生态环境科技是中国生态环境保护发生历史性、转折性、全局性变化,生态环境质量发生根本性改善的重要支撑。回顾了生态环境科技发展历程,以及不同阶段生态环境科技的特点;总结了党的十八大以来中国在生态环境保护与修复、环境污染治理、环境科技基础能力建设和绿色工程创新等生态环境科技领域的研究进展及成效;指出了当前中国生态环境科技发展面临的挑战;提出了加强基础理论和技术创新,加强“卡脖子”重点领域和关键环节技术研发,对整体性和区域性生态环境问题联防联控,提升生态环境科技的基础支撑作用,加强信息、生物、分子等多领域新技术的融合研究与应用等建议。
