The effects of various parameters on the diameter and morphology of the fibers were investigated, including viscosity of solution, tip-to-collector distance, voltage and conductance. The heat resistance of the electrospun mats was measured by Thermogravimetry (TG). It is shown that the average diameter of fibers d is related with the viscosity of solutions η and the voltages V, in the following manners: d∝η0.33 and d∝V-0.25; it increases then decreases with the increase of distance, and it decreases with the increase of conductance of solutions. The appropriate technical parameters of electrospinning of melamine fiber can be adopted as follows: the concentration of PVA is 8wt%, the applied voltage is 18kV, the distance is 12.5cm and the concentration of NaCl is 0.1wt%. 采用反应静电纺丝法制备了三聚氰胺超细纤维电纺膜。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了纺丝过程中溶液黏度、纺丝电压、接收距离和电导率4个参数对超细纤维的形貌及平均直径的影响,并采用热重分析(TG)研究了电纺膜的耐热性能。结果表明,纤维平均直径d与溶液黏度η、纺丝电压V分别符合关系式d∝η0.33和d∝V-0.25,纤维平均直径随接收距离增加先减小后增加,电导率的增加使纤维平均直径下降。当PVA质量百分数为8%、纺丝电压为18kV、固化距离为12.5cm、NaCl质量百分数为0.1%时可以纺制出表面光滑、平均直径为400~600nm、耐热性能良好的超细三聚氰胺纤维电纺膜。
