In order to realize safe and reliable cross-departmental sharing of ocean data, this article investigates the current research status in this field, and then analyzes the feasibility of blockchain technology in the field of data sharing, and discusses how blockchain technology can solve the problem of ocean data islands. With the application prospects of blockchain, using the decentralized characteristics of blockchain, a data sharing model is proposed, and the technical implementation method of the ocean data
