通过实验测试, 研究了利用废旧瓦楞纸箱制备高强度包装材料过程中, 成型工艺对制备材料性能的影响。结果表明, 在打浆度相同时, 热压压力的增大会使试样的抗张强度、断裂伸长率和弹性模量均得到提升, 而热压温度的升高只能使抗张强度和弹性模量得到提升;在热压温度165℃、打浆度35°SR、热压压力2 MPa 条件下试样的断裂伸长率最大, 150℃、27°SR、5 MPa 条件下试样的耐破度出现峰值;热压温度越高, 热压压力越小, 试样的挺度越好。综合考虑, 为了节约能源、缩短制备周期, 较优的成型工艺方案为:打浆度27°SR, 热压温度165℃, 干燥方式根据实际需要选择5 MPa 热压干燥或0.08 MPa 真空干燥。
Experiments are conducted to study the effects of the forming process on the properties of high strength packaging materials made from waste corrugated containers. The results are as follows.
