To improve the accuracy of locating internal partial discharge sources in transformers, this paper proposed an acoustic-electric joint localization method for transformer partial discharge based on the snake optimization (SO) algorithm. A three-dimensional model of the partial discharge source inside a transformer was established, and the localization performance of different methods for typical partial discharge source positions was tested through simulations using ultra-high frequency (UHF) sensors and ultrasonic sensors. The results show that compared with traditional localization algorithms, the SO algorithm exhibits stronger global search capability and faster convergence performance, and can better escape local optimum traps. Using a transformer partial discharge localization experimental platform to simulate the partial discharge process in a real transformer, it is found that the comprehensive localization error of the proposed acoustic-electric joint localization method based on the SO algorithm is consistently below 50 mm, with high localization stability.

为提高变压器内部局部放电源定位的精准度,本文提出了一种基于蛇优化(snake optimization,SO)算法的变压器局部放电声-电联合定位方法,并建立了变压器内部局部放电源的三维模型,通过使用特高频传感器与超声传感器仿真测试了不同方法对典型局部放电源位置的定位效果。结果表明:相较于传统定位算法,SO算法具有较强的全局搜索能力与快速收敛性能,可更好地跳出局部最优陷阱。通过变压器局部放电定位实验平台,模拟实体变压器局部放电过程,发现基于SO算法的局部放电声-电联合定位方法的综合定位误差均小于50 mm,且定位稳定性高。

为提高变压器内部局部放电源定位的精准度,本文提出了一种基于蛇优化(snake optimization,SO)算法的变压器局部放电声-电联合定位方法,并建立了变压器内部局部放电源的三维模型,通过使用特高频传感器与超声传感器仿真测试了不同方法对典型局部放电源位置的定位效果。结果表明:相较于传统定位算法,SO算法具有较强的全局搜索能力与快速收敛性能,可更好地跳出局部最优陷阱。通过变压器局部放电定位实验平台,模拟实体变压器局部放电过程,发现基于SO算法的局部放电声-电联合定位方法的综合定位误差均小于50 mm,且定位稳定性高。

To improve the accuracy of locating internal partial discharge sources in transformers, this paper proposed an acoustic-electric joint localization method for transformer partial discharge based on the snake optimization (SO) algorithm. A three-dimensional model of the partial discharge source inside a transformer was established, and the localization performance of different methods for typical partial discharge source positions was tested through simulations using ultra-high frequency (UHF) sensors and ultrasonic sensors. The results show that compared with traditional localization algorithms, the SO algorithm exhibits stronger global search capability and faster convergence performance, and can better escape local optimum traps. Using a transformer partial discharge localization experimental platform to simulate the partial discharge process in a real transformer, it is found that the comprehensive localization error of the proposed acoustic-electric joint localization method based on the SO algorithm is consistently below 50 mm, with high localization stability.

电力变压器是电力系统的主要电气设备,其可靠性影响着高压电网的安全稳定运行。绝缘故障是变压器故障的主要形式,局部放电是绝缘故障的早期表现形式,因此,针对局部放电进行检测并定位,可以更清晰地了解变压器内部的绝缘状况,为电力设备在线监测及检修提供指导[1-2]
在现场检测中,通常基于多个特高频传感器信号之间的时差、超声传感器信号之间的时差以及特高频信号与超声信号之间的时差来确定放电源位置[3]。目前主流的定位方法主要有特高频定位法、超声定位法、声-电联合定位方法等。其中特高频定位法使用特高频传感器针对局部放电特高频信号进行监测并完成定位,具有信噪比高的特点[4-6],有利于时延计算,但现场变压器内置式特高频传感器布置有限,能监测到有效信号的特高频传感器数量不足以支撑局部放电定位,而外置式特高频传感器由于信号传播过程中存在巨大衰减,传感器监测到信号的信噪比低,无法应用于局部放电定位,因此应用于现场较为困难。超声定位法由于传感器安装便捷,超声波传输速度低,时延计算容错率较大,可以获得较高的定位精度。但是超声信号同样面临着衰减程度高、信噪比低等问题,相关定位方法的应用受到了很大的限制[7-17]
声-电联合定位法同时使用特高频传感器与超声传感器进行定位,既可以利用内置式特高频传感器信噪比高的特点得到更为精确的局部放电发生时间,又兼顾超声传感器布置便捷的特点,在现场有巨大的应用潜力[18-19]。空间定位算法方面,传统的基于最小二乘法[14]、牛顿迭代法等空间球面方程组求解方法都假定超声波声速是一个恒定常量,不符合超声波在变压器内的传播特性。文献[20-23]将方程组转换为约束最优化问题,使用粒子群算法等智能算法进行求解,但是这些方法直接应用于变压器油中局放源的定位还存在一些局限性,且对于复杂优化问题,在求解过程中容易陷入局部最优,因此需要探索一些新算法。
本文使用累积能量法计算不同传感器检测到的信号波达时刻,以特高频信号波达时刻近似作为局部放电起始时间,同时将声波传播速度设定为变量,将定位问题转化为优化模型,并通过蛇优化算法(snake optimizer,SO)进行求解,在实体变压器平台上检验本文方法的应用效果,以期为变压器局部放电定位研究提供参考。
当变压器产生局部放电时,由于正、负电荷的中和,局部放电源会以电磁波、声波等形式向周围空间释放能量,在变压器不同位置布置特高频传感器与超声传感器,可以根据信号到达传感器的时差、能量比来确定局部放电源的位置。声-电定位法同时使用特高频传感器与超声传感器进行局部放电检测。
电磁波信号传播速度远大于超声信号,因此电磁波信号传播到传感器所需的时间远少于超声信号传播到传感器所需的时间,可以将特高频传感器接收到电磁波信号的时间近似认定为局部放电发生时间,以此计算超声信号到达不同超声传感器的时间差。
在局部放电波形中,波达时刻是指局部放电信号出现的时间点,多数声-电定位算法都是基于波形间的时间差来计算。如果波形的波达时刻存在误差,势必会影响最终定位结果的准确度。S D CHAVAN等[24]针对局部放电信号比较了5种波达时刻算法,结果表明累积能量法在多数情况下具有较高的精度,因此本文使用累积能量法作为局部放电波达时刻算法。
累积能量算法无需设置阈值,且可以计算波达时刻,因此被广泛应用于定位领域。由于噪声能量较低,累积能量函数增长速度较缓,当能量较强的局部放电信号到达时,累积能量函数值会快速上升,并在该时刻产生一个拐点,波达时刻可以通过该拐点来确定。拐点没有明确的数学定义,可将拐点问题转化为一个最小值问题,累积能量函数可被定义为式(1)~(2)。

以变压器一个角作为坐标原点,构建如图1所示的空间直角坐标系,其中局部放电源的坐标以P(xP, yP, zP)表示,特高频传感器的坐标以U(xU, yU, zU)表示,超声传感器的坐标以Si(xSi, ySi, zSi)(i=1, 2, , n)表示。
由于超声信号在变压器内部的传播过程复杂,在经过变压器内部器件时会发生绕射和折反射,信号传输速度不是一个恒定值,因此将v作为超声信号在变压器内部的传播速度,将传感器的坐标代入方程,即可得到下列球面方程组,如式(4)所示。

以上方程组为超定方程组,由于限制条件过多无法求出精确解,可以转化为如式(5)所示的约束最优化问题,然后进行求解。要使局部放电源定位误差最小,即上述方程的解的误差最小,即可得到局部放电源的坐标。超声信号在变压器内部不同材料中的传播速度不同,如在变压器油中的速度最慢,大致为1 350 m/s,在箱体金属材料中的传播速度最快,可以达到5 900 m/s。局部放电通常发生在油中绝缘缺陷附近,超声信号绝大部分传播路径在变压器油中完成,因此本文中的等值声速设置为1 400 m/s[13]

目前针对时差定位方程的求解方法主要分为两种,第一种是直接针对球面方程组求解的非迭代算法(non-iterative method,NIM)等传统方法,第二种方法是针对优化问题进行求解的优化算法,主要包括粒子群算法(particle swarm optimization,PSO)、遗传算法(genetic algorithm,GA)等。与传统方法相比,这类优化方法能够处理非线性、多峰值、变量耦合等复杂模型,具有更好的抗噪能力与灵活性。
本文所研究的声-电联合定位模型本质上是一个非凸、约束性强、多极值分布密集的非线性优化问题,基于此问题特征,提出了一种蛇优化算法,并将其应用于变压器局部放电的定位。
SO算法在处理高维、非线性、多峰问题中具备较强的全局搜索能力与快速收敛性能,在一定程度上可以更好地跳出局部最优陷阱,并实现更高精度、更稳定的定位结果。此外,其机制简单、参数少,易于工程实现,能够有效提升求解的精度、稳定性和速度。SO算法模拟了蛇在自然界中的觅食、战斗、交配和产卵等行为,相较于其他优化算法,能够高效地求解出目标函数的最优解[25]。其具体求解流程基本如下:
(1)初始化过程:设定初始种群数量N、最大迭代次数M等参数,并生成初始种群,如式(6)所示。

(2)将整个群体(数量为N)基本均分为雄性和雌性两部分,其中Nm为雄性群体的数量,Nf为雌性群体的数量,NmNfN之间的关系如式(7)所示。

(3)计算温度指标T与食物质量指标Q,并寻找每组中的最佳个体与食物位置。其中温度指标与食物质量指标的计算公式为式(8),其中m为当前循环次数,M为循环总次数即最大迭代次数,c1为常数,取0.5。

(4)①当Q<0.25时,执行搜索模式,并随机更新雄蛇和雌蛇位置,计算每个个体的适应度;②当Q>0.25且T>0.6时,执行开发模式,每个个体向食物移动,并更新每个个体的位置;③当Q>0.25且T<0.6时,进入战斗模式或孵化模式,生成新的个体并替换当前种群中的最差个体。
(5)当算法达到最大迭代次数M或者达到预期误差精度时,终止算法并输出最优解。
在本文中,初始种群数量N设置为200,最大迭代次数M设置为200,雄性群体数量与雌性群体数量设置为1∶1。
变压器结构包括铁心、绕组、变压器油、绝缘纸板、油箱钢板等,其中铁心上还有螺杆、夹件、垫圈、垫脚等各种小零件,完全按照变压器结构来建模较为困难,且由于小零件相比大型零件尺寸小得多,应用有限元法剖分网格的单元尺寸也难以匹配,会大幅增加仿真所需内存与时间。
而实际上这些小零件对超声波的传播影响较小,因此本文对变压器模型进行简化,忽略分接开关和引线等小型结构,保留变压器油、铁心、夹板、绕组和箱体结构,其中将铁心简化为硅钢片集合体,高、中、低压绕组设置为同心导电圆筒,搭建的变压器模型如图2所示。
局部放电源为一点源,其产生的超声波以简谐波的波阵面向四周传播,仿真中采用单极点源。局部放电超声波波形是一种衰减振荡信号,据此建立模拟声源的时域仿真形式为式(9)。

式(9)中:A为幅值;t0为起始时间;τ为衰减时间常数;f为衰减振荡频率。本文设置A=1,t0=0,τ=20,f=50 kHz。局部放电源具体波形如图3所示。
变压器内部结构复杂,超声信号在不同内部器件中的传播速度不同,因此需要针对不同材料进行设置。油材料设置为变压器油,铁心、夹板和箱体材料设置为钢材料,绕组设置为铜材料,各材料具体参数如表1所示。
由于局部放电时介质的体积反复变化,气泡振动产生压力,从而形成超声波,设流体介质是静止、均匀、连续且无损耗的,声压满足经典波动方程,因此选择声学模块中的“压力声学,瞬态”物理场,瞬态压力声学模型应用于所有域,温度设为293.15 K,变压器油箱外壁设置为硬声场边界条件,可通过在所有固体边界上设置固定约束实现,该条件下边界上施加的法向速度为0。为描述声压在介质中的空间分布及其与声源之间的关系,本文采用声学控制方程对声场进行建模分析,方程见式(10),其中na为从声学域内所见的向外单位法向矢量,∇p为声压p的梯度算子,q为外加的声源或体积速度源,ρ0为介质的静态密度。

本文设置了一个局部放电源,其坐标为(-2,0,0)m。局部放电时超声信号在变压器内的扩散过程如图4所示,展示了声波信号从0~1 200 μs的传播过程。
声波在变压器内传播时会造成声波能量衰减,其原因主要有扩散衰减、阻尼作用和折反射。扩散衰减的原因之一是由于声波在变压器油中以球面波形式进行传播,随着扩散面积的增大,能量逐步衰减。此外,声波无论是在变压器油中传播或是在金属材料如绕组、铁心中传播,超声信号都会受到介质材料的阻尼作用,使得信号强度逐渐下降。由于局部放电产生的局放信号从局放源到传感器间需要穿过多种不同的介质,不同介质间的界面会导致超声信号不断地发生折反射,造成信号能量损失,经过多次折反射后,传感器所接收的信号能量将大幅减少。
对于变压器来说,内部电场强度较高的位置往往是较容易发生局部放电的位置。已有研究表明,高压绕组周围特别是其端部结构由于存在场强畸变和局部绝缘薄弱等问题,更容易成为局部放电的典型发生区域。因此,在本文所构建的仿真模型中,一共设置了21个局部放电源模型,分别分布于高压绕组的上部、中部和下部不同高度位置,旨在模拟变压器内部不同位置发生局部放电的情况,局部放电源的具体位置分布如图5所示。
在变压器箱体表面设置3个域点探针,用于模拟超声传感器并接收超声信号。放电源及传感器具体坐标如表2所示。在仿真过程中,由于仿真起始时间即为局部放电发生时间,可以准确获得超声信号从局部放电源传播至各传感器的到达时间,从而获得3组时差方程,因此无需设置特高频传感器。
本文分别使用非迭代算法、蛇优化算法、粒子群算法对21个不同放电点的检测结果进行定位,剔除由于时差选取错误导致无法得出结果的局部放电点,并计算定位结果与实际局部放电源之间的欧氏几何距离作为定位算法的误差,定位的误差计算公式如式(11)所示。

式(11)中:(x, y, z)为实际局部放电源的坐标;(xc, yc, zc)为计算所得的坐标;e为不同定位算法的误差。最终误差结果如表3所示,由表3可以看出大部分的误差在0~0.38 m,但仍存在几个误差较大的值。
表4为各个算法定位误差在0.05 m以内的次数和在0.15 m以内的次数,以及定位误差的均值。从表4可以发现,蛇优化算法的定位误差均值小于其他算法,且误差在0.15 m及0.05 m以内的次数都多于其他定位算法,相较于其他定位算法有更高的定位精度和稳定性,因此最终采用蛇优化算法对局部放电源进行定位。
为验证本文提出的基于蛇优化算法的变压器局部放电声-电联合定位方法在实际变压器中的定位效果,在实验室基于1台110 kV三相三绕组变压器构建变压器局部放电声-电联合定位试验平台,如图6所示。采用三相感应加压方式对试验平台施加电压,工频试验变压器经过电容分压器与110 kV变压器低压套管出线端相连接,使用独立油室作为局部放电缺陷植入位置,以模拟变压器绕组位置的放电过程。为确保放电源的可控性和可重复性,在油室内部设置了尖端放电缺陷模型,以激发典型的局部放电信号。
图7为传感器安装示意图:预先在变压器箱体植入特高频传感器,通过滤波处理模块进行信号调试(300~1 500 MHz,38 dB);超声传感器通过磁吸式装置固定在变压器箱体上,使用耦合剂消除传感器与变压器箱体表面之间的空气间隙,增强声波传播效率,提高超声传感器检测性能。特高频传感器与超声传感器的参数如表5所示。
定位放电源需要获取三维坐标信息,即求解量存在3个未知数。依据时差定位方程,在实验中使用1个特高频传感器与3个超声传感器即可获取3个时差,构建3个实验方程进行求解。增加传感器的数量可以获取更多时延信息,增加定位精度。本文总计使用1个特高频传感器与6个超声传感器进行定位,以定位误差作为判定依据,选取定位误差更小的传感器布局组合作为最终结果。
局部放电缺陷在变压器的设置位置如图8所示,分别进行了变压器高压侧A相绕组中部、B相绕组底部和C相绕组中部的局部放电定位试验研究。变压器箱体的尺寸为4.4 m×1.5 m×2.2 m,以变压器一角作为坐标原点建立三维坐标系,放电源位置的坐标分别为P1(2 600, 1 500, 750)、P2(1 440, 1 500, 445)、P3(330, 1 500, 750),单位为mm。
使用单个特高频传感器与6个超声传感器针对局部放电源进行检测,选取最优的超声传感器定位组合,分别使用非迭代算法、蛇优化算法及粒子群算法对局部放电源进行定位,各传感器的空间坐标与不同方法的定位结果如表6所示。从表6可以看出,粒子群算法的最大和最小误差分别为97.41 mm和53.67 mm,非迭代算法的最大和最小误差分别为171.7 mm和144.8 mm,检测结果稳定性低。而蛇优化算法相较于前述两种算法,具有更高的定位精度,综合定位误差均小于50 mm,检测结果稳定性高。
(1)本文提出了一种基于蛇优化算法的变压器局部放电声-电联合定位方法,其中蛇优化算法提高了全局搜索能力与快速收敛性能,避免陷入局部放电最优解,从而提升局放定位的精准度。
(2)建立变压器局部放电模型,仿真研究了蛇优化算法的有效性,发现蛇优化算法相较于粒子群算法与非迭代算法具有更高的定位精度与稳定性。在针对21个局放源的定位中,其误差均值及低误差定位次数都优于粒子群算法与非迭代算法。
(3)采用本文方法对大型变压器进行局部实验,结果表明粒子群算法的最大误差可达到97.41 mm,非迭代算法的最大误差可达到171.7 mm,且定位稳定性均较低。而蛇优化方法能够实现更高的检测精度,综合定位误差均小于50 mm,定位稳定性高,具有工程应用价值。
