基于等效塑性应变的岩土破坏准则和岩土弹塑性本构关系,考虑扩孔器在施工过程中与岩土的接触碰撞问题,采用有限单元法建立扩孔器与岩土相互作用系统非线性动力学模型,对水平定向钻穿越扩孔施工过程进行数值模拟,研究了扩孔器的动态变化规律及其对扩孔形状的影响。结果表明,在扩孔过程中,扩孔器会产生沉降,沉降量与钻进速度和扩孔时间有关,钻进速度越大扩孔器沉降量越大,扩孔时间越长扩孔器沉降量越大;同时,扩孔器在竖直方向会产生振动,振动速度的变化范围为-380~320 mm/s。受扩孔器沉降等因素的影响,模拟得到的扩孔截面形状为上窄下宽的长圆形,与工程实例的扩孔形状吻合。
