The head injuries are more common in the alpine skiing, the snowboard and freestyle skiing and the ice hockey. Correctly wearing a helmet with related protective devices can effectively reduce the incidence of the skull fractures and the severity of the head injuries. The medical foundation in the domestic large-scale winter resorts and event venues is relatively underdeveloped.
