Based on the situation and challenges of noise pollution prevention and control, key suggestions for noise pollution prevention and control have been proposed. The improvement of the Noise Law and a series of regulations and policies marks the initial completion of the top-level design of China's modern noise governance system, including the completion of the top-level design of the modern noise governance system, the systematic noise governance system throughout the entire life cycle, the framework of the standard system, and the monitoring and evaluation system, proposing the "social co-governance" model with Chinese characteristics.
