Aiming at the problem that organic diluents in conventional superhydrophobic coatings are prone to cause environmental pollution and safety hazards, 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyltriethoxysilane (FAS-17) was used to modify the surface of micro/nano silica (SiO2) particles in this paper. A diluent free superhydrophobic anti-icing composite coating (RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2) with macroscopic structure was prepared using room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber (RTV) as the substrate, and a macro-micro-nano multi-scale rough structure was constructed by knurling embossing technology, and its wettability, anti-icing performance, and environmental tolerance were systematically tested. The results show that the water contact angle of the prepared coating reaches (162.4±1.8)°, and the sliding angle is only (2.1±0.2)°, showing excellent superhydrophobic performance. In both dynamic and static icing tests, the coating demonstrates excellent anti-icing performance. The static ice formation time is extended to 1 292 s, which is 14 times that of the bare aluminum substrate, and the icing adhesion strength reduces significantly. After acid and alkali corrosion, ultraviolet ageing, tape stripping, and sandpaper wear resistance tests, the coating still maintains stable superhydrophobic performance. The diluent free superhydrophobic anti-icing composite coating with macrostructure has excellent anti-icing performance and envi-ronmental stability, which has potential application value for the protection of insulating equipment in power transmission systems.

针对传统超疏水防冰涂层中有机稀释剂易引发环境污染与安全隐患的问题,本文采用1H,1H,2H,2H-全氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷(FAS-17)对微/纳二氧化硅(SiO2)颗粒进行表面改性,以室温硫化硅橡胶(RTV)为基体制备一种无稀释剂宏观结构超疏水防冰复合涂层(RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2),通过滚花压印技术构建宏观-微纳多尺度粗糙结构,并对其润湿性、防冰性能及环境耐受性进行系统测试。结果表明:所制备涂层的水接触角达到(162.4±1.8)°,滚动角仅为(2.1±0.2)°,表现出优异的疏水性能;在动态与静态结冰测试中,涂层均表现出良好的防冰性能,其中静态结冰时间延长至1 292 s,为裸铝基底的14倍,且覆冰粘附强度显著降低。经酸碱腐蚀、紫外老化、胶带剥离及砂纸磨损等耐受性测试后,涂层仍保持稳定的超疏水性能。该无稀释剂宏观结构超疏水防冰复合涂层兼具优异的防冰性能与环境稳定性,在电力输送系统绝缘设备防护领域具有潜在应用价值。

针对传统超疏水防冰涂层中有机稀释剂易引发环境污染与安全隐患的问题,本文采用1H,1H,2H,2H-全氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷(FAS-17)对微/纳二氧化硅(SiO2)颗粒进行表面改性,以室温硫化硅橡胶(RTV)为基体制备一种无稀释剂宏观结构超疏水防冰复合涂层(RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2),通过滚花压印技术构建宏观-微纳多尺度粗糙结构,并对其润湿性、防冰性能及环境耐受性进行系统测试。结果表明:所制备涂层的水接触角达到(162.4±1.8)°,滚动角仅为(2.1±0.2)°,表现出优异的疏水性能;在动态与静态结冰测试中,涂层均表现出良好的防冰性能,其中静态结冰时间延长至1 292 s,为裸铝基底的14倍,且覆冰粘附强度显著降低。经酸碱腐蚀、紫外老化、胶带剥离及砂纸磨损等耐受性测试后,涂层仍保持稳定的超疏水性能。该无稀释剂宏观结构超疏水防冰复合涂层兼具优异的防冰性能与环境稳定性,在电力输送系统绝缘设备防护领域具有潜在应用价值。

Aiming at the problem that organic diluents in conventional superhydrophobic coatings are prone to cause environmental pollution and safety hazards, 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyltriethoxysilane (FAS-17) was used to modify the surface of micro/nano silica (SiO2) particles in this paper. A diluent free superhydrophobic anti-icing composite coating (RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2) with macroscopic structure was prepared using room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber (RTV) as the substrate, and a macro-micro-nano multi-scale rough structure was constructed by knurling embossing technology, and its wettability, anti-icing performance, and environmental tolerance were systematically tested. The results show that the water contact angle of the prepared coating reaches (162.4±1.8)°, and the sliding angle is only (2.1±0.2)°, showing excellent superhydrophobic performance. In both dynamic and static icing tests, the coating demonstrates excellent anti-icing performance. The static ice formation time is extended to 1 292 s, which is 14 times that of the bare aluminum substrate, and the icing adhesion strength reduces significantly. After acid and alkali corrosion, ultraviolet ageing, tape stripping, and sandpaper wear resistance tests, the coating still maintains stable superhydrophobic performance. The diluent free superhydrophobic anti-icing composite coating with macrostructure has excellent anti-icing performance and envi-ronmental stability, which has potential application value for the protection of insulating equipment in power transmission systems.

近年来,极端气候频发导致的低温覆冰现象对电力系统的安全运行构成严峻挑战。电力设备表面的覆冰会引发导电路径缩短、结构荷载增大、绝缘性能下降等问题,极端情况下甚至可能造成大范围的电网瘫痪[1-6]。因此,开发具有高效防冰性能与环境适应性的功能性表面材料,已成为电力工程与材料科学领域的研究热点。
仿生超疏水表面因其对水滴具有极强的排斥作用,在防冰除冰领域展现出广阔的应用前景。根据Cassie-Baxter模型,通过构建微纳复合粗糙结构并引入低表面能组分,可显著减小固-液接触面积,从而实现水滴的快速滚落与冻结延迟[7-8]。然而,当前多数超疏水涂层的制备仍依赖于有机溶剂(如无水乙醇、正己烷、乙酸丁酯等)作为稀释剂,以调控氟化功能组分的分散性以及高分子连续相的成膜性,尤其是在喷涂、滴涂等工艺中更为常见[9-12]。这些有机溶剂在使用和固化过程中会大量挥发,高挥发性有机溶剂不仅会造成经济浪费与环境污染,还可能在涂层施工及固化过程中引发火灾、爆炸等安全事故。
相比之下,无稀释剂型超疏水涂层在成型过程中可以完全免除有机溶剂的参与,不仅能够显著降低挥发性有机化合物的排放,减少施工过程中对操作者的职业健康风险,还具备绿色环保与低碳等优势[13-14]。近年来,研究者通过构建硅烷反应体系、溶胶-凝胶复合成膜、水性氟碳乳液涂覆成膜、超疏水颗粒表面嵌入、粉末摩擦改性等多种策略成功实现了无有机挥发稀释剂参与的超疏水涂层制备[15-18]
尽管无稀释剂型超疏水涂层的研究已取得一定的成果,但目前大多数研究仍主要聚焦于纳米尺度结构的构建,尚缺乏对宏观结构与微纳复合结构协同调控防冰性能的深入探讨。
基于上述背景,本文以1H,1H,2H,2H-全氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷(FAS-17)改性的微米二氧化硅颗粒(Fm-SiO2)和纳米二氧化硅颗粒(Fn-SiO2)为功能填料,室温硫化硅橡胶(RTV)为高分子基体,通过一步刮涂法制备纳米复合型涂层(RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)),并进一步采用斜纹滚花轮压印构建周期性交错的“压辙-菱形”宏观结构,同时将Fm-SiO2颗粒嵌埋于表面,获得宏观结构复合型涂层(RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2)。系统研究不同粒径二氧化硅颗粒配比、基体类型及宏观结构对涂层润湿性、力学附着性、防冰能力与环境耐受性的影响,旨在探索一种绿色、高性能、可规模化推广的超疏水防冰材料解决方案。
亲水纳米二氧化硅(SiO2,粒径为15 nm),购自德国杜瓦化工有限公司;无水乙醇,购自广州化学试剂厂;1H,1H,2H,2H-全氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷(FAS-17)、正己烷,购自上海阿拉丁生化科技股份有限公司;正硅酸乙酯,购自天津市吉昌瑞升化工有限公司;NaOH水溶液(浓度为1.8 mol/L)、H2SO4水溶液(浓度为3 mol/L),购自天津市科密欧化学试剂有限公司,以上试剂均为分析纯;室温硫化硅橡胶(RTV,型号为SD-9150),购自深圳市顺鼎科技有限公司。
室温下将5.2 g的亲水纳米SiO2加入到装有300 mL乙醇的反应容器中,随后超声振荡30 min使纳米SiO2在乙醇中充分分散。与此同时,将18 mL的FAS-17加入到300 mL乙醇中,获得体积分数为5.6%的FAS-17氟碳化合物改性液。随后将5 mL FAS-17氟碳化合物改性液加入上述纳米SiO2分散液中,并将反应容器置于60℃恒温加热搅拌台上连续搅拌20 h,实现FAS-17长链氟碳分子对纳米SiO2颗粒的表面化学修饰,获得Fn-SiO2的乙醇分散液。对乙醇分散液进行抽滤并用乙醇进行反复清洗,重复5次,避免有机物杂质的残留。将抽滤后的试样置于冷冻干燥机中,在-40℃、100 Pa条件下干燥12 h,最终获得Fn-SiO2纳米颗粒。
在室温下,将100 mL无水乙醇、4 mL NaOH溶液、20 mL正硅酸乙酯进行混合反应,反应12 h后静置老化120 h,以使水解缩聚反应更加充分,获得结构更为稳定的SiO2三维网络骨架,获得SiO2分散液。加入1.5 mL H2SO4将SiO2分散液调至弱酸性,加入7.5 mL FAS-17氟碳化合物改性液,搅拌30 min,实现FAS-17长链氟碳分子对纳米SiO2颗粒的表面化学修饰。在60℃下蒸发溶剂至完全干燥,得到块状固体产物,将其破碎研磨后进行800目筛分,最终得到粒径<15 μm的Fm-SiO2颗粒。
将质量分数为11%的Fn-SiO2加入到RTV中,在转速为500 r/min条件下搅拌4 min,制得RTV@ Fn-SiO2(11)涂料,将其滚涂于铝合金基底上,形成厚度约为3 mm的复合底层涂层。待底层涂层表干后,在其表面均匀铺覆单位面积质量为0.2 g/cm2的Fm-SiO2颗粒,静置1~3 min。用斜纹滚花钢轮(外径为30 mm、斜纹高为0.23 mm、间距为1 mm)辊压深度为0.23 mm的表面压痕结构,吹扫冗余颗粒,之后在40~50℃条件下进行热固化,最终制得RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2涂层。
使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)拍摄样品的表面形貌。使用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)对涂层样品进行化学结构分析,扫描范围为4 000~400 cm-1,以验证氟硅烷改性组分在涂层中的有效引入。
将Fn-SiO2或Fm-SiO2颗粒按一定比例均匀分散到RTV中制备粘接剂,用粘接剂将两个铝合金薄片的一端进行交叠粘合。待粘接剂完全固化后,从薄片的另一端施加拉伸载荷,记录粘合处承受剪切应力直至试样完全被拉开时的最大力值,计算得到涂层与铝合金基底之间的剪切强度。每组配比测试5个平行试样,取平均值作为最终结果。
为研究RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2涂层对动态水滴的响应行为,对其开展水滴冲击测试。采用微量注射器在不同高度(5、10、15、20 cm)释放水滴,使其自由下落并冲击涂层表面。利用高速摄像设备记录水滴冲击、铺展、回缩、弹跳及破碎过程,并分析冲击高度变化对水滴动态行为的影响。实验过程中环境温度保持为室温,每组实验重复3次,以保证测试结果的重复性与可靠性。
为了评价所制备涂层的环境耐受性,对涂层进行了一系列试验,包括酸碱耐腐蚀测试、紫外老化测试、胶带剥离测试、砂纸磨损测试。
酸碱耐腐蚀测试[19]:设置不同pH值的腐蚀液并将RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2涂层试样浸没其中,浸渍24 h后分别用去离子水和无水乙醇充分清洗表面并晾干,测量表面润湿性。
紫外老化测试:将RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2涂层置于紫外老化试验箱中进行不同时间的紫外辐照处理,并在各老化阶段结束后测试涂层表面的润湿性能变化,以评价其抗紫外老化性能。
胶带剥离测试:将3M胶带贴附于涂层表面,并采用200 g砝码往复滚压3次,使胶带与涂层充分贴合,随后快速剥离胶带。上述过程定义为1次胶带剥离循环。累计进行250次剥离循环,并定期测量和记录涂层表面的接触角与滚动角变化,以评估其表面结构粘附稳定性。
在砂纸磨损测试中:将制备好的RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2涂层试样固定于200 g砝码底部,推动砝码在400目的砂纸表面移动进行磨损循环测试,1次磨损循环线程为20 cm,共进行100次砂纸磨损循环测试,测量并记录砂纸磨损循环过程中涂层表面润湿性的变化。
为了评价RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2涂层的防/除冰性能,对其开展了水滴动态结冰测试、水滴静态结冰测试及覆冰粘附强度测试。
水滴动态结冰测试在温度为-5℃、空气湿度为80%的低温箱内进行,将RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2涂覆铝合金基底和未经处理的铝合金基底分别作为实验组与对照组并排放置在与水平面呈2°倾角的实验台上。间隔5 min向两组表面持续滴加一个约为10 μL的水滴,然后观察基底表面结冰现象。
在水滴静态结冰测试中,实验组采用RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2涂层;对照组1采用仅含Fn-SiO2纳米颗粒的RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)涂层;对照组2为未经处理的裸铝合金基底。测试时,将3组试样水平放置于低温箱内,并分别滴加一个体积约为10 μL的水滴,记录水滴从滴落至完全冻结所需的时间,以评价不同表面的延迟结冰性能。在完成静态结冰测试后,对3组试样进行覆冰粘附强度测试。通过推力测试仪将冰柱推离表面,记录最大推力值F。根据公式τ=F/S计算覆冰粘附强度,其中S为冰柱与涂层表面的接触横截面积。
制备的纳米超疏水Fn-SiO2颗粒SEM图如图1所示。从图1可以看出,经冷冻干燥处理后,纳米Fn-SiO2颗粒整体分散较为均匀,颗粒间未出现明显的大尺度团聚现象,且能够较好地保留其微纳粗糙结构特征。表明冷冻干燥能够有效减少干燥过程中纳米颗粒的板结和微米级团聚,有利于保持颗粒的分散性及微纳结构特征。
为验证FAS-17中的甲基与SiO2表面羟基之间的脱醇反应机制,对反应前后的SiO2试样进行傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)分析,结果如图2所示。从图2可以看出,反应后的纳米Fn-SiO2颗粒在波数为1 350~1 100 cm-1处出现了明显的C-F伸缩振动特征吸收峰,同时在波数为2 950 cm-1和2 860 cm-1处出现的-CH2-不对称与对称伸缩振动峰进一步证实了有机链的成功引入。相比之下,原始SiO2在这些区域均未见明显吸收峰。上述结果充分证明了FAS-17通过脱醇反应成功接枝于SiO2表面,形成了纳米Fn-SiO2颗粒。
正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)在碱性环境中水解缩合制备微米级SiO2的方法最初由W Stöber[20]提出,因此又称为Stöber法。图3为Fm-SiO2颗粒的SEM分布图。从图3可以清晰地看出,沿链状凝集生成的SiO2表面含有丰富的微纳结构。
针对微/纳超疏水SiO2颗粒,本文选用表面富含羟基的亲水玻璃片作为基底,制备仅含颗粒组分的超疏水表面测试试样,如图4所示。从图4可以看出,相较于未处理的玻璃片对照组,负载Fn-SiO2颗粒后的测试试样透光性明显降低,而染色水滴在测试试样表面呈珠状、大接触角分布,该现象证明了经FAS-17修饰后的纳米SiO2颗粒具备超疏水特性,进一步验证了纳米SiO2颗粒与FAS-17的有效结合。
与纳米Fn-SiO2颗粒不同,微米Fm-SiO2颗粒由于粒径较大,其在光滑玻璃片表面的附着稳定性较差,难以直接形成稳定均匀的颗粒层。因此,本文采用无纺布作为辅助载体,将其贴附于玻璃片表面以构建具有纤维网络结构的粗糙基底,再将微米Fm-SiO2颗粒均匀铺覆于无纺布表面,使微米Fm-SiO2颗粒能够嵌入纤维间隙并形成相对稳定的粗糙结构层。
图4可知,Fm-SiO2嵌入无纺布织纹结构中形成超疏水表面,由此测得Fm-SiO2接触角达到了(165.4±3.2)°,而不经处理的无纺布表面迅速被水浸润,接触角为0°。因此,通过溶液法改性和低温冷冻干燥技术以及TEOS水解缩合反应成功制备了纳米超疏水Fn-SiO2颗粒和微米超疏水Fm-SiO2颗粒。
在超疏水功能表面设计中,通常将高分子聚合物作为连续相以实现结构化交联成型。选择和加工工艺及成型要求最适配的高分子聚合物是制备超疏水复合材料的首要问题。本节采用对比实验方法,对4种不同高分子聚合物在无稀释剂成型条件下的适用性进行分析。
选择啫喱胶(JG)、氯丁橡胶(CR)、环氧树脂(EP)、室温硫化硅橡胶(RTV)为聚合物实验对象。向4种聚合物中添加不同含量的Fn-SiO2组分,通过机械搅拌的方式将其均匀分散在聚合物中,得到4种不同的涂料,将涂料涂覆在铝合金基板上并固化,固化后测量涂层表面接触角。图5为纳米Fn-SiO2颗粒的含量对涂层表面接触角的影响。从图5可以看出,当Fn-SiO2质量分数分别为8%、13%、11%、9%时,JG、CR、EP和RTV基涂层的接触角均超过150°,达到超疏水状态。然而,JG基涂层固化后易脆断,CR基涂层固化速度较快且表面质量难以控制,EP基涂层硬度较高、柔韧性不足,不利于后续滚花压印成型。相比之下,RTV基涂层兼具较好的柔韧性、成型稳定性和加工适应性,更适合作为宏观结构超疏水复合涂层的连续相基体。
为了进一步探究超疏水微/纳SiO2颗粒对涂层力学性能的影响,分别以Fn-SiO2和Fm-SiO2作为填料测试不同配比的RTV高分子微/纳复合涂料对铝合金表面的剪切强度。
图6图7分别为RTV@Fn-SiO2和RTV@Fm-SiO2复合涂料与铝合金基底之间的剪切强度测试结果。从图6图7可以看出,当Fn-SiO2质量分数低于9.5%、Fm-SiO2质量分数低于20%时,微/纳颗粒与RTV聚合物分子链发生物理吸附及化学键合,复合涂料的内聚性能得到改善,剪切强度随颗粒含量增加而逐渐升高。其中,当Fn-SiO2质量分数为9.5%时,RTV@Fn-SiO2复合涂料与铝合金基底之间的剪切强度达到最大值,较纯RTV提升了125%;当Fm-SiO2质量分数为20%时,RTV@Fm-SiO2复合涂料与铝合金基底之间的剪切强度达到最大值,较纯RTV提升了77%。但过多的微/纳颗粒会占据大量空间使复合涂料的流动性变差,并且削弱涂层的柔韧性,导致涂层通过自身变形适应外力的能力减弱,因此铝合金基底的剪切强度逐渐降低。当Fn-SiO2和Fm-SiO2质量分数分别高于13%、33%时,复合涂料无法将铝合金基板有效粘合,形成无粘附的高分子聚合物微/纳组分二元结构混合物,基底的剪切强度为0 MPa。在无稀释剂宏观结构超疏水防冰涂层的制备中,选择Fn-SiO2作为RTV聚合物的分散相制备基层,以增强涂层和被防护铝合金表面之间的覆冰粘附强度。同时,选择Fm-SiO2用来增强涂层表面的宏观结构。RTV@Fn-SiO2复合体系对铝合金基底的剪切强度在Fn-SiO2质量分数为9.5%时达到峰值,质量分数超过13%后剪切强度急剧下降。RTV基涂层达到超疏水状态所需的最低Fn-SiO2质量分数为9%(即超疏水临界值)。为兼顾超疏水性能与覆冰粘附强度,本文选择Fn-SiO2质量分数为11%进行后续实验。该含量略高于超疏水临界值,且处于剪切强度下降前的可接受区间内,有利于后续宏观结构的稳定成型。将Fn-SiO2与RTV按质量比为11∶89均匀分散,制备成基层涂料(RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)),通过刮涂法涂覆于铝合金基底,形成厚度约为3 mm的基层。待基层表干后,将Fm-SiO2颗粒按0.2 g/cm2的单位面积质量均匀铺覆于表面(以3 mm厚基层计,Fm-SiO2用量约为RTV基体质量的83%),并采用斜纹滚花轮压印,构建宏观交错的“压痕-菱形”结构,从而实现微/纳颗粒与宏观结构的多尺度复合。
图8为RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2的宏观结构图。从图8可以看出,斜纹交错滚花轮按既定深度在RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)超疏水涂层表面辊压的过程中,微米超疏水Fm-SiO2颗粒一部分被滚花轮表面斜纹压入涂层形成有效嵌埋的宏观连续压辙结构,另一部分嵌埋或固粘在宏观菱形区域的表面。宏观结构及微米超疏水Fm-SiO2颗粒增强了基层表面粗糙度及超疏水性。该结构为后续构筑多级粗糙表面提供了形貌基础,其对表面润湿性能的影响将在后续超疏水测试中进一步验证。
通过免稀释剂参与的实验方案,成功制备了具有宏观结构的超疏水复合涂层。静态水滴在RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2涂层表面近似呈球状形态(如图9所示),表观接触角高达162.4°,表明该涂层具备极为优异的超疏水特性。这一优异性能主要归因于涂层的多级粗糙结构设计:一方面,滚花压印形成的连续压痕-菱形宏观结构提供了额外的物理粗糙度,显著降低了水滴与涂层表面的实际接触面积;另一方面,嵌埋于宏观结构中的Fm-SiO2微米超疏水颗粒进一步丰富了表面的微纳粗糙层次。两者协同作用下,涂层表面截留了大量空气层,使水滴处于稳定的Cassie-Baxter润湿状态,从而表现出优异的超疏水性能。
结合图4分析,与单纯RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)涂层相比,引入宏观结构及微米Fm-SiO2颗粒后,复合涂层的表面疏水性能得到进一步改善,表明宏观结构设计对超疏水表面的构筑具有积极作用。
连续压痕-菱形宏观结构对表面水冲击有阻碍和切割作用。图10为RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2涂层表面水滴冲击测试结果。
图10可以看出,水滴从5 cm冲击高度滴落时,接触涂层表面后迅速变形铺展,收缩后弹跳,并可完全脱离表面。当冲击高度升高至10 cm时,水滴铺展面积增大,收缩过程中部分液体脱离表面张力束缚,形成具有更大表观接触角的卫星液滴。该卫星液滴处于Cassie润湿状态[7],即液滴下方截留大量空气气囊,固-液接触面积显著降低,使其更易滚动或弹跳。当冲击高度升高到15 cm时,水滴在和表面接触的10 ms内碎裂成众多Cassie卫星液滴,并向四周扩散,同时大液滴在表面弹跳。当冲击高度升高到20 cm时,水滴在表面冲击接触的瞬间完全破碎形成小液滴,同时这些小液滴向四周散射,部分微小液滴在运动中相互融合形成较大液滴,反复弹跳直至动能耗尽或脱离表面,其余微小液滴则因动能不足而直接粘附或挥发消失。
图11为涂层试样经24 h酸碱腐蚀后其表面接触角和滚动角测试结果。
图11可以看出,随着溶液的酸/碱性增强,涂层试样表面的接触角逐渐减小、滚动角逐渐增大,涂层试样的超疏水性整体呈降低趋势,然而即使经过pH=1和pH=13的强酸强碱溶液的浸泡处理后,涂层试样的接触角/滚动角分别为(153.2±1.5)°/(4.6±0.3)°以及(152.1±1.6)°/(4.8±0.2)°,表明RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2试样具有良好的耐酸碱性。分析认为,RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2涂层耐酸碱腐蚀的原因有以下两个方面:一方面,表面的宏观-微纳复合结构能够在固-液界面间稳定截留空气层,从而在一定程度上降低腐蚀液与涂层表面的直接接触面积;另一方面,即使部分区域在液体压力作用下由Cassie润湿状态逐渐向Wenzel润湿状态转变,由于RTV基体及氟化SiO2颗粒本身具有较好的化学稳定性,其表面微观结构与化学组成在酸碱环境中仍能够保持相对稳定,从而维持较好的超疏水性能。
采用配备UV-340荧光灯管(中心波长为340 nm)的紫外老化试验箱,对RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2涂层试样进行不同时间的紫外辐照处理,之后对涂层进行接触角和滚动角测试,结果如图12所示。
图12可以看出,随着紫外辐照时间的延长,涂层接触角略有减小,滚动角略有增大,表明其超疏水性能出现一定程度衰减。当紫外灯管连续辐照336 h时,涂层表面接触角/滚动角为(156.5±2.4)°/(4.1±0.2)°,表明涂层具有优异的抗紫外老化特性,使得RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2涂层具有室外露天应用的潜能,这主要归因于RTV和氟化微纳颗粒具有优异的紫外线稳定性,使涂层在紫外线照射下不易降解。
机械磨损是表面材料在安装、使用、维护等真实工况中不可避免的干扰因素,因此本文设置了胶带剥离测试和砂纸打磨测试进一步探究RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2涂层超疏水表面的机械稳定性。
RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2经250次胶带剥离后,对其进行接触角和滚动角测试,结果如图13所示。
图13可以看出,随着剥离次数增加,涂层的接触角整体呈减小趋势,滚动角整体呈增大趋势。前150次剥离过程中,接触角由初始的(162.4±1.8)°下降至(155.6±1.9)°,滚动角由(2.1±0.2)°增大至(4.2±0.4)°,表明胶带剥离对涂层表面超疏水结构产生了一定破坏。150次剥离后,接触角和滚动角变化幅度较小,在250次剥离后涂层仍保持较高接触角和较低滚动角,说明其仍具有较好的超疏水性能。
造成这一现象的原因在于经表面辊压引入的Fm-SiO2微米超疏水颗粒结合强度较弱,在胶带剥离作用力的影响下逐渐耗散,涂层逐步向带宏观结构的RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)超疏水涂层转变,疏水性能有所减弱,但直到250次胶带剥离时涂层仍保持较高的超疏水效果。
RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2涂层经砂纸磨损100次后,对其进行接触角和滚动角测试,结果如图14所示。从图14可以看出,在长达60次的砂纸磨损循环中,随着表面辊压宏观结构以及Fm-SiO2微米超疏水颗粒的磨损消耗,涂层的接触角由初始的(162.4±1.8)°下降至(154.6±1.9)°,滚动角由(2.1±0.2)°增大至(4.4±0.3)°,并在随后连续的测试中稳定在这一水平。分析认为,砂纸磨损对涂层表面宏观结构及微米颗粒产生了一定破坏。RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2表面的连续压辙及菱形宏观结构抵抗了60次的砂纸磨损循环,累计线程达12 m,展现出极高的耐机械磨损能力。而基于RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)基层材料的机械稳定性,即使涂层表面宏观结构被破坏失效后,仍保持一定程度的超疏水性。
图15为水滴在不同表面上的动态结冰对比结果。
图15可以看出,在倾角为2°的测试平台上,铝合金对照组表面的液态水滴迅速附着并冻结,形成致密的冰层;而在RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2表面,水滴由于其低滚动角特性迅速滚落,并在平台上而非涂层表面结冰,表明该涂层具有优异的超疏水防冰性能。在-5℃环境下,铝合金表面水滴迅速发生换热过冷并结冰,后续滴加的水滴不断粘附、积聚并冻结,使表面冰层快速增厚。相比之下,RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2涂层凭借其连续压痕及菱形宏观结构与低滚动角特性,使水滴迅速脱离表面,有效阻止了雨凇覆冰的持续形成。因此,该宏观结构超疏水复合涂层在防覆冰方面表现出显著优势。
为了进一步探究不同表面的水滴结冰过程,在水平测试平台上对实验组和对照组1及对照组2进行了水滴静态结冰测试,结果如图16所示。从图16可以看出,水滴对照组1中RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)表面结冰时间为475 s,水滴在对照组2中铝合金表面的结冰时间为92 s,水滴在实验组RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2表面结冰时间为1 292 s,分别是水滴在对照组1和对照组2结冰时间的2.72倍和14倍。
水滴静态结冰测试表明,RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)超疏水防护涂层可以有效推延表面结冰时间;经过表面斜纹交错滚花轮加装宏观结构和微米颗粒的RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2涂层进一步增强了超疏水延迟结冰效果。这是由于构成的毫米级连续压痕-菱形宏观结构以及表面嵌埋的Fm-SiO2微米颗粒,共同构筑了涂层的多级粗糙结构。该结构能够降低水滴与涂层之间的有效接触面积,从而减弱固-液界面的热交换,并在一定程度上抑制异质冰核的形成,从而有效延长水滴的结冰时间。此外,该宏观-微纳复合结构还有助于维持低温条件下涂层表面的超疏水稳定性。
图17为实验组和两个对照组的覆冰粘附强度对比图。从图17可以看出,纯铝表面覆冰粘附强度在140 kPa以上,而对照组1的RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)涂层及实验组的RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2涂层覆冰强度远低于这一水平。在连续20次的覆冰-除冰测试中,RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)涂层表面的覆冰粘附强度从14 kPa上升到36 kPa,超疏水防冰性能逐渐丧失。而实验组RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2涂层表面的覆冰粘附强度从9 kPa上升到25 kPa,且始终保持较低水平,说明引入连续压痕-菱形宏观结构及Fm-SiO2微米颗粒后,涂层在覆冰-除冰循环过程中具有更好的结构稳定性和抗覆冰损伤能力,从而能够维持较稳定的低覆冰粘附特性。
本文采用无稀释剂成型工艺,制备具有宏观-微纳复合结构的超疏水防冰涂层并对其性能进行分析得到主要结论如下:
(1)本文采用无稀释剂成型工艺,以RTV为连续相基体,结合FAS-17改性的Fn-SiO2纳米颗粒与Fm-SiO2微米颗粒,成功制备了具有宏观-微纳复合结构的超疏水防冰涂层。
(2)滚花压印形成的连续压痕-菱形宏观结构与表面嵌埋的Fm-SiO2颗粒共同构筑了多级粗糙表面,使涂层表现出优异的超疏水性能。
(3)所制备的RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2涂层在酸碱腐蚀、紫外老化、胶带剥离及砂纸磨损等测试后,仍能保持较高接触角和较低滚动角,表明RTV基体与氟化SiO2颗粒构建的复合结构具有良好的化学稳定性、光稳定性及结构稳定性。
(4)宏观-微纳复合结构可有效降低水滴与涂层之间的实际接触面积,减弱界面热交换,并在一定程度上抑制异质冰核形成,从而提升涂层的防冰性能。
(5)所制备的RTV@Fn-SiO2(11)#Fm-SiO2涂层能够有效抑制表面持续覆冰,延长水滴结冰时间。在覆冰-除冰循环过程中,涂层始终保持较低的覆冰粘附强度,表现出良好的防冰稳定性。
