The indicators include peripheral artery oxygen saturation (SaO₂), end expiratory carbon dioxide partial pressure (ETCO₂), self rating anxiety scale (SAS), and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) score. The results show that scraping combined with aromatherapy can significantly increase SaO₂ and ETCO₂ during 2-week rehabilitation, and there are no significant differences in SaO₂ and ETCO₂ between endurance training and resting state. The SAS and PSQI after rehabilitation are lower than before.
