To investigate the effecting mechanism of shallow traps on surface charge and surface flashover characteristics of epoxy/glass fiber composites under AC/DC superimposed voltage, this paper employed ozone surface treatment to regulate the trap parameters of composites, and systematically studied the change laws of surface conductivity, surface charge distribution, and flashover voltage of the composites with different treatment time. The results show that ozone treatment can significantly reduces the shallow trap energy levels of composites (to as low as 0.85  eV) and increases the shallow trap density (up to 2.02×1020  eV-1m-3), thereby enhancing the surface conductivity and effectively suppressing surface charge accumulation near the high-voltage electrode. The surface flashover voltage of composites increase significantly with the extension of processing time, after 4 h of ozone exposure, the flashover voltage of the samples under DC and AC/DC superimposed voltage ratios of 1∶5, 1∶3, and 1∶1 increase by 25.02%, 23.98%, 17.60%, and 10.7%, respectively. Analysis reveals that the new shallow traps introduced by ozone treatment can enhance the flashover performance by reducing surface charge accumulation, inhibiting seed electron emission and electron avalanche processes. Especially when the AC/DC superimposed voltage ratios is no more than 1∶3, ozone treatment has a more significant effect on improving the flashover mechanism dominated by charge accumulation in solid layer.

为探究浅陷阱对环氧/玻璃纤维复合材料在交直流叠加电压下表面电荷与沿面闪络特性的影响机制,本文采用臭氧表面处理调控材料陷阱参数,系统研究不同处理时长复合材料的表面电导率、表面电荷分布及闪络电压变化规律。结果表明:臭氧处理可显著降低复合材料的浅陷阱能级(最低至0.85 eV)并提高浅陷阱密度(最大达到2.02×1020 eV-1m-3),从而提高表面电导率,有效抑制高压电极附近表面电荷积聚。复合材料的沿面闪络电压随臭氧处理时间延长而明显提高,经4 h处理后,试样在直流及交直流叠加电压比例为1∶5、1∶3、1∶1下的闪络电压分别提升了25.02%、23.98%、17.60%和10.7%。分析认为,由臭氧处理所引入新的浅陷阱可以通过减少表面电荷积聚,抑制种子电荷发射与电子倍增过程,从而增强闪络性能;尤其在交直流叠加电压比例不大于1∶3时,臭氧处理对由固体层电荷积聚主导的闪络机制改善效果更为显著。

为探究浅陷阱对环氧/玻璃纤维复合材料在交直流叠加电压下表面电荷与沿面闪络特性的影响机制,本文采用臭氧表面处理调控材料陷阱参数,系统研究不同处理时长复合材料的表面电导率、表面电荷分布及闪络电压变化规律。结果表明:臭氧处理可显著降低复合材料的浅陷阱能级(最低至0.85 eV)并提高浅陷阱密度(最大达到2.02×1020 eV-1m-3),从而提高表面电导率,有效抑制高压电极附近表面电荷积聚。复合材料的沿面闪络电压随臭氧处理时间延长而明显提高,经4 h处理后,试样在直流及交直流叠加电压比例为1∶5、1∶3、1∶1下的闪络电压分别提升了25.02%、23.98%、17.60%和10.7%。分析认为,由臭氧处理所引入新的浅陷阱可以通过减少表面电荷积聚,抑制种子电荷发射与电子倍增过程,从而增强闪络性能;尤其在交直流叠加电压比例不大于1∶3时,臭氧处理对由固体层电荷积聚主导的闪络机制改善效果更为显著。

To investigate the effecting mechanism of shallow traps on surface charge and surface flashover characteristics of epoxy/glass fiber composites under AC/DC superimposed voltage, this paper employed ozone surface treatment to regulate the trap parameters of composites, and systematically studied the change laws of surface conductivity, surface charge distribution, and flashover voltage of the composites with different treatment time. The results show that ozone treatment can significantly reduces the shallow trap energy levels of composites (to as low as 0.85  eV) and increases the shallow trap density (up to 2.02×1020  eV-1m-3), thereby enhancing the surface conductivity and effectively suppressing surface charge accumulation near the high-voltage electrode. The surface flashover voltage of composites increase significantly with the extension of processing time, after 4 h of ozone exposure, the flashover voltage of the samples under DC and AC/DC superimposed voltage ratios of 1∶5, 1∶3, and 1∶1 increase by 25.02%, 23.98%, 17.60%, and 10.7%, respectively. Analysis reveals that the new shallow traps introduced by ozone treatment can enhance the flashover performance by reducing surface charge accumulation, inhibiting seed electron emission and electron avalanche processes. Especially when the AC/DC superimposed voltage ratios is no more than 1∶3, ozone treatment has a more significant effect on improving the flashover mechanism dominated by charge accumulation in solid layer.

随着平波电抗器在特高压直流输电系统中的广泛应用,设备的安全稳定运行受到了行业的广泛关注。平波电抗器投入运行后,有可能会产生沿面闪络现象,主要发生在星型架与外绝缘交界的端部位置[1]。在特高压直流输电系统中平波电抗器通常采用干式空心的结构形式,其外绝缘为环氧浸渍玻璃纤维复合材料[2]。当外绝缘发生沿面闪络时材料表面会形成烧蚀通道[3],破损严重时甚至会发生火灾事故。在特高压直流输电系统中,平波电抗器存在交直流叠加电压的特殊运行工况,谐波成分会进一步畸变星形架与外绝缘交界处的电场,使沿面闪络电压降低10%~20%[4],增大沿面闪络发生的概率[5]。为保证平波电抗器在交直流叠加电压下的可靠运行,研究交直流叠加电压下环氧/玻璃纤维(epoxy/glass fiber,EP/GF)复合材料的沿面闪络特性具有重要意义。
空气中的闪络触发涉及复杂的多相电荷输运竞争过程[6],研究发现空气中的沿面闪络最终表现为沿气相的等离子体流放电,而固体则主要作为触发后续放电的“诱导”因素[7]。近年来,研究表明表面陷阱和表面电荷积聚是引发沿面闪络的关键因素[8],以这种观点作为出发点,众多学者提出了高能粒子改性[9]、氟化气体处理[10]和等离子体刻蚀[11]等表面改性技术,这些新技术旨在减少表面电荷积累和提高闪络电压,本质在于引入新的浅陷阱能级,并提高浅陷阱密度[12]。虽然学者们已经研究了表面电荷积累和消散影响沿面闪络的机理,但作为表面电荷输运的关键影响因素,表面陷阱对表面电荷和沿面闪络的影响仍有待进一步研究。尤其是交直流叠加电压作用下浅陷阱对环氧/玻璃纤维复合材料表面电荷和沿面闪络特性的影响研究,对提升平波电抗器在特高压直流输电系统中的安全可靠性具有重要意义。
表面处理特别是表面化学处理作为一种不需要改变材料本体化学性质的表面改性技术,在实际工程中具有广泛应用前景。气体氟化处理通过氟气分子与环氧分子链发生氧化反应,在绝缘子表面生成稳定的C-F键,增强电荷表面消散能力,从而抑制绝缘子表面的电荷积聚。大量研究表明,氟化处理可以有效抑制表面电荷积聚,且具有长期稳定性,但氟气有剧毒,与其他物质反应生成的氟化物会破坏大气层,严重影响人体和环境安全[13]。等离子体氟化刻蚀技术同样可以高效率地完成材料改性[14],但使用该技术对干式空心电抗器外绝缘用环氧/玻璃纤维复合材料进行处理存在工艺复杂且成本较高的问题。因此,研究一种切实可行的绝缘材料表面处理方法来提高材料的沿面闪络性能,在实际应用中具有重要意义。臭氧(O3)表面处理作为新的表面处理技术,已被证实可有效改变材料表面电荷输运参数[15]。臭氧氧化能力强、反应速度快、生产方便,且毒性较低,其副产物对环境污染小。对比传统的两种氟化处理技术,臭氧表面处理具有设备造价低、处理流程简易、产物易分解、分解产物无二次污染等优点。
本文通过臭氧对EP/GF复合材料进行不同时长的氧化处理,以定制表面浅陷阱水平;通过测量表面陷阱参数、表面电导率、表面电荷分布和沿面面闪络电压反映不同时长的氧化处理对材料表面陷阱参数的影响,阐明浅陷阱对交直流叠加电压下EP/GF复合材料沿面闪络特性的影响。
基体树脂采用南通星辰合成材料有限公司生产的环氧树脂(E51),固化剂采用阿拉丁生化科技股份有限公司生产的双氰胺(dicyandiamide,DICY),促进剂采用麦克林生化科技股份有限公司生产的2,4-二甲基咪唑(dimethylimidazole,DMM),溶剂采用济南汇锦川化工有限公司生产的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(dimethylformamide,DMF)。
EP/GF复合材料制备流程如图1所示。称取一定质量的EP,将其与DICY、DMM、DMF(质量分数分别为3%、1%、50%)加入到500 mL的三口烧瓶中(本研究中各组分质量分数均以加入环氧树脂质量为基准),在60℃下以1 000 r/min的速度搅拌2 h,制得胶液并密封待用。将制备好的胶液倒入浸渍盆中,常温下将尺寸为16 cm×16 cm×0.01 cm的玻璃纤维布浸渍0.5 h,之后将浸渍盆放入真空加热烘箱中在80℃真空条件下浸渍0.5 h,以去除多余气泡。浸渍后将玻璃纤维布取出在常温下晾晒10 min,以去除多余胶液。再将浸渍玻璃纤维布置于160℃的鼓风烘箱中加热1.5 min,以去除多余溶剂,完成预固化。将8层预固化的EP/GF复合材料置于平板硫化机上,在160℃、8 MPa条件下固化4 h。关闭平板硫化机,直至温度降为50℃左右取出密封备用。经测试,制备的EP/GF复合材料上胶量平均值为30%。
臭氧(O3)分子量为47.988 g/mol,是氧气的一种同素异性体,具有强氧化性,可在较低温环境下与环氧树脂表面分子链发生反应,从而改善环氧复合材料的界面宏观性能[16]。本研究使用的臭氧处理装置主要包括臭氧机、臭氧浓度计、反应釜、真空泵、压力表、氧气源等。首先采用CF-YG40型臭氧机制造O3并通入反应釜中,将EP/GF复合材料试样悬挂于反应釜中,根据本团队前期的研究[17]确定O3浓度为140 mg/L,压强为0.14 MPa,反应时间分别为0.5、1、2、4 h。
采用针-板电极结构,电极间距设置为10 mm。将不同臭氧处理时长的EP/GF复合材料置于平板电极上,并将平板电极置于25℃加热台上。在针电极上施加-10 kV的直流电压,保持20 min。然后使用Trek-341B型静电探针采集电位,测试时长为2 000 s,步长为0.5 s。
采用吉时利8009型三电极测试盒对试样的表面电导率进行测试。通过吉时利6517B型测试仪自带直流电源对三电极测试盒加压1 kV,并保持10 min,然后读取表面传导电流,并计算表面电导率。不同臭氧处理时长试样的表面电导率各测试5次,结果取平均值。
交直流叠加电压下的电位分布测试平台如图2所示。保持拇指电极间距为10 mm,分别在拇指电极上施加直流电压、交直流叠加电压(UACUDC分别为1∶5、1∶3、1∶1),统一电压幅值为-10 kV,持续时间为1 h。充电完成后,使用步进电机带动Trek-341B型静电探头以“S形”曲线的形式对以拇指电极中点为对称轴的20 mm×30 mm区域进行扫描,保持探头与试样间距离为3 mm。由于绝缘材料表面带电后,使用有源静电探头进行测量时,探头附近积聚的电荷会影响电位测量。本文采用二维傅里叶频域变换和维纳滤波算法[18],使用表面电位测试数据反向计算表面电荷的分布情况,以消除电荷积聚对静电探头的测量影响。
在特高压直流输电系统中,平波电抗器受到换流阀换相角和重叠角的影响,最大谐波分量与直流分量的比值为1∶5[19]。而在换流阀故障或三相不平衡度过高时,电抗器整体承担的电压中交流分量占比会进一步提升[20]。交直流叠加电压下的沿面闪络测试平台如图3所示。使用大连海伏公司的R2L负极性精密直流电源提供直流电压,使用R15交流发生器提供交流电压。在直流电源后端连接高压硅堆隔离交流电压。在工频交流高压源(本研究工频为50 Hz)后端连接无局放高压变压器和滤波电容,其中无局放高压变压器可以减少对腔体内拇指电极间沿面闪络电压的影响,调压器用于抑制操作过电压,滤波电容用于隔离直流电压。
沿面闪络试验在充满空气的密闭腔体内进行,保持温度为25℃、湿度为50%。对拇指电极施加电压,使EP/GF复合材料表面放电。本研究采用连续调压模式,以固定比例调节升压速率(以交直流叠加电压比例为1∶1为例,使用上位机控制交流电源与直流电源都以0.1 kV/s的速率进行升压),若示波器电压波形出现明显跌落(如电压下降幅度超过初始值的50%[21]),且在同一条件下重复测试3~5次后,多次在同一电压水平附近发生闪络,则确认该电压为闪络电压。
为了分析不同臭氧处理时长对EP/GF复合材料表面陷阱参数的影响,测试得到不同臭氧处理时长的EP/GF复合材料等温表面电位衰减曲线如图4(a)所示。从图4(a)可以看出,随着臭氧处理时长的增加,EP/GF复合材料表面电位衰减曲线的斜率持续增大。未经处理的EP/GF复合材料在衰减2 000 s后表面电位由-6 kV衰减至-3 kV,衰减幅度为50%。而经过臭氧处理4 h后,试样的表面电位由-5.5 kV衰减至0 V仅用时500 s。对表面电位衰减曲线进行指数双曲线拟合,采用Simmons公式[22]得到EP/GF复合材料的陷阱能级和陷阱密度分布如图4(b)所示。
表面电位的衰减幅度由表层深、浅陷阱特性决定。由图4(b)可知,随着臭氧处理时长的增加,EP/GF复合材料表面的陷阱形式由深陷阱转变为浅陷阱转变,且浅陷阱能级不断降低,陷阱密度不断上升。在臭氧处理时长为4 h时,试样表面陷阱能级和表面陷阱密度分别达到最小值和最大值,分别为0.85 eV和2.02×1020 eV-1m-3,相较于未处理的EP/GF复合材料,陷阱能级减小了12.82%,表面陷阱密度增大了25.14%。
不同臭氧处理时长EP/GF复合材料的表面电导率如图5所示。从图5可以看出,EP/GF复合材料的表面电导率呈现不断增大的趋势,当臭氧处理时长为4 h时,其表面电导率达到最大值,为1.16×10-13 S,相较于未改性EP/GF复合材料增大了两个数量级,表明合适时长的臭氧处理可以有效提升复合材料的电荷消散能力。
将未改性EP/GF复合材料在不同交直流叠加电压作用下完成充电,统一静置10 min后,测得其表面电荷分布如图6所示。由图6(a)可知,在负极性直流电压下,高压电极与接地电极附近发生了同极性电荷积聚,即分别积聚负、正电荷,负极性电荷积聚程度远大于正极性电荷。由图6(a)~(d)可知,直流电压分量占主导时,负极性表面电荷主要分布在高压电极周围,呈现出明显的“带式”分布,表明表面电荷密度峰值处于高压电极处,且直流分量占比越低,负极性表面电荷密度就越小。
图5可知,经臭氧处理4 h的EP/GF复合材料表面电导率达到峰值,因此将经臭氧处理4 h的EP/GF复合材料在不同交直流叠加电压作用下完成充电,得到其表面电荷分布如图7所示。从图7可以看出,经臭氧处理后试样的表面电荷分布与未改性试样的表面电荷分布相似,仍呈现高压电极附近积聚负极性电荷和接地电极附近积聚正极性电荷的分布特征,但经臭氧处理试样的电荷密度较未改性试样的电荷密度有所减小,表面电荷密度峰值仍在高压电极处。在相同的直流电压作用下,未改性试样的电荷密度最大值为-48 pC/mm2,经臭氧处理4 h后试样的电荷密度最大值为-36.96 pC/mm2,经臭氧处理后试样的高压电极处最大电荷密度减小了22.92%,表明臭氧处理有利于改善EP/GF复合材料试样的电荷积聚。
整理不同臭氧处理时长EP/GF复合材料在交直流叠加电压作用下的表面电荷特性如图8所示。从图8可以看出,臭氧处理时长和交直流叠加电压比例对EP/GF复合材料表面电荷特性都具有显著的影响。随着臭氧处理时长的增加,相同电压形式下EP/GF复合材料的电荷密度呈现不断下降的趋势。以交直流叠加电压比例为1∶1的表面电荷特性为例,臭氧处理时间为0.5、1、2、4 h时,试样的最大表面电荷密度较未改性试样分别下降了3.29%、4.87%、13.98%和20.86%。
相较于未改性试样,臭氧处理4 h的试样在直流及交直流叠加电压比例为1∶5、1∶3、1∶1下最大表面电荷密度分别下降了22.92%、22.96%、23.10%、20.86%,表明在不同交直流叠加电压比例下,臭氧处理对降低表面电荷密度的效果有良好的一致性,降幅均稳定在21%左右,该处理方式对电压比例变化不敏感。
随着交直流叠加电压比例中交流分量的增加,相同臭氧处理时长试样的最大表面电荷密度也呈现不断下降的趋势。以未改性试样为例,相较于直流电压下的电荷密度,未改性试样在交直流叠加电压比例为1∶5、1∶3、1∶1下的最大表面电荷密度分别下降了5.0%、30.4%、69.6%,表明交直流叠加电压比例决定电荷密度的理论峰值,联合臭氧处理时长共同决定试样的最终表面电荷密度。
采用威布尔分布[23]描述EP/GF复合材料的交直流叠加闪络特性,以击穿概率为63.2%的闪络电压作为特征闪络电压。不同臭氧处理时长EP/GF复合材料在不同交直流叠加电压下的特征闪络电压如图9所示。从图9(a)可以看出,随着臭氧处理时长的增加,相同电压形式下EP/GF复合材料的沿面闪络电压不断增大。当臭氧处理时长为4 h时,EP/GF复合材料在直流及交直流叠加电压比例为1∶5、1∶3、1∶1下的沿面闪络电压分别为25.56、24.48、21.37、17.47 kV,相较于未改性试样的沿面闪络电压分别提高了25.02%、23.98%、17.60%、10.70%(如图9(b)所示),表明经臭氧处理后EP/GF复合材料其交直流叠加下的沿面闪络电压大幅提升。
随着交流电压分量和臭氧处理时长的增加,EP/GF复合材料闪络电压提升比例的差距不断增大。以直流电压、交直流叠加电压比例为1∶1的试样为例,当臭氧处理时长为0.5 h时,两种电压下的提升比例相差0.77%;当臭氧处理时长为4 h时,两种电压下的提升比例相差14.31%,表明经臭氧处理后,EP/GF复合材料交直流叠加下沿面闪络电压的提升效果同时受臭氧处理时长和交直流叠加比例影响,直流与交流叠加电压中的交流分量会抑制臭氧处理对试样沿面闪络电压的提升效果。在交直流叠加电压比例大于1∶3后,类似臭氧处理等引入浅陷阱的处理方法,对交直流叠加下闪络电压的提升效果将不再理想。
臭氧是一种强氧化剂,用其处理环氧树脂时,其强氧化性主要集中于材料表面。臭氧会与环氧树脂中的环氧基、C-H键、C=C键及芳环侧基发生反应,未处理环氧树脂与臭氧处理4 h后环氧树脂的傅里叶红外光谱如图10所示。从图10可以看出,波数为910 cm-1处的环氧对称伸缩振动峰强度下降,表明臭氧处理导致环氧基被消耗;波数为1 800~1 700 cm-1处出现C=O伸缩振动峰,表明经臭氧处理后EP/GF复合材料表面可能出现了羧酸、酮或酯类的新基团;波数为3 400~3 200 cm-1处的-OH伸缩振动宽峰强度提高,表明臭氧分解形成的过氧化物、醇、羧酸等基团使羧基增加[24]
臭氧处理前后环氧树脂的C1s光谱测试结果如图11所示。从图11可以看出,与未处理环氧树脂相比,经140 mg/L臭氧处理4 h后的环氧树脂中与羰基、羧基相关的C=O和O-C=O峰面积显著增大;C-C/C-H峰面积减小;与醇、醚类相关的C-O峰面积增大。结合图10~11的结果可知,臭氧优先攻击环氧树脂分子链中的不饱和结构、苯环结构和分子链交联点,生成羟基(-OH)、羰基(C=O)等极性基团,同时破坏环氧树脂分子链的规整性。这一过程通过化学键断裂(如醚键邻位亚甲基C-H、交联点叔碳C-H)、自由基链式反应及表面电子结构改变,引入不饱和氧原子、羟基等表面态[25],并在禁带中形成低能级浅陷阱。这些表面态与结构缺陷通过物理陷阱捕获载流子,但因能级接近导带或价带,载流子易受热激发释放,表现为浅陷阱特性,从而影响材料的表面电导率和介电性能。
为了阐明浅陷阱对交直流叠加电压下EP/GF复合材料沿面闪络特性的影响,建立沿面闪络电压与表面电荷输运影响参数的相互关系如图12所示。其中图12(a)~(c)分别为陷阱能级、表面电导率和最大电荷密度与沿面闪络电压的关系,图12(d)为提取图49的数据,并标准化[26]后得到的相关性矩阵热图。结合图12(a)图12(d)可知,浅陷阱能级与沿面闪络电压呈负相关,通过增加臭氧处理时长可以持续降低EP/GF复合材料的表面浅陷阱能级,这与之前的研究结论[27]一致。结合图12(b)图12(d)可知,表面电导率与沿面闪络电压呈正相关,通过增加臭氧处理时长可以提高EP/GF复合材料的表面电导率,本研究中EP/GF复合材料的表面电导率都处于电导控制区(≥10-15 S),在这个电导率区域,沿面闪络性能受表面电导率[24]的控制。
图12(c)可知,闪络电压与高压电极附近的表面电荷密度呈负相关,这与表面电导率的变化趋势相反。臭氧处理在材料表面引入浅陷阱后,高压电极处注入固体层的载流子脱陷所需的能量减少,更有利于电荷传输,从而导致表面电导率提高。由于材料表面电导率提高,导致高压电极处的载流子不易产生积聚,使高压电极三结合点处的电场不易发生畸变,在气相层所产生的种子电荷减少;电子在固体层输运过程中,在放电通道途经的固体层中同样不易产生电荷积聚。由于固体层中的电场畸变程度较小,对等离子体放电通道发展的助力作用被削弱,电子倍增过程被抑制,有利于提高沿面闪络电压。
空气中交直流叠加电压下材料沿面闪络的发展过程如图13所示,主要包括:高压极发射种子电荷、碰撞电离、局部放电发展和三结点处表面电荷积聚、电子倍增过程、等离子体放电通道形成[28]。本研究通过臭氧处理来改变EP/GF复合材料的表面输运参数,通过调控陷阱参数、提高表面电导率、降低表面电荷积聚来提升EP/GF复合材料的交直流叠加电压闪络性能。
本团队经过前期研究[29-30]确定了直流沿面闪络的主导诱发因素为表面电荷积聚,交流沿面闪络的主导诱发因素为局部放电。在交直流叠加电压闪络的发展过程中,随着交直流叠加电压比例的变化,固体层中表面电荷分布和气相层中局部放电呈相互竞争的关系。随着交直流叠加电压比例中交流电压分量增加,放电模式将逐渐由固体层表面电荷主导演变为由气相层局部放电主导,在材料表面引入浅陷阱所产生的电荷消散作用将被削弱。
当交直流叠加电压比例不大于1∶3时,由于交流电压分量在固体层中的电荷输运过程属于弱过程,直流分量在固体层中的电荷输运过程属于强过程,高压电极处的电荷密度仍处于较高水平,该工况下由高压电极处电荷积聚“诱发”闪络的机制仍占主导,类似臭氧处理等可以引入浅陷阱的技术手段,抑制种子电荷发射和电子倍增过程,从而提升交直流叠加闪络电压。相较于直流闪络特性,交流电压分量在气相层中的局部放电过程属于强过程,交流电压的引入会直接在气相层中产生更多种子电荷,有利于等离子体放电通道形成,从而降低了沿面闪络电压,抑制了引入浅陷阱的改性效果。
当交直流叠加电压比例大于1∶3时,高压电极处的电荷密度仍处于较低水平,该工况下由高压电极处局部放电“诱发”闪络的机制将占主导,两电极间表面电荷密度对沿面闪络发展的初期阶段和等离子体放电通道的形成影响都较小,这种工况下改变固体材料的陷阱参数不再适用于提升沿面闪络电压。
(1)经臭氧处理的EP/GF复合材料在不同交直流叠加电压比例下的表面电荷密度峰值较未处理试样均下降,最高降幅达到22.96%,电荷分布仍集中于高压电极附近但电荷积聚程度显著降低。交直流叠加电压比例中交流分量占比越高,表面电荷密度整体降幅越大,臭氧处理进一步协同降低电荷密度,有效抑制了电荷累积对电场畸变的触发作用。
(2)在交直流叠加电压比例下,臭氧处理4 h的EP/GF复合材料沿面闪络电压较未处理试样显著提高,其中直流闪络电压提升了25.02%,交直流叠加电压比例为1∶5、1∶3、1∶1时的闪络电压分别提升了23.98%、17.60%、10.70%。随交流电压分量的增加,臭氧处理效果逐渐减弱,交直流叠加电压比例不大于1∶3时,臭氧处理对闪络电压的提升效果较好。
(3)臭氧处理通过引入浅陷阱促进电荷输运与消散,抑制电子数量倍增及种子电荷发射,从而提升材料在交直流叠加电压工况下的绝缘可靠性。在交直流叠加电压比例不大于1∶3时,浅陷阱主导的电荷调控机制可有效抑制闪络触发;交直流叠加电压比例大于1∶3后,引入浅陷阱对闪络电压的提升效果有限。
