It is shown that there is a significant difference in plasma amino acids between those from patients with the CIN and cervical cancers and from healthy subjects. Compared to the healthy controls, the plasma aspartate, the glutamate, the asparagine, the serine, the glycine, the histidine, the taurine, the alanine, the proline, the tyrosine, the valine, the methionine, the lysine, the isoleucine, the leucine, and the phenylalanine decrease gradually from the CIN to cervical cancers with statistical significance (P <0.05), however the arginine and the threonine decrease dominantly in the CIN plasma than those in the CSCC.
