By collecting relevant data, this paper summarizes the characteristics of the current open-pit coal mine distribution, coal reserves, ecological environment, production capacity adjustment toughness, etc., as well as the ecological disturbance, end-to-side coal pressing, small equipment operation, and temporal and spatial imbalance of stripping. Eight key technologies and development countermeasures to solve the low-carbon, green and sustainable development of mining sources are proposed. To give full play to the bottom-up role of China's coal energy and give full play to the elastic and tough characteristics of open-pit coal mines, this paper discusses the countermeasures for the green and sustainable development of China's open-pit coal mines in the future from the perspective of low carbon. By collecting relevant data, this paper summarizes the characteristics of the current open-pit coal mine distribution, coal reserves, ecological environment, production capacity adjustment toughness, etc., as well as the ecological disturbance, end-to-side coal pressing, small equipment operation, and temporal and spatial imbalance of stripping. Eight key technologies and development countermeasures to solve the low-carbon, green and sustainable development of mining sources are proposed.
