Bird damage is an important factor affecting the safe operation of transmission lines. In order to quantitatively analyze the spatial electric field distribution of bird droppings near insulators, we carried out simulation and calculation on the bird droppings flashover of 110 kV composite insulators, and studied the influence of different factors on the electric field. The results show that the longer the continuous channel of bird droppings, and the closer it is to the insulator, the more probable that flashover occurs. The existence of grading ring shortens the distance between the high and low voltage ends, which will increase the flashover probability; the dropping path of bird droppings has a great influence on the flashover probability, and the flashover probability is the lowest when the bird dropping is on the different surface of the transmission line. Finally, combined with the simulation results, new protection range of bird droppings is proposed to give some advice for protecting transmission line from bird damage.

鸟害是影响输电线路安全运行的重要因素。为定量分析鸟粪在绝缘子附近滴落时的空间电场分布情况,对110 kV复合绝缘子鸟粪闪络开展仿真计算,研究不同因素对电场的影响。结果表明:鸟粪连续通道越长、距离绝缘子越近,发生闪络的概率越高;均压环的存在缩短了高、低压端之间的距离,会提高闪络概率;鸟粪滴落路径对闪络概率影响较大,当鸟粪与导线异面时闪络概率最低;最后结合仿真结果,提出新的鸟粪闪络防护范围,并对输电线路防鸟害工作提出了建议。

鸟害是影响输电线路安全运行的重要因素。为定量分析鸟粪在绝缘子附近滴落时的空间电场分布情况,对110 kV复合绝缘子鸟粪闪络开展仿真计算,研究不同因素对电场的影响。结果表明:鸟粪连续通道越长、距离绝缘子越近,发生闪络的概率越高;均压环的存在缩短了高、低压端之间的距离,会提高闪络概率;鸟粪滴落路径对闪络概率影响较大,当鸟粪与导线异面时闪络概率最低;最后结合仿真结果,提出新的鸟粪闪络防护范围,并对输电线路防鸟害工作提出了建议。

Bird damage is an important factor affecting the safe operation of transmission lines. In order to quantitatively analyze the spatial electric field distribution of bird droppings near insulators, we carried out simulation and calculation on the bird droppings flashover of 110 kV composite insulators, and studied the influence of different factors on the electric field. The results show that the longer the continuous channel of bird droppings, and the closer it is to the insulator, the more probable that flashover occurs. The existence of grading ring shortens the distance between the high and low voltage ends, which will increase the flashover probability; the dropping path of bird droppings has a great influence on the flashover probability, and the flashover probability is the lowest when the bird dropping is on the different surface of the transmission line. Finally, combined with the simulation results, new protection range of bird droppings is proposed to give some advice for protecting transmission line from bird damage.

随着人们环境保护意识不断增强和生态的改善,鸟类的繁衍数量逐渐增加,活动范围不断扩大,对输电线路安全运行的威胁也逐渐加剧。根据国家电网输电线路故障统计分析,涉鸟故障近年来呈上升趋势,其发生率(10.36%)已成为继雷电(42.57%)和外力破坏(25.33%)之后的第三位[1-3]。涉鸟故障通常包括鸟粪类、鸟体短接类、鸟巢类和鸟啄类,其中鸟粪类闪络故障发生概率最高,占比超过90%[4]。低电压等级输电线路的绝缘距离较短,因此鸟粪闪络更多发生在110 kV线路上,但在更高电压等级线路中也时有发生。
涉鸟故障防治是架空输电线路“六防”之一,也是输电运维人员的重点巡防工作,把握输电线路涉鸟故障发生的规律有利于运维人员更好地进行管理和防护,我国各地区均有学者开展涉鸟故障的相关统计与分析工作[5-8],得到了很多普适性的规律,为输电线路鸟害防治策略的制定提供了坚实的基础。此外,许多学者还在实验室内开展了鸟粪闪络的模拟试验,探究了鸟粪闪络的机理与规律。梁曦东等[9]于2001年开展复合绝缘子鸟粪闪络模拟试验,研究了鸟粪黏度、电导率和空气间隙对闪络的影响,之后的研究还考虑了绝缘子污秽度、环境等因素;杨庆等[10]通过铁丝或自制鸟粪模拟液也开展了相关试验,结果发现鸟粪下落瞬间,鸟粪通道末端与导线高压端之间的空气间隙场强大幅增加,空间电场发生严重畸变,增加了间隙击穿概率;李文鹏等[11]在上述基础上,研究了鸟粪滴落位置对闪络的影响。以上述研究为基础或理论依据,相关学者对防鸟装置的设计及优化应用也进行了研究。何义良[12]在分析衡水地区鸟害类型及分布基础上,利用反射式红外传感器和超声波发生器,设计了一种红外感应驱鸟装置。周仿荣等[13]提出复合绝缘子安装防鸟罩半径应大于25 cm;马奎等[14]、陈泓等[15]通过仿真研究确定了不同电压等级下绝缘护套的最小尺寸厚度。现场数据分析可以获取涉鸟故障发生在时间、地点、线路参数上的分布情况;模拟试验有助于分析鸟粪闪络发生的规律与机理;防鸟装置的研制可直接用于涉鸟故障的防治,但这些研究均无法直观且定量地分析鸟粪闪络过程中空间电场的变化。
宁夏地处黄土高原与内蒙古高原的过渡地带,地形地貌多样,湿地林地丰富,是我国候鸟迁徙的重要途径地,每年进入宁夏的迁徙候鸟约为300万只,其中30%将留在宁夏。据统计,宁夏电网2015—2019年110 kV及以上架空输电线路共计发生涉鸟故障跳闸62次,占跳闸总数的35.03%,在跳闸原因中居第二位。本研究建立110 kV输电线路复合绝缘子鸟粪闪络模型,基于有限元分析鸟粪闪络发生过程中的空间电场变化,以期为鸟粪闪络的机理分析提供理论支撑,并为防鸟措施的制定和装置研发提供参考。
利用SOLIDWORKS软件进行建模,绝缘子模型按照实际线路中应用的FXBW4-110/100型绝缘子实际尺寸(结构高度为1 240 mm)进行建模,呈Ⅰ型悬挂;考虑到杆塔整体尺寸要比绝缘子尺寸大得多,且杆塔整体是接地的,杆塔塔身部分对绝缘子附近的电场变化影响不大,考虑计算速度,模型仅搭建出横担模型;模拟输电导线参数和实际LGJ300/25型导线相同,其直径为23.8 mm,长度为3 m,用单根实心导体铝棒进行模拟;为了保证良好的导电性,将横担、导线、金具材料均设为铝。
鸟粪通道的电导率较高,计算过程将鸟粪视为导体。忽略鸟粪下落过程的形态变化,采用长直导体圆棒来模拟鸟粪,对端部进行平滑处理。空气间隙被击穿时,电子崩发展速度约为1.25×107 cm/s,流注发展速度约为7×107 cm/s,先导发展速度约为106~107 cm/s,经估算鸟粪闪络发生击穿时间为μs级别,在击穿前后鸟粪位移20~40 μm,相对于空间尺度可忽略不计,因此认为在闪络瞬间鸟粪是静止的。仿真模型如图1所示。
计算中导线上施加电压为110 kV时的最大运行相电压幅值为89.81 kV;考虑到鸟粪未脱离横担时,仅存在下端空气间隙,更易发生闪络,为模拟最严重情况,鸟粪通道上端直接与横担相连;外部空气域设置一个半径为10 m的半球。相关材料参数设置如表1所示。
鸟粪的黏度会影响鸟粪通道下落的连续长度,而鸟粪通道长度L与距离绝缘子轴心水平距离D是影响闪络的两个重要因素,本节仿真考虑鸟粪沿横担方向移动的情况,即与导线异面;其中,复合绝缘子底端加装均压环。
仿真中发现空间最大场强处总是出现在鸟粪通道的底端,这说明鸟粪通道的突然出现,畸变了空间电场,是引发闪络故障的根本原因。
取鸟粪的滴落距离D为200 mm,鸟粪通道的长度L在500~1 100 mm变化时,鸟粪通道最大场强变化如图2所示。由图2可知,鸟粪通道最大场强随鸟粪长度的增大而增大,但是增大的速率在各个阶段有所不同。当鸟粪长度超过700 mm时,鸟粪通道端部场强增加速率增大;当鸟粪长度超过900 mm时,端部场强增加速率进一步增大。这说明只有当鸟粪单次排便量较大时,对空间场强的畸变程度才足够大,进而容易引发闪络。
取鸟粪通道长度L为1 000 mm,当鸟粪通道距离绝缘子轴心水平距离D在100~300 mm变化时,鸟粪通道端部最大场强的变化如图3所示。由图3可知,鸟粪通道最大场强随鸟粪距离绝缘子轴心距离D的减小而增大,且增大的速率基本一致。这说明鸟类排泄位置距离绝缘子越近,对空间场强的畸变程度越大,更容易引发闪络。
当鸟粪通道长度L小于900 mm时,对空间电场的畸变程度不大。考虑到宁夏地区大型猛禽或水鸟一次排便量巨大,鸟粪通道连续长度可达1~2 m,因此本节取鸟粪通道长度为900、1 000、1 100 mm 3种情况,将水平距离D设置在100~300 mm,其中均压环的外环半径为120 mm。不同鸟粪通道长度L及水平距离D两个因素变化下,空气间隙平均场强的变化情况如图4所示。
鸟粪通道存在的绝缘子附近空间电场可以看作是极不均匀电场,鸟粪通道和导线可等效视为棒-棒间隙,考虑到极不均匀电场下空气的平均击穿场强为5.66 kV/cm,当鸟粪通道下端气隙中平均场强超过5.66 kV/cm时,气隙即会发生闪络。
图4可知,因均压环的存在会缩短竖直方向上的绝缘距离,故在水平距离为120 mm时,下端气隙的平均场强都有一个突增;当鸟粪通道长度L为1 100 mm和1 000 mm时,随着水平距离增加,下端气隙的平均场强不断降低,因此发生闪络的概率也不断降低,临界闪络距离为300 mm,这与文献[3]中的试验结果相吻合;当鸟粪通道长度L为900 mm时,随着水平距离D的增加,其下端气隙平均场强的变化趋势不明显,说明此时距离D的变化对鸟粪通道周围的电场分布影响较小。因此如果要发生鸟粪闪络故障,鸟类的单次排泄量要足够大,小型鸟类需要鸟群同时排泄时才有可能发生直接的闪络故障。
图4可知鸟粪通道长度一定时,水平距离D为120 mm时下端气隙的平均场强最大,计算此时鸟粪闪络发生所需的鸟粪长度,结果如表2所示。从表2可知,在最容易发生闪络的情况下,鸟粪通道长度需超过950 mm才有可能发生闪络。
均压环的存在大幅缩短了竖直方向上的绝缘距离。本节考虑去除均压环,计算与2.1节不同情况下空间电场的分布情况,结果如图5所示。
图5(a)、(b)可知,未加装均压环情况下,最大场强的变化趋势与加装均压环类似,但是相同条件下最大场强的数值要小很多。由图5(c)中鸟粪通道底端气隙的平均电场变化来看,未加装均压环情况下,随着滴落距离L的增加,平均场强值不断减小,未有突变值,临界闪络距离为200 mm。因此可以认为均压环的存在会加大发生鸟粪闪络的风险。
实际中110 kV输电杆塔的横担宽度远大于绝缘子盘径,最大超过1 m,鸟类可能在横担上任意点排泄,鸟粪滴落通道的移动不一定只沿横担方向,不同方向上可能有不同的临界闪络距离。目前的输电线路鸟害防护范围通常定义为一个以绝缘轴心为中心的圆形,圆的半径由鸟粪从沿横担方向上最大临界闪络距离确定,然而当鸟粪从不同位置滴落时,最大的临界闪络距离不一定相同,因此本节研究不同鸟粪滴落位置对闪络的影响。前两节中,均以鸟粪通道沿横担方向移动开展计算,本节在2.2节不加均压环的基础上,额外考虑其他3种位置。这里若将鸟粪通道、绝缘子、导线均近似为直线,则称鸟粪通道与绝缘子确定的平面为鸟粪平面,导线与绝缘子确定的平面为导线平面。对于鸟粪滴落位置,选择4种空间关系:鸟粪平面与导线平面呈0°、30°、60°、90°,如图6所示。前述研究即为90°情况下的空间电场情况。
不同位置下的闪络距离同样取滴落点距离绝缘子轴心的水平距离,如图7所示。
考虑110 kV复合绝缘子的结构高度及端部金具长度,取鸟粪通道长度为1100 mm,计算在不同滴落位置下随着水平距离增加,下端气隙平均电场强度的变化情况,结果如图8所示。
图8可知,当鸟粪从0°位置滴落时,不管滴落距离如何变化,鸟粪始终在导线的正上方,下端气隙的长度保持不变,因此气隙中平均场强值几乎保持不变,且大于5.66 kV/cm,闪络很有可能发生;随着鸟粪的滴落角度不断增大,相同条件下的气隙平均场强也随之增大;同一角度下,随着滴落距离的增大,气隙平均场强逐渐减小,30°、60°、90°位置下的临界闪络距离分别为260、210、200 mm,这是因为当滴落角度较小时,鸟粪通道与导线的相对位置较近,所以气隙较短,闪络更容易发生。但鸟粪滴落过程中空间电场为极不均匀电场,因此临界闪络距离不完全与几何距离成同一比例。当鸟粪从位置为0°滴落时,闪络距离可以一直保持较大数值,实际中由于横担的宽度限制,可以认为0°时的临界闪络距离为横担宽度的一半,考虑一般横担宽度为 1 m,则0°时临界闪络距离为0.5 m。
根据2.3节的仿真结果,鸟粪在不同位置滴落时的临界闪络距离是不同的。因此110 kV复合绝缘子鸟粪闪络的防护范围显然不是一个圆形。根据上节的仿真结果,对不同角度下的临界闪络距离进行拟合,同时考虑到计算误差和安全裕度,最终的110 kV输电线路复合绝缘子鸟粪闪络防护范围近似为长轴沿导线方向的椭圆,如图9所示。
图9可知,相比于圆形防护范围,椭圆形的防护范围面积更大,鸟类在靠近导线的位置下排泄时,圆形区域可能存在防护漏洞,闪络依然可以发生。此外,据统计一般鸟粪闪络发生时,天气通常为无风或微风,因此这里忽略风偏的影响。
从本研究计算结果来看,输电线路鸟粪闪络的概率受鸟粪滴落位置的影响很大,目前许多防鸟装置或策略的制定都是以圆形的防护范围为基础,在防护效果上可能达不到预期,根据本研究的结果,在一些典型防鸟装置结构优化和防鸟策略方面,可作以下改进:
(1)对于防鸟罩来说,一般为圆形盘面结构,鸟粪滴落在罩面上后,直接沿经线流淌,可能从任意角度滑落,由于90°时的临界闪络距离最小,可以在罩面上设置“引流”挡板或沟槽,引导鸟粪只从90°位置滴落。
(2)对于防鸟挡板来说,可以设计成矩形,宽度为90°下的临界闪络距离,长度覆盖整个横担宽度,为防止鸟粪从短边滴落,短边边缘可设置为上翘型,引导鸟粪从长边滴落。
(3)安装防鸟刺时,建议在图9所示的椭圆范围内密集安装,在其附近区域内视情况选择性安装。
(4)由于鸟粪闪络防护范围较大,单种防鸟装置可能无法完全防护,为全方面保护绝缘子不发生闪络,可采用多种防鸟装置联合防护的方式,比如常规防鸟罩配合绝缘护套使用、防鸟刺配合引鸟架/巢使用等。
(1)鸟粪通道长度与距离绝缘子轴心水平距离是影响鸟粪闪络的两个重要因素,鸟粪通道越长,距离绝缘子轴心的水平距离越小,闪络发生的概率越高。
(2)FXBW4-110/100型复合绝缘子安装有均压环的情况下,当鸟粪长度为1 100 mm时,鸟粪闪络的临界距离(鸟粪通道距离绝缘子轴心的水平距离)为300 mm;当鸟粪通道距离绝缘子轴心的水平距离为120 mm时,鸟粪闪络的临界鸟粪长度为950 mm。
(3)无论复合绝缘子是否有均压环,鸟粪通道下端间隙的平均场强变化趋势类似,但未加装均压环的情况下,相同条件下的平均场强要小很多,当鸟粪长度为1 100 mm时,鸟粪闪络的临界距离为200 mm。
(4)鸟粪不同滴落位置对闪络影响很大,当鸟粪通道与导线异面时,临界闪络距离最小;当鸟粪通道与导线共面时,临界闪络距离可以一直保持较大数值。
(5)综合考虑计算误差和安全裕度,确定110 kV输电线路复合绝缘子鸟粪闪络防护范围近似为长轴沿导线方向的椭圆,长轴长度为1000 mm,短轴长度为400 mm。
(6)防鸟罩、防鸟挡板类设备的形状可适当根据防护范围进行改进;为全方面防护绝缘子不发生鸟粪闪络,建议在同一杆塔上联合采用多种防鸟装置。
