As an important participant in the technology trading activities, China Association for Science and Technology plays an important role in building a pivotal technology market. Based on the SWOT method, this paper analyzes the advantages, the disadvantages, the opportunities and the challenges of China Association for Science and Technology in participating in the activities of the hub technology trading market, and further five aspects put forward concrete Suggestions. First, to complete the top of the hub type technology trading market design and supporting infrastructure, accelerate the technical market rules and relevant legal policy research. Second, to build a platform for technology transformation, participate in the design of supporting policies, carry out research on technology pricing, introduce professional financial capital, and promote the coordinated development of various entities in the technology trading market.
