针对当前电子对抗部队实战化训练质效不高的现状，剖析了训练指导思想、训练保障、训练考评等要素，分析了现行训练模式难以契合实战化训练要求、现行训练保障难以满足实战化训练需求、现行训练考评难以检验实战化训练质量等实际问题。提出应以战为引领、走开对抗式实战练兵路子，以需为牵引、加强针对性训练条件建设，以实为标准、完善实战化考评体系，不断提升电子对抗部队实战化训练质量效益。
The current actual combat training for electronic countermeasures is not very effective. This paper first analyzes the training guidelines, the training support, the training evaluation and other related elements. It is suggested that the combat should be taken as the guide and the countermeasure training should be taken as the tool, to strengthen the training conditions, to improve the evaluation system and the quality and the effectiveness of the combat training.
