(图 6),称为“CBIM”。该平台利用BIM+云计算技术实现。CBIM的目的是促进设计之间的多方协作,使目前保持跨领域模型一致性所需的大部分辅助工作自动化。系统将允许设计师在其领域的BIM工具中工作,同时保证云数据库后台维护模型和设计的一致性。
总体而言,云计算技术为平台的实现提供了强大的技术支持和基础设施,包括数据存储与共享、计算资源和处理能力、协同作业与远程访问、安全性和可靠性等方面,促进了建筑行业的数字化转型和智能化发展。尽管在该领域的研究已经初露端倪,但是这些研究主要聚焦于概念框架的提出与探索,鲜有能够全面支持建筑全生命周期的实际应用研究问世。
根据研究机构Gartner的定义,“大数据”需要采用新处理模式,才能为海量、高增长率和多样化的信息资产提供更强的决策力、洞察力和流程优化能力。
大数据技术在智能建造数字化平台中的应用可以极大地提高建筑行业的效率、安全性和可持续性。大数据分析可用于监测建筑工地的各种参数,如工人活动、设备性能、材料使用情况等。通过对这些数据的分析,可以预测潜在问题,及早采取措施,降低风险,提高工程进度;还可帮助智能建造数字化平台优化资源分配,包括人力、设备和材料。通过实时监测和数据分析,确保资源最佳利用,减少浪费,提高效率;大数据技术有助于了解和管理能源使用情况,减少能源浪费,提高建筑能效,对可持续建筑和绿色建筑实践至关重要。综上所述,大数据技术为实现平台的数字化集成交付提供了强大的数据处理、分析和应用能力,可以帮助建筑行业实现数字化转型、智能化管理和优化建筑运营。
秦西亚[27]针对高校综合建筑的智能建造施工管理,研究了大数据环境下BIM技术的应用。文章提出了基于BIM的信息数据管理模式,通过构建数据仓库,实现了对项目数据的集中管理和分析。大数据技术的应用,使得管理者能够从宏观角度掌握项目的整体情况,提高了施工管理的效率和质量。桂树强等[28]研究了基于BIM的轨道交通项目管理框架体系,并通过武汉市三阳路越江隧道项目进行实践。文章提出了一个基于BIM的项目管理框架,利用大数据技术实现了项目的全生命周期管理,并通过建立BIM模型,结合物联网和大数据技术,实现了对项目进度、成本和质量的实时监控和智能分析。
Silva等[29]提出了一种嵌入大数据分析的智慧城市架构,并通过智能网关进一步将其与网络集成。通过与网络的集成,提供了一个通用的通信平台,克服智能设备的兼容性问题。同时,引入大数据分析以提高数据处理速度。此外,评估了真实的数据集,以确定智能决策的阈值,并且在数据处理方面取得了性能提升。Song等[30]将大数据与BIM技术相融合搭建智能建造数字化平台,大数据增强型BIM有助于实现全生命周期和跨行业数字化管理。大数据融合到成熟的BIM框架中,可以推动BIM从2.0阶段进一步升级到3.0阶段,从而使大数据在桥梁和更广泛的建筑工程中得到更加统一和集成的应用。
综上所述,大数据技术在工程项目管理中的应用日益广泛,它不仅为项目管理提供了新的视角和方法,还在解决传统管理难题方面展现出了巨大的潜力。未来,需要进一步加大对该领域的应用性研究,以充分发挥大数据技术的优势,推动工程项目管理迈向新的高度。
对BIM、云计算和大数据技术的深入研究,为智能建造平台的构建奠定了技术基础。以北京城市副中心智能建造数字化平台为例,这些技术在实际应用中展现了显著的优势,助力政府投资项目的数字化集成交付与管理。
北京城市副中心智能建造数字化平台是通过云计算、物联网、BIM数据管理、大数据分析和区块链等技术实现的产业级数字化平台,以期达成政府投资项目的数字集成交付与管理。平台架构包括基础应用生态、数据处理中心、基础设施和安全保障模块等。该平台提供数据交换与共享、项目管理、协同设计、在线审批和仿真评审等功能,从而打造一个功能完备的数字化应用生态,促进技术、知识和经验的跨项目流通共享,最终实现项目的高效执行和管理。
在该平台中,项目中的各类数据被视为数据资产,成为新质生产力。平台利用区块链技术对数据资产进行确权,确保数据的所有权和完整性。大数据分析、BIM技术及区块链溯源技术被用于提升数据资产的价值。此外,平台还支持数据资产的交易,允许不同项目和利益相关方之间安全高效地交换数据和知识,促进跨项目的资源共享和协作。这一切共同推动了政府投资项目的数字化转型和创新发展。
此外该平台具有如下3项主要创新点。
1)提出适用于我国政府投资项目的数字集成交付模式。针对我国政府投资项目建设管理问题,创新提出引入数字化技术的解决思路,通过与现有政策制度相配套的系统性改进,将传统“链式”项目组织方式变为“环状”集成交付,构建完整的、适用于我国政府投资项目的数字集成交付标准化实施体系。
2)研发产业级数字化平台支撑数字集成交付。从基础应用生态入手,提出面向产业的数字化资源供给与配置逻辑,利用信息化技术手段,研究搭建数字集成交付产业级平台,促进技术、知识和经验跨项目流通共享,为政府投资项目中进一步应用提供支撑。该平台的架构如图 7所示。
3)建设数字集成交付在政府投资项目中应用的示范项目。实施政府投资项目数字集成交付工程示范项目,从审批提效、投资管控、决策支持、变更消除、进度优化、资源调度等方面,综合分析实现成效,验证该创新模式解决“三超”等问题的可行性,平台数字化集成交付流程如图 8所示。
本文对智能建造数字化平台相关研究进行了全面分析,并着重从不同角度对BIM、云计算和大数据等3项相关技术在智能建造数字化平台中的研究进展进行总结。研究发现,现阶段智能建造数字化平台具有促进产业链数据融合、信息高效协同、保护数据资产安全、企业降本增效、催生新产业等优势,但仍然存在缺陷需要继续完善。
1)现阶段智能建造数字化平台相关应用局限于项目层面,受技术条件和个人能力影响较大,相关案例研究也多为点状的“盆景”式应用,且研究多分散在不同建设环节,缺乏站在行业角度,通过产业化思维将技术要求进行规模整合的产业级智能建造数字化平台。
2)智能建造数字化平台研究和开发缺乏普遍接受的标准。不同的研究团队和公司使用不同的技术和方法,标准化的缺乏意味着在不同平台之间共享和集成数据变得复杂,限制了系统的可扩展性和可维护性。
3)智能建造涵盖了多项重要技术,包括BIM、人工智能、云计算、大数据、区块链、数字孪生等,然而,目前研究的重点主要集中在BIM、云计算和大数据方面,导致其他相关技术的研究相对较少,这在一定程度上限制了领域的全面发展,建筑全生命周期应用未能得到实现。
4)数据隐私也可能限制数据的共享和使用,智能建造数字化平台处理大量敏感数据,包括建筑设计、计划和施工数据。确保这些数据的安全性和隐私是一个重要挑战。
5)BIM模型作为未来数字化集成交付的标的物,其本身也是一种数据资产。而大多数平台缺少数据资产交易功能,进行数据资产交易伴随而来的就是面临数据资产定价、质量、版权等问题。
针对上述不足,支持项目全生命周期数字化集成交付的产业级智能建造数字化平台可以着重从以下方面取得进展
1)多功能需求。智能建造数字化平台应具备协同工作、应用软件共享、应用软件实训、数据资产交易、虚拟仿真服务等功能。
2)标准化和互操作性提升。未来的发展应该着眼于建立统一的标准和协议,以确保各个智能建造数字化平台之间可以互相操作。这将促进更广泛的数据共享和集成,提高系统的可扩展性和灵活性。
3)多技术融合。智能建造数字化平台应综合应用各种智能建造相关技术,以使平台适应各种领域,并扩大其应用范围,促进不同领域之间的经验交流和技术共享。
4)数据安全与隐私保护。智能建造数字化平台需要更加强大的数据安全和隐私保护机制,防止数据泄露和未经授权访问。
5)数据资产交易。智能建造数字化平台需具备数据资产交易功能,能够实现数据资产的便捷交易,简化交易流程,确保交易的合法性。
智能建造数字化平台在推动数字化建筑产业发展方面发挥着重要作用,对提高建筑行业的效率、质量和可持续性至关重要。政府、行业从业者和技术提供商需要共同努力,以确保数字化建筑行业朝着创新、智能化和可持续的未来发展。
