There are four functional modules in the workstation, including the high throughput magnetic separation system, the micro-volume pipetting system, the accurate temperature control system and the fluorescent signal detection system. According to the requirements of the above systems, a brief introduction is given for the framework of the hardware system. Based on the hardware functions, the software system completes the design of the experimental process using the tree control: an easy to use and good looking experimental property setting interface and a workbench layout with the MFC drawing. 核酸检测工作站主要是由光、机、电等部分构成的高精度生化分析仪器,其功能模块主要有:高通量磁分离系统、微量移液系统、精确温控系统、荧光信号检测系统.根据以上系统应用要求,简要介绍了系统硬件框架.基于硬件基础,系统软件采用树形控件完成了实验流程设计;采用MFC绘图完成了美观、易操作的实验属性设置和工作台布局设置,采用多线程监控技术实现与下位机RSC-485串口通信;采用Access数据库保存实验流程及结果,并导出打印实验数据等.

The nucleic acid detection workstation is a high-precision biochemical analytical instrument composed of optical, mechanical, electrical and other components.
