It is shown that the phosphate production indices of China, the United States and Morocco based on the comprehensive dominance analysis are, respectively, 27.1%, 41.7% and 79.8%, thereby, the phosphate rock resource exploitation level of Morocco is the highest. 为保护磷矿资源,优化利用磷矿资源,以中国、美国、摩洛哥三个产磷大国为研究对象,分别从国家、行业和企业三个层面,选取了磷矿基础储量、矿产平均品位、矿产集中度以及开采成本等10能个反应磷矿资源开采优势的指标,通过综合层次分析法(AHP)得到各指标权重向量,建立了磷矿开采优势指标的综合评判模型,利用逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)计算各国磷矿资源开采的优势.计算结果表明,中国、美国、摩洛哥三国基于磷矿开采指标的综合优势度分别为27.1%,41.7%,79.8%,从而确定摩洛哥磷矿资源开采水平最有优势.该评价方法结果合理、客观和实用,为各国的各种资源开采及资源保护提供有利的依据.

In order to protect the phosphate rock resources, it is important to optimize their usage.
