基于市面上普遍存在的金属氧化物掺杂氟硅耐热密封剂的报道,以α,ω-二羟基聚甲基三氟丙基硅氧烷共聚物为生胶,气相二氧化硅为填料,金属氧化物为耐热剂,制备了脱氢型室温硫化氟硅密封剂。通过热空气老化法评价了稀土氧化物和氧化铁掺杂氟硅耐热密封剂在250、300℃的耐热性,结果显示,在较低温度下(250℃),稀土金属氧化物掺杂氟硅耐热密封剂的耐热效果更好;而在300℃的环境中,氧化铁掺杂氟硅耐热密封剂的耐热性能优于稀土金属氧化物。从普适性和经济性角度分析,氧化铁掺杂氟硅耐热密封剂有着较广泛的使用价值。
