Meanwhile, the relevant policy guidance and standardization status and the progress of the three-level practice exploration results, i.e., the ministry, province, and city, are also analyzed to clarify the development process and existence of China's smart territorial planning and management in terms of multi-data fusion, technology integration, platform development, application exploration, and standard support.
