针对运动员冬季运动系统损伤的特点，观察个性化康复治疗方案对主要冬季运动系统损伤的应用效果。采用前瞻性分析方法，对比分析个性化组（n =40）与常规组（n =40）治疗后的疼痛状况、心理情绪及总体疗效情况。结果显示，个性化组治疗后的视觉模拟评分、血清疼痛因子、焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分改善情况均显著优于常规组（P <0.05），个性化组治疗的总体有效率较高（P <0.05）；说明个性化康复方案可以促进冬季运动系统损伤康复，减轻心理应激和疼痛，是科学有效的治疗方案。

According to the characteristics of athletes' winter motor system injuries, the effects of the personalized rehabilitation treatment programs for major winter motor system injuries are studied.
