实施创新驱动发展战略是党的十八大作出的重大战略部署，是中国适应国际竞争、转变发展方式、增强内生动力的必由之路。从历史逻辑、理论逻辑、实践逻辑的视角，回顾了创新驱动发展战略的实施及成效，具体包括：（1）放眼世界、立足现实、面向未来，阐述了创新驱动发展战略提出的时代意义及时代内涵；（2）从历史逻辑出发，梳理了创新驱动发展战略提出、发展和完善的演进历程，以及每个阶段的发展定位和战略要求；（3）从理论逻辑出发，分析了创新驱动发展战略的实施主体、实施任务、实施路径和实施环境等；（4）从实践逻辑出发，回顾创新驱动发展战略推动中国创新能力提升、创新成果涌现、创新驱动经济社会发展以及国内外创新网络布局的显著成效。
