针对运动员冬季运动系统损伤的特点,观察个性化康复治疗方案对主要冬季运动系统损伤的应用效果。采用前瞻性分析方法,对比分析个性化组(n =40)与常规组(n =40)治疗后的疼痛状况、心理情绪及总体疗效情况。结果显示,个性化组治疗后的视觉模拟评分、血清疼痛因子、焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分改善情况均显著优于常规组(P <0.05),个性化组治疗的总体有效率较高(P <0.05);说明个性化康复方案可以促进冬季运动系统损伤康复,减轻心理应激和疼痛,是科学有效的治疗方案。
