The Yangtze River Delta is a favorable area for the development and utilization of geothermal resources due to its developed economy, large population density and large reserves of geothermal resources. Based on extensive research and data collection, this paper predicts the demand for building applications of geothermal resources in the Yangtze River Delta, and evaluates and analyzes the potential environmental benefits of geothermal resources development and utilization based on the demand. The results show that the building energy of geothermal resources is abundant, and the environmental benefits are significant in the Yangtze River Delta. 对长三角地区地热资源的建筑应用需求进行了预测,基于需求量对地热资源开发利用潜在的环境效益进行了评估。结果表明,长三角地区地热资源建筑应用需求旺盛,开发利用产生的环境效益显著。研究认为,长三角地区地热资源综合开发利用,对于促进长三角地区“一体化”和“高质量”的发展十分有利。

As a clean and renewable energy, the utilization of geothermal resources has practical significance for adjustment of national energy structure, energy conservation, emission reduction, and the realization of the "dual carbon goals". The Yangtze River Delta is a favorable area for the development and utilization of geothermal resources due to its developed economy, large population density and large reserves of geothermal resources. Based on extensive research and data collection, this paper predicts the demand for building applications of geothermal resources in the Yangtze River Delta, and evaluates and analyzes the potential environmental benefits of geothermal resources development and utilization based on the demand. The results show that the building energy of geothermal resources is abundant, and the environmental benefits are significant in the Yangtze River Delta.
