This paper investigated the generation laws of characteristics gases at the cross-linked polyethylene-silicone rubber insulation interface of cable accessories under different types of discharge faults, and proposed gas diagnostic criteria for discharge fault types at the cable accessory interface based on this. Firstly, a gas generation experimental platform for insulation interface discharge of cable accessories was established, different types of discharge faults were distinguished by the high-frequency current transformer method, and the characteristics of the escaping gases from insulation interface discharge faults were analyzed by gas chromatography. Then, a real-type discharge fault gas generation platform of cable accessory was built to experimentally verify the generation laws of characteristic gases under interface discharge faults. Finally, the diagnostic criteria for discharge faults in cable accessories were proposed based on characteristic gas formation laws. The results show that the insulation interface mainly generates H2, CO2, CO, CH4, and C2H6 under low-energy discharges (partial discharges), while additionally produces C2H4 and C2H2 under high-energy discharges (arc discharges). Based on this, a comprehensive gas diagnostic criteria is proposed: when the concentration ratio of CO to CO2 is between 0.10 and 0.69, it is considered as low-energy discharge; when it is greater than 0.70, it is considered as high-energy discharge. Only the first five gases are present in the gas composition, it is considered as low-energy discharge; while both C2H4 and C2H2 are detected, it is considered as high-energy discharge. Quantitative indicators show that the proportion of unsaturated hydrocarbons in high-energy discharges ranges from 0.07 to 0.16, and the concentration ratio of unsaturated hydrocarbons to H2 ranges from 0.08 to 0.30.

本文探究了电缆附件交联聚乙烯-硅橡胶绝缘界面在不同放电故障类型下的特征气体生成规律,并以此提出了电缆附件界面放电类型的气体诊断判据。首先搭建电缆附件绝缘界面放电产气实验平台,通过高频电流互感器法区分不同放电故障类型,进一步通过气相色谱法分析绝缘界面放电故障的逸出气体特性。然后搭建真型电缆附件放电故障产气平台,对界面放电故障下的特征气体生成规律进行实验验证。最后,基于特征气体生成规律提出电缆附件放电故障的诊断判据。结果表明:电缆附件绝缘界面在低能放电(局部放电)下主要生成H2、CO2、CO、CH4和C2H6,在高能放电(电弧放电)下则额外产生C2H4和C2H2。基于此提出了综合性气体诊断判据:当CO和CO2浓度比为0.10~0.69时为低能放电,大于0.70时为高能放电;气体组分中仅含前5种气体对应低能放电,同时检出C2H4和C2H2则对应高能放电。量化指标显示,高能放电中不饱和烃占比为0.07~0.16,不饱和烃与H2的浓度比为0.08~0.30。

本文探究了电缆附件交联聚乙烯-硅橡胶绝缘界面在不同放电故障类型下的特征气体生成规律,并以此提出了电缆附件界面放电类型的气体诊断判据。首先搭建电缆附件绝缘界面放电产气实验平台,通过高频电流互感器法区分不同放电故障类型,进一步通过气相色谱法分析绝缘界面放电故障的逸出气体特性。然后搭建真型电缆附件放电故障产气平台,对界面放电故障下的特征气体生成规律进行实验验证。最后,基于特征气体生成规律提出电缆附件放电故障的诊断判据。结果表明:电缆附件绝缘界面在低能放电(局部放电)下主要生成H2、CO2、CO、CH4和C2H6,在高能放电(电弧放电)下则额外产生C2H4和C2H2。基于此提出了综合性气体诊断判据:当CO和CO2浓度比为0.10~0.69时为低能放电,大于0.70时为高能放电;气体组分中仅含前5种气体对应低能放电,同时检出C2H4和C2H2则对应高能放电。量化指标显示,高能放电中不饱和烃占比为0.07~0.16,不饱和烃与H2的浓度比为0.08~0.30。

This paper investigated the generation laws of characteristics gases at the cross-linked polyethylene-silicone rubber insulation interface of cable accessories under different types of discharge faults, and proposed gas diagnostic criteria for discharge fault types at the cable accessory interface based on this. Firstly, a gas generation experimental platform for insulation interface discharge of cable accessories was established, different types of discharge faults were distinguished by the high-frequency current transformer method, and the characteristics of the escaping gases from insulation interface discharge faults were analyzed by gas chromatography. Then, a real-type discharge fault gas generation platform of cable accessory was built to experimentally verify the generation laws of characteristic gases under interface discharge faults. Finally, the diagnostic criteria for discharge faults in cable accessories were proposed based on characteristic gas formation laws. The results show that the insulation interface mainly generates H2, CO2, CO, CH4, and C2H6 under low-energy discharges (partial discharges), while additionally produces C2H4 and C2H2 under high-energy discharges (arc discharges). Based on this, a comprehensive gas diagnostic criteria is proposed: when the concentration ratio of CO to CO2 is between 0.10 and 0.69, it is considered as low-energy discharge; when it is greater than 0.70, it is considered as high-energy discharge. Only the first five gases are present in the gas composition, it is considered as low-energy discharge; while both C2H4 and C2H2 are detected, it is considered as high-energy discharge. Quantitative indicators show that the proportion of unsaturated hydrocarbons in high-energy discharges ranges from 0.07 to 0.16, and the concentration ratio of unsaturated hydrocarbons to H2 ranges from 0.08 to 0.30.

随着城镇化的快速发展,我国持续推进城市电网升级工程,电力系统的电缆化改造已全面覆盖10~500 kV电压等级[1]。电缆网络的可靠性与工业生产及民生保障密切相关。因此,保障电缆系统的安全稳定运行至关重要。
电缆附件是连接电缆与输配电设备、保障电缆线路电气和力学性能稳定的关键组件,其性能直接影响电缆系统的安全稳定运行。在安装电缆附件过程中,由于现场环境复杂、作业人员操作水平参差不齐,容易在电缆附件绝缘界面中引入金属杂质、半导电层突起、气隙等缺陷。这些缺陷容易在绝缘界面引发局部电场畸变,产生局部放电现象,甚至导致界面击穿。因此,需要对电缆附件的运行状态进行检测。电缆附件的状态检测方法可以分为电气测量法与非电气测量法,包括局部放电检测法[2-3]、温度检测法[4-5]、超声波检测法[6-7]、太赫兹检测法[8-10]等。但现有的检测方法存在灵敏度较低或通用性较差的问题。气体检测法作为电力设备状态的重要检测方法,通过测定特定气体组分的浓度、比值等特征,能够有效检测电力设备的早期故障。目前,该方法在变压器油中溶解气体分析[11-12]领域已有较为深入的研究,这些研究成果体现出气体检测方法对于电力设备状态评估的潜力。在研究人员的探索下,气体检测技术用于电力电缆系统故障识别的研究已有了初步的成果。李晓杉等[13]、张浩然等[14]分别提出了基于FTIR与气体分析和结合温度测量与气体分析的电缆故障综合检测方法。周凯等[15-16]系统地研究了XLPE电缆在局部放电、高能放电、腐蚀、过热等一系列故障下的产气特征,然后提出了一种基于H2、CH4、C2H4等关键气体的断层识别方法,并在现场验证了该方法的普适性和准确性。郭卫等[17-18]主要研究了电流密度、受潮程度与缓冲层烧蚀过程中产气浓度的变化规律,揭示了特征气体浓度与缓冲层烧蚀故障严重程度间的关系。
上述研究表明,气体检测技术能有效诊断电缆故障的类型、严重程度,但现有研究更多聚焦于电缆本体,关于气体检测技术在电缆附件中的应用研究较少。而电缆附件的材料、绝缘结构与本体存在明显差异,缺陷类型也有所不同。因此,现有气体检测技术并不适用于电缆附件的故障诊断。
本文将主要探索气体检测技术在电缆附件绝缘状态诊断上的应用。首先探索电缆附件交联聚乙烯-硅橡胶绝缘界面在不同放电故障类型下的特征气体生成规律,然后以此提出电缆附件界面放电类型的特征气体诊断判据。
在电缆实际运行时,电缆橡胶附件与电缆绝缘层需过盈配合形成一定的界面压力,构成紧密贴合的固-固界面复合结构。为研究电缆附件绝缘界面放电的产气特性,本文设计绝缘界面样本,并模拟实际电缆附件绝缘界面的材料和压力特性进行分析。
本文研究对象为电缆附件硅橡胶(SiR)与电缆主绝缘材料交联聚乙烯(XLPE)构成的XLPE-SiR绝缘界面。将由XLPE粒料制成的XLPE片裁剪成尺寸为50 mm×25 mm×2 mm的样片,使用400目砂纸将其表面打磨光滑。将由SiR生胶制成的SiR片裁剪成尺寸为20 mm×20 mm×2 mm的样片。分别使用酒精擦拭XLPE样片、SiR样片后,用蒸馏水冲洗干净,并放入80℃真空干燥箱中干燥48 h后取出。
绝缘界面样本由XLPE样片和SiR样片堆叠构成,针、板电极放置在样片之间,其中板电极宽度为20 mm、长度为40 mm、厚度为0.1 mm,针电极宽度为10 mm、长度为40 mm、厚度为 0.1 mm、针尖角度为40°,针电极与板电极的垂直距离为5 mm。绝缘界面样本模型由界面样本、透明有机玻璃板、螺栓组、弹簧组成。将界面样本放置于有机玻璃板中心位置,使用螺栓组固定样片位置,使用弹簧对界面施加(0.10±0.02)MPa压力。
绝缘界面产气装置由绝缘界面样本、密封腔、气路等共同构成,如图1所示。将绝缘界面样本放置在密封腔内,密封腔使用螺栓、橡胶圈密封。导线和导气管穿过密封腔壁,在接口处使用玻璃胶密封。
本文搭建的绝缘界面放电产气实验平台由无局放实验装置、绝缘界面产气装置、信号采集系统构成,如图2所示。无局放实验装置包括分压器、工频无局放试验变压器和保护电阻。信号采集系统分别通过分压器和高频电流传感器(HFCT)检测放电电压和电流,示波器采集放电信号,上位机计算放电信号。采用日置(上海)测量技术有限公司的MR6000型示波器,最高采样率为200 MS/s。
气相色谱(gas chromatography,GC)凭借快速分离、高灵敏度和高选择性的优点,可用于定量检测小分子气体。采用上海仪电(集团)有限公司的GC126N型气相色谱仪(检测上限为3×10-12 g/s,注入样品量为30 mL)分析绝缘界面放电产生气体(H2、CO2、CO、CH4、C2H6、C2H4、C2H2)的成分与含量。
搭建上述绝缘界面放电产气实验平台后,关闭气阀。在开展放电产气实验前,需确保放电实验平台电路连接正确,绝缘界面产气装置气密性符合实验要求,信号采集系统信号传输正常。
电缆附件绝缘界面的放电程度可分为低能放电(局部放电)和高能放电(电弧放电),通过高频电流传感器测得的放电波形可划分放电产气实验中绝缘界面的放电程度[19-20]。本文将绝缘界面放电产气实验按不同放电程度划分为低能放电实验、高能放电实验。在低能放电产气实验过程中,保持恒定速率缓慢升压,直至实验样本出现稳定局放,保持该电压等级持续加压48 h,期间每间隔2 h采集500个工频放电周期的局放电流、电压波形。在高能放电产气实验过程中,保持恒定速率缓慢升压,直至出现稳定的电弧放电,保持该电压等级不变,直至最终绝缘失效,记录界面击穿的电流、电压波形。
绝缘界面放电产气实验结束后,打开气阀,使用针筒抽取气体样本,并将其注入气相色谱仪,通过GC法定量分析气体样本中的小分子气体成分。
采用由长缆科技集团股份有限公司制造的10 kV单芯交联电缆冷缩式户内终端来模拟实际电缆附件界面放电产气情况。电缆附件界面区域发生放电故障后,初始阶段通常是以局部放电为主的低能放电,经历长期的劣化后,转化为高能放电,最终导致界面击穿失效。鉴于该劣化过程历时较长,为在实验条件下快速获取电缆附件的放电产气特征,需采用加速实验方法。本文采取了以下措施:施加不同等级的电压,研究不同能量放电故障的产气特性;在界面中制造严重的金属颗粒缺陷;缩短剥开的半导电层长度,减小缆芯与半导电层之间的电气绝缘距离[21]。实验中缩短剥开的半导电层长度使半导电层至缆芯的轴向距离为5 cm,同时在XLPE绝缘层上均匀放置若干厚度为0.05 mm、长度为0.5~1.0 mm的不规则铜箔以模拟金属颗粒缺陷,如图3所示。
部分额定电压为26/35 kV及以下的电力电缆附件由于缺乏密封结构,运行过程中产生的逸出气体会直接扩散至大气环境中[22]。本文采用剖分式电缆附件集气装置收集开放式电缆附件产生的逸出气体,如图4所示。该装置安装于电缆冷缩终端管与冷缩绝缘管的搭接部位,两个半圆柱形集气盒对接界面预置高弹性硅橡胶密封胶条,采用螺栓组加固的方式实现集气盒的固定与气体密封。在集气盒腔体壁上安装导气管,并在气管一端加装气阀,便于逸出气体的储存与采集。
搭建电缆附件放电产气实验平台,如图5所示。该平台采用无局放高压试验变压器成套装置作为电压源,整套系统由调压控制箱、无局放变压器、耦合电容分压器、保护电阻组成。局放检测系统由HFCT、示波器以及搭载局放检测软件的上位机组成,通过分压器测量电压信号,通过HFCT测量接地线上的电流信号并接入示波器。示波器与搭载了局放采集系统的计算机相连,以实现对局放信号的实时监测与数据采集。无局放变压器输出电压为100 kV、额定容量为10 kVA。HFCT的频带范围为1.2~100 MHz,最大灵敏度为5.83 mV/mA。
加压前,测试正常运行工况下电缆附件的产气特性。电缆导体的额定运行温度为90℃,采用加热带缠绕冷缩绝缘管的方式加热,如图6所示。长时间加热后,收集集气装置中的气体样本,通过GC法定量分析其中的小分子气体成分,排除正常运行中背景气体的干扰,确保结果的准确性和可靠性。
进行电缆终端低能放电产气实验时,对电缆终端施加恒定的10 kV电压,确保电缆终端出现稳定的局部放电。加压20 d,每天加压10 h,每间隔5 h采集500个工频放电周期的局放电流、电压波形。收集集气装置内气体,通过GC法定量分析其中的小分子气体成分。进行电缆终端高能放电产气实验时,对电缆终端施加19 kV的电压,一段时间后电缆终端绝缘界面发生持续电弧放电,变压器自动跳闸。通过示波器采集电缆终端高能放电期间产生的电弧放电电流、电压波形。高能放电产气实验后,静置5 min使高能放电产生的气体充分逸出到电缆附件集气装置内。收集集气装置内气体,通过GC法定量分析其中的小分子气体成分。
在绝缘界面样本上开展界面低能放电产气实验,加压至5.6 kV时出现持续且稳定的局部放电现象,保持该电压水平持续加压48 h。分析采集到的局放电流波形,计算出在加压实验过程中局部放电总量约为5.4×10-2 C,单次平均局部放电量约为4.0×10-11 C。由于放电行为具有不确定性和随机性,通常统计一段时间内多个工频周期的局部放电信号,绘制局部放电相位分布(phase resolved partial discharge,PRPD)图进行分析。基于局部放电的电流、电压波形绘制PRPD图,基于平均局部放电量、局部放电总量采用三次样条插值法绘制其随着时间的变化关系,结果如图7所示。从图7可以看出,由于局部放电量整体较低,电压波形未出现明显的畸变现象,呈现出正弦波信号特征。局放主要分布在工频周期一、三象限内,且随着加压时间的增加,平均局部放电量与局部放电总量整体呈现下降的趋势。与局部放电实验前绝缘界面样本相比,低能放电实验后界面样本在外观上无明显变化,未出现明显的物理损伤或形变,如图8所示。
在绝缘界面样本上开展界面高能放电产气实验中,共记录58 739次放电,总放电量约为1.6×10-1 C,单次平均放电量约为2.7×10-6 C。实验测得的界面击穿电压、电流波形如图9所示。界面高能放电产气过程中观察到持续的燃弧现象,随着时间的推移,界面逐渐丧失绝缘性能,最终发生击穿。与实验前界面样本对比,实验后电极间的SiR和XLPE样片表面出现深沟型电痕通道,在其周围有明显的浅层凹陷。另外,界面间显现出明显的烧蚀痕迹以及大量的炭黑颗粒,如图8所示,表明持续放电作用使得材料表面发生了高温分解,出现了碳化现象。
为降低实验过程中随机因素的影响,本研究对界面低能、高能放电产气实验分别重复3次。采用GC法对逸出气体中的小分子气体进行定量分析,检测结果如图10所示。从图10可以看出,界面低能放电产气实验中逸出气体含量从低到高依次为:CH4、CO、H2、CO2,未检测到C2H2、C2H4、C2H6气体成分。界面高能放电产气实验中逸出气体含量从低到高依次为C2H6、CH4、C2H4、CO、C2H2、CO2、H2,值得注意的是界面高能放电产生了不饱和烃的气体成分C2H4、C2H2
加压前,先对电缆终端正常运行工况下的背景气体进行采集和分析。将电缆终端加热30 d,每间隔10 d采集背景气体样本,通过GC法定量分析集气装置内小分子气体成分,结果如图11所示。
图11可以看出,电缆终端背景气体主要成分为CO2,还含有微量的CH4、H2及CO。CO2主要来源于空气,微量的CH4、H2为过氧化物交联剂在高温交联反应过程中产生的气体副产物,CO由聚合物在高温环境下发生氧化反应产生。在加热过程中气体副产物逸出,CO2的浓度稳定在320×10-6,CH4、H2及CO的浓度稳定在0~20×10-6
为减小实验过程中随机因素对实验结果的影响,本研究重复进行5次电缆附件低能放电产气实验。连接好实验电路后,将电缆终端缓慢升压至10 kV,并持续加压20 d。每天加压10 h,间隔5 h采集局放电流与电压波形。每天加压结束后,采集集气装置内气体,分析气体特征。
分析采集到的局放电压、电流信号,绘制部分PRPD图,采用颜色梯度表征放电点的密度分布,如图12所示。从图12可以看出,采集到的局放信号呈现明显的极性效应,从放电幅值来看,第一象限的放电幅值明显大于第三象限,从放电次数来看,第一象限同时存在少量高幅值放电和大量低幅值放电,而第三象限以低幅值放电为主。出现这种现象是由于金属颗粒与界面处存在气隙,气隙内电场严重畸变,极易引发局部放电。在工频正半周内,气隙内的空间电荷削弱了电场强度,进而提高了局部放电的放电幅值。在工频负半周内,电离产生的电子迁移至金属颗粒,并沿表面均匀分布,质量较大的正电荷滞留于气隙内,增强了绝缘介质侧的电场强度,降低了起始放电电压,导致局部放电的放电幅值较小,呈现出典型的悬浮电位放电特征[23]
处理采集到的电缆终端局部放电数据,得到加压20 d局部放电平均单次放电量随时间变化的关系,如图12所示。根据局放放电量的变化规律,可将界面的局部放电过程划分为3个典型阶段[23]
阶段I:0~2 d内,局部放电平均放电量由0.4 µC左右快速上升到2.3 µC左右。该阶段主要为气隙内气体发生局部放电,气体的压强、成分等是影响放电的主要因素。
阶段II:3~8 d内,局部放电平均放电量由2.3 µC左右下降到0.1 µC左右。该阶段气隙表面电导率上升,气隙表面空间电荷难以积累,在金属颗粒电场畸变处出现小幅值的放电。
阶段Ⅲ:9~20 d内,局部放电平均放电量由0.1 µC左右开始缓慢增长到0.2 µC左右。随着放电的进行,气隙内部产生了电负性气体,吸附大量空间电子,使局部放电次数减少,平均放电量上升。
通过GC法测得电缆附件低能放电后集气装置内小分子气体含量随时间的变化情况如图13所示。
图13可知,集气装置内检测到H2、CO2、CO、CH4、C2H6,未检测到C2H4、C2H2,其中小分子气体的含量从低到高依次为C2H6、H2、CO、CH4、CO2。在0~12 d内,集气装置内主要气体为CO2,主要对应于局部放电的I、II两个发展阶段。在局部放电阶段I,气隙内气体的放电为主导因素,界面内氧气被消耗。在局部放电阶段II,金属颗粒电场畸变处出现小幅值放电,绝缘材料分解产生小分子气体,气隙内压强上升,气体缓慢地沿界面逸出,界面气体逸出滞后于界面间气体的产生。在12~20 d内,H2、CO、CH4、CO2的含量逐渐上升,主要对应于局部放电阶段Ⅲ,气隙内气体的产生与界面气体逸出达到动态平衡,气体由绝缘界面逸出到集气装置内,且气体含量逐渐上升。
为减小实验过程中随机因素对实验结果的影响,本研究重复进行5次电缆附件高能放电产气实验。连接好实验电路与实验装置,确保气密性良好,对电缆终端进行高能放电产气实验。对电缆终端施加19 kV的电压,一段时间后电缆终端绝缘界面发生持续电弧放电,变压器自动跳闸。同时,通过示波器采集电缆终端电弧放电期间产生的电流、电压波形。实验后,静置5 min使界面放电产生的气体充分逸出到电缆附件集气装置内,打开气阀,使用针筒抽取气体样本,并通过GC法定量分析其中的小分子气体成分。
加压后,示波器上出现明显的电弧放电波形,保持该电压等级一段时间后,电缆终端内发出明显的放电声,说明发生了持续电弧放电现象,直至绝缘击穿,整个加压过程持续2~3 min。在电缆终端产气实验中,需要在较长时间内采集放电波形,因此将示波器的采样率设置为1 M/S。在该采样率下采集到155次放电,总放电量约为6.8×10-4 C,单次平均放电量约为4.4×10-6 C,实验测得的放电电压、电流波形如图14所示。加压完成后,采集电缆附件集气装置内的气体样本,并沿轴向解剖电缆终端,观察界面击穿后的绝缘损伤情况,解剖后的电缆终端照片如图15所示,其中图15(a)为XLPE绝缘层表面,图15(b)为硅橡胶冷缩终端管内表面。从图15可以看出,电缆XLPE主绝缘层表面和冷缩终端管内表面均存在明显的黑色电痕和炭黑颗粒。这些电痕沿着不规则分布的金属颗粒轴向贯穿整个绝缘界面,且炭黑颗粒呈放射性分布在整个绝缘界面表面。这一现象表明,在高能放电下,XLPE和SiR界面间发生了剧烈的电化学变化,瞬间产生大量的气体产物,并以湍流形式沿界面逸出。
对电缆附件高能放电采集到的气体样本使用GC方法分析小分子气体的含量关系,检测结果如图16所示。
图16可以看出,在电缆附件集气装置内检测到H2、CO2、CO、CH4、C2H6、C2H4、C2H2,其中含量从低到高依次为C2H6、CH4、C2H4、CO2、CO、C2H2、H2,可以发现在高能放电产气实验中同样产生了不饱和烃气体组分C2H4、C2H2。通过实际电缆放电产气实验测得的小分子气体种类与绝缘界面样本产气实验测得的小分子气体种类一致,说明气体检测方法对于实际电缆附件状态诊断的有效性。
界面放电实验结果表明,低能放电产生了H2、CO2、CO、CH4小分子气体,高能放电产生了H2、CO2、CO、CH4、C2H6、C2H4、C2H2小分子气体,放电过程中小分子气体的生成路径如图17所示。
在界面放电的过程中首先发生聚合物的裂解反应,放电产生的自由电子在电场的加速作用下,撞击绝缘介质,产生大量高能粒子。高能粒子撞击使得绝缘介质共价键断裂,导致C-C键与C-H键发生裂解反应,生成烷基自由基及氢自由基[13,24],其中氢自由基发生复合反应生成大量的氢气。在较低能量的放电过程中,主要发生氧化还原反应。裂解产生的烷基自由基具有高反应活性,其末端亚甲基(-CH2·)易与活化氧结合形成过氧自由基 (·CH2OO·)。过氧自由基经活化氧不同程度的氧化反应生成CO2、CO,而经氢自由基还原反应则生成CH4[25-26]。在较高能量的放电过程中,经过高温与电化学协同作用,H3C-CH2·自由基经脱氢反应生成不饱和烃C2H4、C2H2,少量不饱和烃被氢自由基还原生成C2H6[26-27]。相比于界面高能放电,界面低能放电单次平均放电量和放电总量均更低,限制了活化能较高的反应发生。因此,低能放电主要发生反应活化能更低的裂解反应和氧化反应,其产物主要包括H2、CO2、CO、CH4,而高能放电还发生了反应活化能更高的脱氢反应,其产物还包括C2H4、C2H2
基于电缆附件放电产气实验的气体检测结果,选取部分小分子气体作为电缆附件放电类型的诊断判据。选择气体稳定逸出的局放阶段Ⅲ表征实际电缆附件低能放电的产气特征,该阶段电缆附件放电故障逸出气体的特征如表1所示。
表1可知,电缆附件背景气体主要为空气中的CO2,气体副产物含量极低,其CO与CO2的浓度比小于0.02。而在放电过程中,由于CO与CO2通过相同反应路径生成,二者含量同步上升,其浓度比增大至0.10以上,并随着放电发展持续上升。因此,当CO与CO2的浓度比超过0.10时,可判断界面发生局部放电现象,而当CO与CO2的浓度比大于0.70时,可判断界面发生高能放电现象。在界面样本放电产气实验中,局部放电主要产生CO、CO2、CH4和H2,高能放电还产生了C2H4、C2H2两种不饱和烃气体。不饱和烃气体为界面高能放电的典型特征产物,其在总产气中占比为0.07~0.16。由于H2主要是通过C-H键的裂解与脱氢反应产生,随着放电剧烈程度的上升,不饱和烃与H2的浓度比增大,在0.08~0.30之间。
(1)电缆附件界面发生低能放电会引发聚合物中碳氢键的断裂和聚合物的氧化反应,该过程的主要气态产物为H2、CO2、CO、CH4和C2H6
(2)电缆附件界面发生高能放电会释放出大量高能粒子,导致聚合物交联网络结构发生解聚,并生成大量烷基自由基。在电弧放电作用下,烷基自由基发生脱氢反应,生成C2H4、C2H2气体。
(3)在实际电缆附件放电气体诊断中,当检测到CO和CO2的浓度比为0.10~0.70时,界面发生低能放电,当浓度比大于0.70时,界面发生高能放电。当检测到仅存在H2、CO2、CO、CH4和C2H6时,表明界面发生低能放电。当检测到不饱和烃时,表明界面发生高能放电,其中不饱和烃占比为0.07~0.16,不饱和烃与H2的浓度比为0.08~0.30。
