Covering insulating sheath on transmission lines is one of the commonly measures to prevent bird damage in engineering, and the breakdown voltage of the air gap between bird droppings and the surface of sheath directly affects the configuration scheme of sheath. In this paper, the variation characteristics of breakdown voltage with the thickness of sheath and the influence of sheath defect on the breakdown voltage under different air gap distance were investigated by experiment, in which the bird droppings were simulated by copper rod. The results show that compared with bare wires, the breakdown voltage of the gap in the wires covered sheath with the thickness of 2.0, 3.0, 3.5 mm increases by 17.7%, 33.1%, 41.6%, respectively. Compared with new sheath of the same thickness, the breakdown voltage of gap in the defective sheath with the thicknesses of 2.0, 3.0, 3.5 mm decreases by 70.6%, 62.8%, 44.2%, respectively. It is concluded that the smaller the thickness of the defective sheath, the larger the decreasing amplitude of breakdown voltage.

在架空输电线路上包覆绝缘护套是工程中常用的防鸟害措施之一,鸟粪与护套表面之间空气间隙的击穿电压直接影响护套的配置方案。本文采用铜棒模拟鸟粪,通过试验研究了不同空气间隙距离下,击穿电压随护套厚度的变化特性以及护套缺陷对击穿电压的影响。结果表明:与不包覆护套的裸导线相比,包覆厚度为2.0、3.0、3.5 mm护套的导线,间隙击穿电压可分别提高17.7%、33.1%、41.6%;与相同厚度的全新护套相比,存在击穿点且厚度为2.0、3.0、3.5 mm的护套,间隙击穿电压分别降低了70.6%、62.8%、44.2%,说明有击穿点的护套厚度越小,击穿电压降低幅度越大。

在架空输电线路上包覆绝缘护套是工程中常用的防鸟害措施之一,鸟粪与护套表面之间空气间隙的击穿电压直接影响护套的配置方案。本文采用铜棒模拟鸟粪,通过试验研究了不同空气间隙距离下,击穿电压随护套厚度的变化特性以及护套缺陷对击穿电压的影响。结果表明:与不包覆护套的裸导线相比,包覆厚度为2.0、3.0、3.5 mm护套的导线,间隙击穿电压可分别提高17.7%、33.1%、41.6%;与相同厚度的全新护套相比,存在击穿点且厚度为2.0、3.0、3.5 mm的护套,间隙击穿电压分别降低了70.6%、62.8%、44.2%,说明有击穿点的护套厚度越小,击穿电压降低幅度越大。

Covering insulating sheath on transmission lines is one of the commonly measures to prevent bird damage in engineering, and the breakdown voltage of the air gap between bird droppings and the surface of sheath directly affects the configuration scheme of sheath. In this paper, the variation characteristics of breakdown voltage with the thickness of sheath and the influence of sheath defect on the breakdown voltage under different air gap distance were investigated by experiment, in which the bird droppings were simulated by copper rod. The results show that compared with bare wires, the breakdown voltage of the gap in the wires covered sheath with the thickness of 2.0, 3.0, 3.5 mm increases by 17.7%, 33.1%, 41.6%, respectively. Compared with new sheath of the same thickness, the breakdown voltage of gap in the defective sheath with the thicknesses of 2.0, 3.0, 3.5 mm decreases by 70.6%, 62.8%, 44.2%, respectively. It is concluded that the smaller the thickness of the defective sheath, the larger the decreasing amplitude of breakdown voltage.

内蒙古东部赤峰、通辽等地区草原分布面积广,近年来随着生态环境的好转,大鵟、猎隼等猛禽数量急剧增加,活动范围不断扩大,严重威胁电网的安全稳定运行。2013—2017年间,蒙东地区共发生线路跳闸事故197次,其中由鸟害引起的跳闸事故为81次,占整体事故次数的41%,在所有故障类别中的占比最高。输电线路中由鸟粪引发的击穿现象最为典型,其发生次数约占鸟害事故总数的97%[1-5]
用于输电线路的绝缘护套,具有安装简易、对鸟类的活动影响小等特点,因而被广泛应用于鸟害事故多发地区。针对绝缘护套的防护效果,已有学者展开了相关研究,梅红伟等[6]提出了在复合绝缘子高压端输电导线上安装一定长度的绝缘护套来改善其高压端电场强度的方法,并以220 kV复合绝缘子为例,证实了所提方法的正确性和可行性;董新胜等[7]通过试验分析了绝缘护套粘接方式和安装距离对绝缘护套绝缘性能的影响,研究表明,导线连接72 kV工频电压时,绝缘护套的凹槽和凸棱两侧都应当涂覆粘接剂,绝缘护套的长度应当大于60 cm;彭永晶[8]研究了工频条件下,平行导线包覆绝缘护套的击穿特性,并进行了电场分布计算,从场强角度分析了绝缘护套能提高间隙击穿电压的原因; GAO Yanfeng等[9]研究了330 kV输电线路安装绝缘护套的防鸟害效果,发现当绝缘护套厚度为1 cm、导线夹有效长度为50 cm时,防鸟害效果最佳,其研究还表明当导线、金具和均压环均被包覆在护套内时,绝缘子高压端电场分布最优。
基于上述对绝缘护套的研究可知,导线包覆绝缘护套对线路绝缘性能的提高具有积极意义。但目前绝缘护套厚度对间隙工频击穿电压的影响尚不明确;且绝缘护套长期运行于户外,受检修条件限制,护套出现击穿点后可能无法被及时发现并更换。针对上述问题,本文采用铜棒代替下落鸟粪,通过试验研究不同空气间隙距离下击穿电压随护套厚度的变化特性以及护套击穿点对间隙交流击穿电压的影响。
试验中所采用的卡扣式绝缘护套由河北硅谷化工有限公司生产,该绝缘护套采用了室温硫化成型工艺,具有优异的电气、力学、耐电蚀损性能及憎水性,该绝缘护套的具体参数如表1所示。
试验前在用于110 kV线路的ACSR钢芯铝绞线上涂覆硅橡胶专用粘合剂,将绝缘护套包覆在钢芯铝绞线上,并用粘合剂涂刷护套卡扣部分,静置3天,保证卡扣的凹槽及凸棱处完全固化且粘接完好,包覆绝缘护套的导线如图1所示。
据相关统计数据显示,鸟粪闪络多发生于横担与导线的垂直间隙中,鉴于真实鸟粪难以获得,且若直接采用模拟鸟粪装置往下喷射鸟粪,其鸟粪长度很难控制,一般只能获得放电概率,不易得到气-固组合间隙击穿电压的变化特性。鸟粪通道具有一定的电导率,具有较好的导电性,且形状为细长条[10]。根据气体击穿理论可知,鸟粪下落发生击穿所需时间为微秒级,在击穿瞬间,可认为鸟粪静止不动,故本试验中采用一根长度为40 cm、直径为1.0 cm的铜棒模拟鸟粪。图2所示为简化试验模型,该模型中门型架构为环氧树脂材料,长度为 2 m,宽度为0.8 m,高度为2.5 m;横担为金属网,长度为1.2 m、宽度为1.0 m;绝缘子串的电压等级为110 kV,导线为110 kV线路用钢芯铝绞线,长度为1.2 m,护套长度为1.0 m,内径为18.8 mm,可包覆于导线表面,厚度为变化值。
试验布置图如图3所示,研究不同间隙距离以及护套厚度下气-固组合间隙的工频击穿特性。试验所采用的护套厚度分别为2.0、3.0、3.5 mm,组合间隙距离为5、10、20 cm。试验过程中,将棒电极尖端与导线的间隙距离固定,导线连接在工频试验变压器(YD30/200型)输出的高压端上,使用工频试验变压器分别对裸导线以及包覆有不同厚度绝缘护套的导线施加电压,直至间隙击穿。为减小试验误差,每个间隙距离下进行5次试验,由于护套绝缘性能具有不可恢复性,每次试验均采用全新的绝缘护套,剔除偏差较大的数值,取有效数值的平均值作为某间隙下的击穿电压值,试验过程中用相机(尼康D750型)记录试验现象。
在上述试验平台上,研究组合间隙距离、护套厚度对击穿电压的影响。通过多次试验发现,绝缘护套被击穿时,击穿点多数情况下出现在护套表面以及卡扣处,如图4所示。
为解释该现象原因,利用有限元软件的ES模块对包覆有绝缘护套的导线周围电场强度进行了仿真计算,仿真模型尺寸按照实际试验模型尺寸[11-12]。护套厚度为3.0 mm,护套的卡扣部分设计与真实绝缘护套相似,卡扣包覆位置位于导线下方。根据静电场所满足的电荷守恒定律,对导线施加63 kV电压,外部空气域的长、宽、高均设置为10 m;仿真云图如图5所示。
以棒电极中心为轴线,绘制轴线上的电场如图6所示。
图56可以看出,棒电极尖端处的电场强度高达7×106 V/m,卡扣处及护套上表面的电场强度均超过2×106 V/m,电场的严重畸变导致护套卡扣处及其上表面的击穿电压值减小,因此击穿点多数出现在护套卡扣处及其上表面。
不同间隙距离下的试验结果如表2所示。从表2可以看出,护套厚度相同时,随着间隙距离的增大,护套厚度对组合间隙击穿电压的提升效果逐渐下降。
击穿电压与绝缘护套厚度间的关系如图7所示。从图7可以看出,在同一间隙距离下,绝缘护套的厚度越大,对间隙击穿电压的提升效果越明显。随着护套厚度的不断增大,间隙对击穿电压的提升具有放缓的趋势。
对导线施加工频试验电压时,随着电压的升高,首先会在棒电极尖端出现电晕放电,当电压升高到一定的等级后,可观察到棒电极尖端与护套间有明显的电弧放电通道,即流注通道,如图8所示。
杨广华[13]研究指出流注通道内的平均场强为4~5 kV/cm,即流注通道具有良好的导电性,此时组合间隙并未击穿,因此可以认为由于流注通道的存在,相当于将棒电极的尖端向护套表面移动。此时流注末端与高压导线之间的电压可以通过图9所示的模型计算。
图9中,棒电极尖端与护套内表面之间的电压为U;流注的长度为L,流注通道的电压为△U,流注的电场强度为ES,则 △U=ESL,随着流注的发展,L越来越大,即△U越来越大;空气间隙与护套上所承受的电压为U3
随着流注向前发展,气-固组合绝缘间隙所承受的电压如式(1)所示。

当流注发展到护套表面时,随着导线上电压的不断增加,护套上所承受的电压不断增大,当绝缘护套所承受的电压超过其耐受电压时,护套会被击穿[10]表3是采用本文试验模型测试的气体间隙为0 cm时,不同厚度护套的击穿电压。结合表23可知,当气隙距离较小时,绝缘护套的击穿电压高于形成流注通道的电压,因此组合间隙的击穿电压主要由护套和流注通道内的压降决定;增大护套的厚度可以提高护套的击穿电压,进而提高组合间隙的击穿电压。
绝缘护套长期运行于户外,工程中可能会存在检修不及时或不易发现的护套微小击穿点的情况,因此有必要研究护套存在击穿点时的防护效果[14]
分别利用厚度为2.0、3.0、3.5 mm且存在击穿点的护套,按照前文所执行的试验步骤重新进行试验,对比裸导线、全新护套与有击穿点护套的间隙击穿电压试验结果,评判护套存在击穿点时的防护效果,结果如图10所示。从图10可以看出,由于击穿点的存在,导致厚度为2.0、3.0、3.5 mm的护套击穿电压比全新护套分别下降70.6%、62.8%、44.2%。有击穿点的绝缘护套仍然可以提高间隙击穿电压,只是防护效果较全新护套来说有所下降,且当护套厚度越小时,击穿点对击穿电压的影响越明显。因此,为了保证绝缘护套对输电线路的防护效果,应对绝缘护套进行定期检查,及时发现存在击穿点的绝缘护套并更换全新护套。
(1)利用有限元软件计算导线周围的电场强度,棒电极尖端处的电场强度高达7×106 V/m,卡扣处及护套上表面的电场强度均超过2×106 V/m,电场的严重畸变导致护套卡扣处及其上表面的击穿电压值减小,导致击穿点多数出现在护套卡扣处及其上表面。
(2)包覆厚度为2.0、3.0、3.5 mm护套的导线与不包覆护套的裸导线相比,间隙击穿电压提高率依次增大,即护套厚度越大,间隙交流击穿电压越大。随着护套厚度的增大,间隙击穿电压的提升有放缓的趋势。
(3)存在击穿点且厚度为2.0、3.0、3.5 mm的护套与相同厚度的全新护套相比,间隙击穿电压分别降低了70.6%、62.8%、44.2%,即相比于全新护套,有击穿点护套的厚度越小,击穿电压降低幅度越大。
