针对Y 型单入-单出水流道无阀压电泵的输送流量较小, 设计了一种Y 型双入-双出水流道无阀压电泵结构。根据压电振子的结构尺寸、坐标及力学模型, 对压电振子中心振幅与理论容积变化量进行分析。对Y 型双入-双出水流道无阀压电泵流量进行理论计算。对两种压电泵进行流阻和流量的对比实验。结果表明:Y 型双入-双出水流道无阀压电泵效率及流量均大于Y 型单入-单出水流道无阀压电泵, 实验结果与理论分析基本一致。

To increase the quantity of flow for the piezoelectric pump with single input channel and single output channel of Y type, a valveless piezoelectric pump with double input channels and double output channels in Y type is presented.
