The improved orthogonal analysis method based on the grey theory is introduced and then the numerical simulation software of Flac3d is used to analyze the sensitive factors which affect the stability of the mountain spoil field slopes. The result shows that strength parameters of the soil and the free surface shape are the highly significant influence factors which affect the stability of the mountain spoil field slopes in these areas. And the unit weight and slope rate have less influence on the stability of mountain spoil field slopes. The result is consistent with that of the gray method and the principal component analysis method. 结合宜巴高速公路郑家垭隧道进口弃土场典型实例,在常规正交试验设计分析的基础上,引入基于灰色关联法的改进正交设计法,并运用Flac3d数值模拟软件,对该区域弃土场边坡稳定性的6种影响因素进行分析,找到影响该处边坡稳定性的敏感因素。分析结果表明,该区域内弃土场边坡滑面处土体的强度参数以及边坡的临空面形态对其边坡稳定性影响较大,容重和坡率对弃土场边坡稳定性影响较小,结果与灰色关联法、主成分分析结果一致。因此认为该改进的正交设计法得到的结果比较可靠。

The slopes of mountain spoil field located at the Zhengjiaya tunnel of the Yiba highway are taken as an example.
