新冠肺炎疫情的发生引起了包括城乡规划领域在内诸多学者对城市规划与建设的深度思考。在梳理和辨析韧性城市和健康城市概念基础上,结合国际文献分析指出两者在环境、社会、管理等诸多方面的共性特征,尤其在应对环境污染方面更加明显,这也显示出未来韧性城市和健康城市的研究必将呈现一定的交集。从城市空间环境优化的角度,韧性城市的实施具有更加直接的紧迫性和必要性,结合中国城市当前及今后的发展需求,从形态布局、自然环境、公共设施、社会生活4个维度提出中国韧性城市空间规划的策略和发展途径。

The COVID-19 epidemic has triggered deep thinking among scholars in the field of urban and rural planning. How to build a resilient urban space environment that is conducive to people's physical and mental health has become a hot topic once again. In this paper, concepts of resilient city and healthy city are combed and analyzed. Based on a literature analysis, many common characteristics between the two concepts are presented in terms of environmental, social, managemental aspects, especially in front of the problem of environmental pollution..
